Ottima struttura di charme, finemente ristrutturata a nuovo con materiali di pregio. A due passi dal centro storico, dal mercato della Ribera e dalla metro. Accoglienza ottima da parte della reception con possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio se si arriva prima del ceck-in. Viene consegnata la mappa della city con relativa spiegazione ed informazione salienti sui posti più importanti da visitare.

Stay: 2 nights in February 2026 Review: 1. Very cold room and bathroom. The room and especially the bathroom were extremely cold. When the air conditioner is turned on for heating, it blows directly onto the heads of people sleeping in the bed, making it uncomfortable and difficult to breathe. 2. Very noisy. The room faces a busy street. People were talking and making noise outside throughout the night. The sound insulation is very poor. 3. Extremely small room. The room is clearly designed for one person (this is even indicated on the hotel’s floor plan), but we were accommodated there as two guests. There is almost no space to place luggage or personal belongings. The bathroom also has no shelves at all. 4. Uncomfortable toilet placement. The toilet is positioned in such a way that it can only be used diagonally, which I consider completely unacceptable. 5. Missing desk shown in photos. The room photos showed a writing desk, but it was not actually present. We had to spend time requesting and arranging for a desk to be brought to the room, as it was necessary for work. 6. Parking information is misleading. The hotel description states that parking is available, but in reality it is about a 15-minute walk away. This is very inconvenient when traveling with luggage. We only discovered this upon arrival. This information was not communicated in advance. There is also nowhere near the hotel to stop even for 5 minutes to unload luggage. Additionally, there is no reception desk at the hotel, so it is difficult to quickly ask for assistance.

La cama es un soniquete continuo no es demasiado pedir un colchón duro de calidad y que no suene al moverse,solo moverse para levantarte. La habitación estaba muy fría según el termostato 19º a la llegada y fue poco a poco subiendo hasta los 24º al tercer día no es sano pasar frío en invierno ponemos la calefacción a 25º y en verano el aire a 19º. Mal muy mal . Por último tiene una terraza con servicio de bebidas y domingo a las 20:00 no había posibilidad de tomar un cocktail porque no tenía hierbabuena y faltaba café y no había posibilidad de algunas otras bebidas porque se habían agotado Un desastre pedí un zumo de tomate y lo devolví porque era un tormento de picante Es verdad que no nos cobraron ni el zumo ni el agua que sustituyó el zumo ni la cerveza de mi pareja. Pero el servicio penoso. Son cinco estrellas de hotel.

It has very good location that’s close to most attraction points. Staff were very helpful and supportive. parking should be free for such 5 stars hotel as you will never find a spot outside and all parking areas are expensive.

Чудесный отель и очень друдественный персонал..Приехав задолго до check-in мы смогли сходить в душ и привести себя в порядок после дороги и сразу отправились исследовать чудесный Бильбао!Музей Гугненхайма просто в пешей доступности.. Приятнеейшие завтраки и вкусный кофе!

Zeer fijn hotel. Kamers ruim genoeg en voorzien van een ventilator boven het bed die voor voldoende verkoeling zorgde. Schone kamers en behulpzame, erg vriendelijke medewerkers. Hotel zit middenin het oude centrum en zelf had ik het geluk niet aan de straatkant mijn kamer te hebben.

這是一家公寓式酒店，坐落在英國公司旁邊，有地鐵去火車站和汽車站，非常方便。樓下和附近很多餐館。英國公司6層有大型超市可以購買各種食物。這家酒店沒有前台，但是有24小時在線前台。唯一不足的地方是預訂後，沒有收到任何郵件通知怎樣check in。所以我們去酒店門口，按門鈴接通酒店在線服務，給我們發了郵件，給了進門密碼。然後需要在線check in, 可以用郵件的連結或者有check in機器。check in 需要拍預訂者的證件和自拍一張。然後需要填寫所有入住者的證件訊息。check in 後會收到房間號和密碼。進房間後，有welcome gift, 裏面有水等小食。非常貼心。可以下載酒店的app, 就可以用手機開鎖，非常方便。強烈推薦！

Instalaciones en muy buen estado cama cómoda, limpieza muy bien, relación precio calidad excelente y ubicación muy céntrico, de hecho volvería a repetir

La verdad que elevado el precio para las prestaciones que tiene. Se trata de un edificio en el casco antiguo de Bilbao, reformado para el turismo. Habitaciones muy pequeñas sin aire acondicionado y sin ascensor. El ascensor no es tan importante porque las habitaciones están en la Segunda y tercera planta pero el aire acondicionado si que lo echamos de menos. Hace bastante calor en verano y solo un ventilador, puede que la estancia no sea tan agradable. Por otro lado, el estar en pleno centro, como la habitación no sea interior, el ruido de los bares al medio día y la noche es tremendo. La chica de recepción muy amable, la segunda noche al quejarnos del ruido, nos cambió la habitación por una interior que mejoró bastante el tema del precio. Aún así, el precio lo veo desproporcionado

El apartamento es moderno y las camas eran cómodas, pero la ubicación no es muy buena, aunque no hemos tenido ningún problema. Un detalle le dejaron una camita y cuencos para el perro.
