"The location was nice, it is nearby to the closest LRT station, you just have to walk for a little. If it is not such a hassle, choose this hostel.
When we first came in, the room smelled nice. Even though there is only one fan in the room, the room is still comfortable to stay in, it is not hot. Also, if you’ll be staying for a night this is the perfect place to stay in because they only provide beds for you to sleep in, but if you’d like to have more stuff that you can actually use while you’re at your stay, that has more amenities, this is not for you. Lastly, I actually commend the shared bathroom. It is clean and has a bidet and also a toiletry that you can use.
All in all, our stay is good. This is also our first time to check-in, so, not bad for the first time. Also, it is a budget-friendly place to stay in. Keep it up!"

"The hotel are still not fully constructed so expect noise of construction during the day. Budget friendly Apartment hotel. Sparkly clean rooms with balcony. Very good location ayala malls by the bay is just across the hotel.. Big beds both queen size in our room. Not so big but not so small room. Equipped with steam irom and hair dryer. Complete cooking and kitchen utensils. With 2 complimentary coffee pods, tea, water and 3 cans of juice. Spacious bathroom. Buffet breafast have limited selections but all tasty and also limited and shared tables only. Huge swimming pool not heated. Playgound are still under construction. No coffeeshop and restaurant as of the moment. The only open are the pool and gym."

"I will not stay in JMM again. The room interior is old, many paints are old and dirted. And many furnitures are scratched and not managed well. The microwave oven was malfunctioning. And there was a storm and some water dropped from the windows.
The worst thing was I lost the security card(for the main gate at the ground floor) and door lock key. They charged 2000p for those. 1000p for each. The funny thing is the security key costs 300p by the condo but they asked me to pay 1000p for it also. I protested the front and the answer was it is the hotel's policy and she discussed it with her manager also and she is just an employee.
I traveled so many hotels in the world. If I lost a key card, usually they just reissue it. Even if it is a budget hotel, 1000p for a key card is absurd.
The hotel room cost was 44 usd, but I had to pay about 35 usd for losing two keys."

"We chose to stay at Harolds during our first visit to Quezon City because of its positive reviews. Initially, we didn't expect much since we planned to spend most of our time out and about. However, we were impressed by the service of front office staff. They were friendly and accommodating, quickly addressing our request for a room change and providing plenty of toiletries and clean towels. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We recommend booking rooms without balconies that are closer to the lift, as that's where the water dispensers are located. The breakfast is satisfactory if you prefer not to venture outside for a quick meal. For a short stay, the location is convenient, offering easy access to transportation, restaurants, and attractions. Overall, it provided excellent value for the price.
Note: The room size should exclude the balcony, which is unusable and exposed to extreme weather."

We stayed at The Manila Hotel as a couple with one infant and had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive, the facilities felt grand and culturally rich rather than modern, and the location is central, great for nearby parks but challenging due to Manila traffic. The highlight was the breakfast, which was outstanding and easily the best complimentary hotel breakfast I’ve had.

The hotel was a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The room was clean and the bed was cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located near the U.S. Embassy. My family had a pleasant experience and would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

I never experienced a hotel like Tropicana Suite , their Reservations Manager Danah is very kind and treats customer's requests with serious care. I have some booking issue and contact them , their response was very quick and full of warm, human touch. They were also willing to match agent's price for us. I'm very appreciated their excellent service and will book again when I travel in Manila.

Everything is excellent, the room or price is so affordable, the staffs are awesome, the rooms are nice for its price, the cleanliness and most especially the location is amazing. The hotel has its own laundry area with 200 pesos charge for 3kilos, you can cook in their kitchen, they have service water and hot water for 24 hours. You can check around the area for the cheaper foods as well as good. You can stay and eat at the roof deck, nice view and music. I extended my stay coz I truly love the ambiance and night life in the area.

The place was nice and clean, and I enjoyed my stay overall. I did notice a couple of things though—some cupboard covers were broken, and the shower door doesn’t close properly, so water splashes onto the toilet floor when you shower.
Also, the smell of mothballs and bleach was a bit strong. Maybe use fewer mothballs and mix the bleach with fabric conditioner to reduce the scent next time
Other than that, it was a good stay and I’d be happy to come back next time.
