Niagara Falls Hotels with Parvekkeita

"First time I booked The Brock Tapestry Hotel at Niagara Falls. The receptionist names Montse Aguirre was very helpful, she is very kind helped us to find the nice room with Fallsview window…room is big enough for 3 adults, bed are very comfortable, clean and overall very good. If you want to book at the Brock in Niagara, don’t forget to call and find her and you will not disappointed. Definitely we will come back to this hotel again."

"Highly recommend staying at this Hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The heart shaped tub was amazing. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of it in the morning. The location is prime - we were able to walk to all of the sites we wanted to see in the area. The staff was extremely helpful. We will definitely be staying here again."

"The location is superb, it’s just 10-15 minute walk distance away from Niagara Falls. There’re plenty of choices for restaurants nearby, you can even catch 24/7 opened McDonalds in 5 minutes walk distance away. The staff on duty was so nice and helpful. Apart from the facility was old, it was still usable. Breakfast provided free is also good enough. Worth stay!"

"Sisäänkirjautumisen henkilökunta ei ollut kovin ystävällistä. Aluksi tunnelma oli laskenut. Paikallisen 54 cd:n veron + 45 cd:n pysäköintimaksun päivässä maksaminen olisi pitänyt olla hyvin yksinkertaista. Mutta laskeminen paperilla ja kynällä pitkään.🫣 Mene huoneen kylpyhuoneeseen ja käytä suihkujärjestelmää ilman täyttöä. Näyttää siltä, ettei sisäänkirjautuminen ole vielä valmis. Uloskirjautumisen yhteydessä käskettiin veloittaa lisämaksu. Selostettiin selvästi, että se laskettiin varauksen yhteydessä trip.com-sivustolla. Silti tilaukseni on kirjoitettu 🙄  Ja pyysimme sisäänkirjautumista ilman selitystä. Uloskirjautuminen maksuun asti. Vaikka lopulta hän keksi sen. Mutta minusta tuntuu, että tässä hotellissa ei ole muuta vaihtoehtoa kuin kysyä. Asiakkaat ottavat rahaa, ei muita palveluita. Onneksi sen sijainti on erittäin kätevä. Ravintola ja Clifton mäki vain muutaman minuutin päässä Ilotulitusnäytöksen jälkeen voit nopeasti palata huoneeseesi lisäämään pisteitä😆  "

"Great stay at falls! The building is a little bit old and air is not really fresh, staff are friendly."

"The receptionist was not very welcoming. We got a room we did not request. She just talked and kind of raised her tone to point out why we were not getting the room we selected. She didn’t like the fact we questioned it. I’m pretty sure she then picked the worse room in the hotel for us. Room is marginally clean, we immediately checked for bed bugs. You can’t access the pool without staff. Weird. Hotel key should get you anywhere guests are allowed. Walls are dated, floors are updated. Not the best. I try her hotels are better at this price point."

"Overall, I’m satisfied. The location is a bit disappointing, and it’s too far to walk to Niagara Falls. The facilities are a little old, but the staff were friendly, and the swimming pool would be great for kids. The breakfast was excellent. I had always eaten buffet-style meals before, but this was my first time having à la carte, and everything was satisfying!"

"The hotel really needs to listen to its reviews. Most people have really damned them for being a dirty stinky cesspit of a venue but actually it is pretty amazing. Very smart foyer, lovely warm and cosy rooms and an amazing location. However, the internet is SUCKY away from the foyer - I had to talk with reception and a support tech person to explain that the internet was bad in the room and it was turned around to seem like I was wrong. Get more routers in, it’s not that difficult. Also, breakfast MUST INCLUDE healthy options. There is not a fruit or vegetable in sight. If you don’t count the options of raspberry or strawberry yoghurts. Personally, I think the hotel should rethink their pricing strategy. It is far too affordable; and breakfast (with fruit and veg) should be an upsell option. You have the location! You have an amazing swimming pool and hot tub! You even have top quality toiletries! I would have paid twice the rate without breakfast, which most properties in the area are doing. Sorry for my rant but I know the hotel should and can do better."
