I went Madison for strongman competition. The hotel have sauna room easy to cut weight. Impressive love this place. They still have cafe nearly the capital, downtown easy to find some food drink

酒店設施普通，還使用老式的窗下空調，噪音一直不小，窗户全部焊死，不能開小縫透氣，床墊有年頭了，有明星的凹陷感，洗澡水依然温暖充足。電視沒有免費節目。早餐自助15刀，我沒吃，我買了牛奶（3.5刀一加侖）和橙汁（7刀一加侖）放在冷藏箱裏。前台有一半是黑人，客房打掃應該是南美洲人。停車場車位充足。靠近集貿區 ，購物方便，最喜歡MASHALL。

Almost everything about the stay was nice and clean. Only downfall was that I had to take a cold shower when I arrived. Water would not warm up. Talk to the morning manger and he apologized profusely and was so kind about it.

工作人員和藹可親，因入住早到了，還體貼的幫我們加快了房間打掃，使我們早早的拿到房間，房間寬敞舒適整潔，早餐和下午茶都非常棒，地理位置也十分不錯，去學校和機場都很方便，下次來一定還是你！

The only frustrating part is we had to come a day early for our stay due to bad weather coming Saturday night where we live & we had to be sure we could get home by Sunday. I spoke with the Trip.com gentleman and with me on the line he called the Delta hotel because I wanted to switch Saturday night to Thursday night due to bad weather coming. We were there to meet our new born granddaughter. After he spoke with Crystal, a customer service representative at Delta, he said everything will be fine, but I will need to make Thursday’s reservation directly with Delta reservations so he transferred me. Before he transferred me, I asked him if Saturday will be canceled and we will not have to pay. He said Delta Customerservice will take care of that so as I spoke to Crystal about it, she said you need to talk to Trip.com to get that taken care of because Trip.com does not refund, I told her I did talk to Trip.com and they told me that Delta will take care of it. And she said she would look into it so she transferred me to the reservation line and I made the reservation for Thursday, March 12. As we checked in, I brought this situation up and the gentleman at the front desk said to ask about it Friday morning because I had to check out then check back in. So Friday morning I went to the desk to discuss the situation and to check in again because this booking was through Trip.com. The manager was there and she explained to me that they don’t give a refund, but I explained to her that I talked to Trip.com and Crystal, from Delta and she said she would take care of it. To me taking care of it was canceling, and we would not have to pay for that extra day so the manager stated she would look into it. Saturday morning, as I checked out, Crystal was at the front desk and I went through the hole discussion again, and she did have something written down that she looked at, and she said we need to cancel through Trip.com the third-party reservation and that Delta will not refund us for Saturday night. I do understand the rules, but also as customer service from both Trip.com and Delta I would think because we’ve stayed Thursday night that we should not have to pay for Saturday night being that it was the same amount of nights. In the end we paid for a night that we did not stay therefore I feel either Delta or Trip.com got paid twice for that night cause I’m sure that room was taken by another customer, my hope is that we can be refunded for the Saturday night we were charged for and did not stay on top of this. We ended up paying more which I was fine to do being that we had to book through Delta for Thursday night, which I will always book directly with a hotel, and no longer a third-party since they do not consider blizzard weather a reason to get home. Please consider a refund for Saturday night. Thank you, Mindy Kottke.

