"很多年前住過一次，這次過來整體感覺還不錯，位置當然相當方便，去中心區域商業街，古根漢姆，老城區，都是步行即可，周邊那些非常好吃的餐廳，pintxos也都如願再次嚐到。房間整潔夠用，而且還提供了整套洗漱用品，手續也快捷。可能周邊的食物太美味了，相比來説早餐感覺比記憶中遜色。沿街麼肯定會有噪音，但也還好不是太大問題，因為空調感覺有點悶我還開了點窗，這樣情況下噪音也沒有影響到睡眠。"

"Good location, easy to get everywhere of interest just by walking. Staff were lovely, warm, friendly and helpful. Good sized room and bathroom, but there was a massive pillar right in the middle of the room which was quite awkward. Had the room at the start of the corridor near the lifts so it was a bit noisy at times. No tea or coffee facilities in room, which feels like a bit of a basic. Went out for breakfast rather than use the hotel facilities as there's plenty of options about. Only there for 2 nights so didn't seem worth kicking up a fuss about any stuff. OK for overnight but not a long stay from what I saw."

"Good location, you can get main sites by walk. Room is quite and clean, very comfortable bed and pillow. Breakfast is average. Omelette was cold and too salted. We ordered fried eggs, but it was full of oil. But if you don’t eat eggs- you will enjoy this breakfast."

"Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago."

"It's a nice hotel. Everything you need is there. Good city part around. But the devil was hidden in the details. 1) Upon checking in, I discovered hair from a trimmed beard in the shampoo holder on the sink (while I was yelling and running around in circles my partner had just rinsed it off). 2) Centuries of dust on the shelf and TV. 3) The clock on March 01, 2024 is still set one hour ahead. at 8:40pm I get dressed and run out to a meeting by 9pm. which as it later turns out will be in 1.20 minutes. Answer: the technician is no longer at the hotel today, we will let him know. March 04, 2024, at the time of our departure, the clock is still showing the wrong time. And I thought: ”ok we can live with that”. BUT 3) The room is hot, it's really hot. We Germans and so used to sleep at +17 degrees at night (save money energy and its healthy))). Also my the partner does not tolerate the heat at all (Also if you have age changes or something else... It could be horror). The answer from the hotel: ”It's winter, the air conditioner only works for heating”. This we find out after we have been ”cooling” for a day and a half (but the hotel description has 138 rooms with air conditioning!?). 4) We get a fan to cool down. 5) I discover that the sheets are 50 percent and the pillows are 52 percent synthetic. ((at this point, I realize why they are so sweaty and sweltering to sleep in. I know its subjective). This hotel recived 3 out of 5 in my rating. P.S.: The glasses were not washed perfectly (it's just gazpacho, not oil paint and black tea) The toilet paper holder is positioned so that you hit it with your butt every time you sit down on the toilet, and when you sit down it rests on your chest"

"Hotel location is amazing. Terrace bar on level 7 with views of the Guggenheim was wonderful! Going up to the bar and getting some drinks and snacks was really lovely and the staff at the bar, reception and everywhere in the hotel were always friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay! Close to great restaurants and cafes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Try your best to follow a more Spanish time for lunch and dinner to feel the atmosphere and the culture. Late lunch, late dinner, snacks in between such as pintxos and vermouth at different bars around the area."

"La valoración es buena, tiene Garage y quien hace la custodia de noche es muy amable y ayuda a que uno pueda llegar al Garage guardar el auto y volver a subir sea la hora que sea. Llegué 3:30 de la mañana y me acompañó como si fueran las 10 de la noche."

"Location is on the Center excellent with a view on the main square , next to all shops , 10 min from the museum, very nice quiet rooms . Excellent breakfast . Garage for 36 euros per day"

"Oleskelu pari yötä NYX Hotel Bilbaossa. Hotellin sijainti on ihanteellinen, useimmat nähtävyydet helppo kävelymatkan. Lähellä vanha osa Bilbaossa, jossa on paljon ravintoloita ja baareja. Myös lähellä kauppoja ja mukava joenkäynti Guggemheimin museoon. Voit ei maksaa ruokaa, koska ei käytä hotellin tiloja. Koko hotellilla oli moderni tyylikäs tunne sen. Tarkista ja poistu oli nopea ja henkilöstö oli kohtelias.Huoneita on melko pieni ja lasi seinämän kylpyhuone ei ehkä sovi kaikille maku. Kaikki yhteensä, me olimme iloisia jäädä tässä hotellissa sen sijainti ja kokonais tyylikkyys."

"We had such a great time this year for Semana Grande. And the Axel Hotel was in the perfect location for us. Right on the river next to a great spot for drinks and food. The rooftop pool is also a great spot to watch the fireworks! The staff was so helpful and friendly. And although we didn't need housekeeping while we were staying there they offered every day to clean our room or swap out towels or necessities for us. What a great experience. We will definitely be back!"
