On the flip side, a few guests noted some service inconsistencies (e.g., WiFi strength, breakfast variety) and minor maintenance issues such as dirty windows or worn hallway carpets. Overall: A strong choice for a premium stay in Douala—especially if you value modern comfort and strong service—just be aware of minor operational quirks.

Very clean and friendly service, sorry I didn’t take much pictures, but I can guarantee you that it’s a place to be. Since I love food I just took a pic of my breakfast 🥞 🥰

Hotel is clean, staff in very helpful. Not to sure if it is safe to walk to nearby shops. The breakfast is not what I would have expected.

Tres bon hotel et surtout un tres bin service

Excellent service. Comfortable rooms and the food was amazing. My husband and I spent Valentines Day at the hotel and we had the most amazing time. The life band in the evening and decor was excellent. The environment was quiet which made our stay relaxing. I would come back again. ❤️
