The place is in quite bad condition and the staff very unfriendly. I read on Google that they would take your phone to leave a great review with it so I refused to give it to them. He still “needed to take a picture of my booking info because being short sightseeing” but then could read my translation app no problem… The room itself was good and the shuttle came to bring me to the airport (just a couple minutes late). The elevator stops one floor before the rooms so I almost left my suitcase downstairs but all the suitcases there were absolutely empty… it made me feel like they try to have people believe that they can leave they luggage down for the night but not with the best intentions. Regardless, I decided to bring it up and carry it in the stairs to feel better overnight. Cheap and okay room for one night near the airport, that’s all.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hospitality was outstanding, with staff who were consistently attentive and highly responsive. Communication via WeChat was seamless and made every request quick and convenient. A major highlight was the complimentary Disneyland shuttle service, which made our visit effortless and significantly enhanced our overall experience. The hotel also provides a one time complimentary airport transfer, which was a thoughtful and valuable addition. The laundry service was particularly impressive. Not only are clothes carefully washed, but they are also dried and returned, reflecting a high level of care and attention to detail. The location is another strong advantage. There are numerous dining options within walking distance, making it easy to find a variety of food at any time. Overall, the combination of excellent service, convenient amenities, and a strategic location made our stay truly enjoyable. We would not hesitate to return and confidently recommend this hotel to others.

Super satisfied with my stay! Ngl the Room was extremely clean and comfortable, facilities are new, bed was so cozy. Front desk service was amazing—super helpful and even helped me with late checkout. Free airport shuttle is super convenient. Perfect spot near PVG for transit travelers. Great value for money! Will definitely stay again. 5 stars!

The hotel was in a pretty good location, about 5 minutes from a train station but pretty much a 20/25 minute walk from a lot of hot spot places. Yu Garden 20 mins, Bund 25 mins, peoples park and the museum about 15 mins. Food and coffee was available all around us from early morning till late night as well as a family mart. Also a great location if you’re looking for halal food around you. There are about 4 restaurants within 5-10 minutes of walking (all pretty similar but good)

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, conveniently located close to the airport, and provides airport pickup and drop-off shuttle service. Breakfast is Chinese-style but very good. The staff are especially kind, helpful, and supportive — from the front desk to the cleaning lady. I would like to particularly thank Xiaojia, who was very nice and supportive. Even though she has some difficulty speaking English, she made a great effort to help me, which I truly appreciate. Thank you, Xiaojia, and thank you to the whole team!

Se näytti olevan viimeinen bussi. Lähdettyämme lentokentältä ajoimme jonkin aikaa, pysähdyimme muissa hotelleissa ja saavuimme sitten hotellille. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli helppoa. Palvelut oli sijoitettu sisäänkirjautumistiskin viereen, joten voit ottaa ne mielesi mukaan. Huone oli siisti ja koko täydellinen. Lähistöllä ei kuitenkaan ollut ravintoloita tai kauppoja, joten on parempi ottaa ne lentokentältä. Limusiinibussi lentokentälle lähtee klo 4.00, ja bussi odotti jo, kun lähdin aulasta. Ensimmäinen juna lähti klo 4.15. Ottamani bussin piti lähteä klo 4.45, mutta olin hieman yllättynyt, että se lähti noin 3 minuuttia etuajassa! ️ Se oli superkätevää, koska he pysähtyivät eilen yöpymässäni kiinalaisessa hotellissa, nousivat minut kyytiin ja veivät minut lentokentän sisäänkäynnille. Mutta ensi kerralla taidan yöpyä kiinalaisessa hotellissa.
