"Huone oli erittäin siisti. Vastaanottovirkailija sattui olemaan taiwanilainen, erittäin ystävällinen ja rauhoittava. Lapset pitivät kovasti kerrossängyistä perhehuoneessa. Kylpyhuone ja wc olivat erillään, mikä oli erittäin kätevää. Myös parveke oli erittäin siisti. Oli erittäin mukava istua parvekkeella ja nauttia tuulesta yöllä."

"Booked an ocean view room (queen double) in the main building it was awesome. slept with the door open every night listening to the ocean. Bed was very comfortable, nice big room. Breakfast was very comprehensive. Loved the ability to check out the public baths and pools across the various group hotels. Conveniently located in the heat of American Village. Grab a coffee from Zhyvago and go for a walk along the foreshore in either direction. "

"The place is about 5min drive to the American Village. It's actually a long walk to the village even though the people tells u it's just near by. You can walk... If you are a Singaporean, double confirm chop, you should drive. Our walking distance for far and near is very very different from the Japanese and Koreans, or most other countries. Due to our efficient public transport system, we are spoilt. We don't really walk that much, so conserve your energy for exploration and shopping, not walking. 😄 This hotel has staff that speaks excellent English, a refreshing change after a few days in Okinawa. They provide a simple free breakfast and have a separate showroom and WC. The shower room is really tiny. But the overall stay is very comfortable. It's definitely worth a repeat booking."

"Vuokra-auto on ainoa vaihtoehto. Hotelli on vanha, mutta se on siisti ja hyvin hoidettu, ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä (etenkin miespuolinen henkilökunta). Lähellä on ravintoloita, mutta ne sulkeutuvat aikaisin, joten jos palaat myöhään nähtävyyksiltä, viimeinen tilaus voi olla jo ohi! Myymälöihin ja supermarketteihin on 20 minuutin kävelymatka. "Matkustin ensimmäistä kertaa yksin, ja hotelli oli erittäin hyvä ja mieleenpainuva. Suuntauduin hotelliin sydän pamppaillen ja mietin, oliko Sunabe hieman turvaton, mutta minusta se oli täynnä onnea. Ulkomaalaiset harjoittelivat, ulkoiluttivat koiriaan, ihmiset lukivat aallonmurtajalla, surffasivat ja snorklasivat. Menin ulos vasta myöhään illalla, joten en tuntenut kaupungin yötunnelmaa, mutta en voi sanoa, että se olisi turvallinen. Se on asuinalue, mutta säkkipimeä. Kun vuorovesi laskee meren eteen, voi nähdä rapuja, erakkorapuja ja pieniä kauniita kaloja. Yöllä on hiljaista ja aaltojen ääni kuuluu. "The reason to go to this hotel is because it is extremely convenient and has a great view. We came here last year, but it was cheaper last year. We were surprised to learn that the car parking is now something you have to pay, which wasn't the case last year. Seems like a very cheap decision on their part considering the hotel is already pretty expensive. Also be prepared, the room will not be the newest or cleanest. It had a bit of mold on the wall around the AC unit, and the walls needed to be repainted and fixed on some parts."

"The place itself was quite clean and in a nice location. The only problem with the place is it’s impossible to contact any staff. They have no front desk, and even though they have a “direct line” at the entrance of the hotel, no one picks up even during their working hours. The WiFi in my room broken down after the first night of my stay, I tried to contact the hotel staff through phone call, email etc but received no response from them, the issue persisted until the end of my trip, rendering me unable to access the internet. Luckily trip.com was responsive and gave me a reasonable compensation for the additional costs I incurred in order to access the internet. In short, the hotel is decent if you don’t run into any problems and don’t require any contact with their staff, otherwise I’d suggest you stay at somewhere with actual working staffs!"

"It was a very nice stay! It’s very closed to the coastline, where you can have a nice walk, and see people with their cute pets, and staffs are very very nice. It’d take a bit of walking from the bus station. But it wasn’t much of a problem for me. In the room you’ll find everything you need including washing machine. The bed’s comfy, and I got to see a bit of the firework from American Village. And you can find very delicious Okinawa Soba on that street!"

Very kind and helpful staffs at the hotel. Overall satisfaction is high. The room is very clean and comfortable, yet just a bit too dim for overall lighting, hope to have more lights in the room. The club service was really good, love the idea that customers could enjoy refreshments for free almost throughout the day. There’s a high chance of me staying there again, if I would like to have a quiet time during my trip.

Beautiful place! Staff were friendly and accommodating. First experience with a 5 star hotel and it was amazing! Situated right beside American Village and there were many places to just walk or cycle around and explore. Staff even helped with making a taxi booking since we had an early flight. Thank you Hilton for making the last lap of our Japan trip a memorable one! Oh and breakfast buffet was good! Wished that the items changed around but not complaining since the food was of top quality!

It is the first building in front of the Sunset Beach, you can enjoy the sunset set in your room, as the rooms are equipped with sitting chairs beside the sliding doors of the balcony. The staffs are very polite and helpful, their English is so good which helps a lot. Will definetly recommended to others. However, it would be perfect if a lamp was provided on top of the desk beside the TV, as that corner of the room is farely dark.

All good! Very friendly and helpful host, and room is clean and all facilities are working properly. There are bottle water and beers for sale in the lobby, with reasonable prices - very convenient. And another small thing that I personally found convenient was that - they just put clean towels and disposable chopsticks in the lobby, and we can get at anytime, and no need to wait for house keeping. A few suggestions though: can add 1-2 cushions for the wooden chair, which will make it more comfortable to sit on; And the blanket was too thick for summer, could’ve been better to provide a thinner option.

Cosy small apartment good for 3 people. There was initially a miscommunication regarding the amount of people checking-in but was solved by trip.com customer service. This apartment is not walkable to american town but a short 5min drive away. It is up on a hill. There are only 7 parking lots available. Bed is too soft for my liking and there are many bugs around. But for the price, one cant complain. Check out is strictly 11am. Wifi is ok. Bathroom is good and have washing machine+ dryer

The location is very convenient—about a 10-minute drive from American Village. However, there doesn’t seem to be any public transportation nearby, so it’s more suitable for those traveling by car. The room is spacious and very clean. Having two bathrooms is ideal for group travel. Although there is a dryer, it’s recommended to bring some IKEA-style drying racks or other laundry equipment. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again next time.

The hotel was very spacious for me and my 14 year old son. We landed at Naha and took the city bus to the hotel. It was very convenient because the bus stop is literally right next tot he hotel. My only challenge was getting a taxi because it was my very first time in Japan and I didn’t know there’s a taxi app available. so no one onsite until 10am but i needed to be somewhere by 0830. But they do have have starbucks and Mcdonals within walking distance g distance and American Village was about 15-20 minutes away. I enjoyed my stayed there and I would recommend it to anyone that would like to save more but having a good place to stay. It had its down washer n dryer in the room, tub was separated from the shower which I absolutely loved it. full kitchen was also in our room.

10 minutes walk to American village , there are coffee and convenience stores nearby, the hotel charge extra fee for car Parking 1000¥ /day , there is not watching machine in hotel room, you need to go downstairs for laundry. The front desk services are from 3pm till 12 midnight . Overall good experience.