VVieraskäyttäjäMy husband and I travel to Milwaukee each year for his birthday. We chose this hotel for its location in proximity to our dinner reservation and the attractions we had planned. There were several negative reviews for this hotel regarding check in, cleanliness, and parking, I'd like to share my feedback to ensure travelers do not deter from staying at this hotel for those reasons. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a friendly front desk staff and were able to check in promptly at 4pm. We were able to conveniently park in their side lot while we brought our belongings up to our room. The room was extremely spacious and had beautiful upgrades and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen. The high ceilings really made this room unique. Everything in the room was very clean. There is a parking garage directly across from the hotel which was easy to access and only cost $22.00 a night to park. When staying in downtown MKE it is to be expected that you will pay for parking, and knowing our car was in a covered garage was peace of mind. We choose to Uber to our destinations, so we didn't have to find parking multiple times, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for our ride to arrive. My only disappointment was there was no happy hour. I was under the impression there was a cocktail hour offered, but it didn't take away from our stay, as there were several liquor stores within walking distance to grab a drink for the room while we got ready. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with options, fresh, hot, and the egg bites were delicious. The last thing I will add which is huge for me, they have complimentary water, hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times. I hate forgetting to bring a water bottle for the middle of the night when staying at a hotel, so I loved this feature. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future! Don't let the negative reviews sway your decision. This was a beautiful, newly converted hotel that you should absolutely check out next time you are staying in the area.

LLuvmarleyThis is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.

VVieraskäyttäjäI wasn’t told at checkout that I needed to change color of our wristband bands and we were in the pools for 4 hours before it was noticed. I had a 5 year old I was watching in the lazy river when life guard watching lazy river told me I needed to leave. I’m trying to explain I was told I could stay as long as I wanted, plus yell for the 5 year old and I told the guy I would go up to front desk. On my way up I ran into Jackson manager of the lifeguards. Very nice young man. He heard me tease my niece we were rule breakers. I early thanked him and his staff for all their hard work. He asked if he could help. I explained I had no idea I had to change color of wrist band and it’s my first time here. I had already checked out and I hoped it wasn’t too late. He assured me there would be no issues. I went to front desk and stood in a long line. Jackson came upstairs for something saw me in line and got my wrist bands so I didn’t have to wait. What a wonderful experience! Jackson is awesome! He truly cares about the customer experience! Thanks Jackson!
Earlier I took my niece to gift shop, she found a little Ty beanie purse. The strap had metal links on it but it was broken. The manager actually offered to replace it with something else but my niece had her heart set on that and it was last one. This manager fixed it good as new!! Top notch service by these two men!

There’s an additional $20 that they say is for wifi/leasing bikes/24 hr lobby/yoga mats/indoor and outdoor games/live music/gym/parking/discounts at certain stores of center in which they don't even know of or which they are. Mutta en käytä mitään siitä, joten käytin melko paljon $20 ok mitään. Jos se oli osa hotellin hintaa itse, niin OK ymmärrän, mutta erillinen maksu näille tilauksille on naurettavaa. Kun katsot hotellin kuvia löydät myös, että ei ole kuvia kylpyhuoneista ja tyyppi ymmärrettävä. Kylpyhuone ei ollut liian huono, mutta myös ei paras tila (varmasti voisi käyttää uudelleenjärjestelyä).

VVieraskäyttäjäNew hotel with all the Marriott amenities as you would expect such as A full continental hot breakfast with multiple choices and gluten-free options, a friendly staff members, nice beds/pillows and very clean common areas and room. Only “complaints” are-I would consider the hotels Choice of decor, furniture, and room fixtures to Be outdated and because it is a Marriott brand with Marriott pricing the hotel should be updated. They do not use comforters on their bed. They use a thin blanket in between the sheet and the duvet cover.. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that is attached to the shower was very difficult to pump And get any products out. The diverter to turn the shower on was not functioning, but staff was very quick to handle the issue. Overall, we had a nice stay.

There was a youth hockey team staying the same weekend while we were there and the kids were all running through the hotel (along with other kids who were not staying at the hotel) the noise level was ridiculous and it seemed that the staff couldn’t address the issues (I contacted the front desk 3 times the first night, and again the 2nd night! )Even after quiet hours of 10:00 pm the noise of slamming doors and running the hallways was awful.
We shouldn’t have to pay for other people’s noise and others who are not paying and staying at the hotel’s use of the amenities (pool). 2 out of 3 nights were just loud!!!
