"Erittäin ystävällinen ja lämmin vastaanotto. Varasin alun perin Garden Wingin, mutta koska kylpyamme oli kohokohta, sovin myöhemmin Trip.comin kanssa päivittämisen Ocean Wingiin lisämaksusta.  Molemmilla puolilla on omat ominaisuutensa, mutta Ocean Wingin laatu on melko hyvä. Henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä, ja hotellissa on myös monia aktiviteetteja, joihin voi osallistua. Koin golfia, lyöntiä rannalla ja ratsastusta rannalla - erittäin unohtumattomia! Kannattaa todellakin suositella tällaisen lomakohteen kokemista Sabahissa!"

"nobody answer the hotel phone and there is no way to reach this hotel accept through Trip. Not user friendly. we have made some wrong booking due to flight schedule issue. have tried to call many times to modify our date of stay but nobody answer our call. finally trip replied we cannot modify the date. this is very bad management as it is no last minute change, at least 5 days before the actual date. we have to scramble to reschedule our flight. very bad experience."

"I have to say this is one of the best hotels that I have ever visited. The hotel room is dustless, very clean. The location is very strategic, less than 5 minutes walk to go to Todak waterfront to enjoy seafood, or another 5 minutes walk in opposite direction to go to Suria mall for shopping. The staff here are friendly and dedicated in their services.After checking in, the staff gave me a call to ask me whether I am happy with the condition of the room. The breakfast is awesome, many varieties and very tasty. I am a demanding person, but this hotel does not disappoint me. It should be a role model for other hotels to follow."

"Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu is probably the best place to stay in the entire city, not just for the rooms, but for everything else as well. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the service attitude from every single staff member is outstanding, from check-in to housekeeping to restaurant and bar teams. The pool and views on the 23rd floor are amazing, and the gym, while slightly small, has a really nice mountain view. Breakfast offers a great variety, and à la carte options are included at no extra cost, which is a big plus. The bar is excellent, especially during happy hour with buy-one-get-one-free deals on selected drinks. Honestly, the hotel was so comfortable that we barely wanted to leave, even just for a walk outside. Special thanks to Natalie at check-in, who was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming. She even upgraded us from a city-view room to a mountain-view room, which made the stay even more special. At the bar, Alvin was tirelessly explaining the menu and drinks to us, and Yus always greeted us with a warm smile and provided great service, they truly made the experience memorable. If I ever come back to Kota Kinabalu, this would 100% be my place to stay again."

Kyllä, se on hintapuoli mutta voit nähdä ja tuntea, missä rahat menevät. Jokainen yksityiskohta huutaa palkkio: Dyson hiustenkuivaaja, paksu ja fluffy kalusteet, sähköiset sokeat, kosketusvalaistus, ja hämmästyttävä kylpyhuone, joka heti asettaa mieliala rentouttavaa oleskelua. Suunnittelu on tyylikkäästi, moderni, ja Instagram-arvoinen joka kulmassa. Mitä todella asettaa tämä paikka erilleen on lahjakkuutta tilojen. Sen sijaan, että standardi pieni pullo vettä, ne tarjoavat 1500 ml juomavettä, plus vapaan virtauksen juomavettä ja pehmeät juomat nauttia milloin tahansa. "The resort is very easy to get to from Kota Kinabalu airport. Using the Grab app makes it convenient to call a car to take you to the Jesselton Point to catch the boat to the resort. The resort is quite beautiful and clean. Reading other reviews, I wasn’t quite sure why several had complaints about the price and food. The food was all excellent - fresh and reasonably priced. We ate at both specialty restaurants as well - Fisherman’s Cove and Omakase - and both were excellent. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a lot of variety to choose from and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved the sea view from our terrace. The bathroom was well-equipped and spacious. The pool was very clean and there were plenty of sun chairs to choose from. The gift shop had many cute items. The spa is beautiful and the massage was amazing! What needs improvement - the bathtub in our villa was a bit dirty with some dead bugs. It’s fantastic that they offer a complimentary boat shuttle to the other bay near the marine center but it’s extremely littered with plastic. I asked the staff for a garbage bag and ended up collecting about 5 kg worth of garbage from the beach and sea. This should be the government policy or authorities responsibility - they need to clean it up and charge fines for littering. Overall, we loved this resort and wanted to stay longer. We definitely recommend staying here. I would like to specifically mention Aileen, Rozana, Nathaniel and Shadar for making our stay memorable and comfortable."

"Although theree was an error on the booking system at my side...but they solve the problem easily by giving me a room with seaview..(seems to be an upgrade to me) the room is clean and the cleaner did their job really well too by adding more towel rather than change my towel...for the breakfast it's good, though the only problem is their drinks is bland...thats all"

"There are two items need to be highlighted to home owner. - wifi system abit week, can be improved to higher speed which cover for more user. - due to the weakness of the Internet, the TV programmes doesn't work properly and keep disconnected. Kids are complaining the Internet and need to improve or change to other service provider."

"Had a wonderful Christmas Eve stay here. I stayed in a golf field view room, which was incredibly peaceful and calming. Even with the golf field view, I could still see parts of the ocean, and the sunset was absolutely beautiful. I spent some time at the pool and was able to enjoy a stunning sunset from there as well, overlooking the pier by the beach — it was truly an amazing view. I ordered room service during my stay and was very impressed with how prompt and friendly the service was. The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable, and I especially enjoyed relaxing in the bathtub after a long day. Overall, everything felt calm and well taken care of, making it a perfect stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time."
