來張家界旅行，選到這家民宿真的太幸運了！ 房間設施特別齊全，雙台盆的洗漱台設計貼心，傢俱陳設都很有質感，細節滿滿。衞生打掃得一塵不染，住起來特別安心。老闆人超級熱情，免費幫我們升級了房型，性價比直接拉滿！ 民宿裏還有超有意義的香囊手工活動，親手做了伴手禮超有紀念感。前台還備了天門山、大峽谷等各個景區的遊玩攻略和地圖，幫我們省了超多做攻略的時間，太貼心了！ 老闆是攝影愛好者，民宿裏一整面牆都是他拍的張家界山水和民俗作品。最絕的是房間窗外的山景，推窗就是連綿的青山和錯落的別墅，視野絕了，每天醒來都被治癒！ 來張家界玩，下次來還住這兒！

very nice home stay owner , they are warm and friendly. We encounter sudden rain weather and drop in temperature , the owners lend us umbrella and gave us warm patches. I speak mandarin, so no issue in communication with them . I saw the owners trying their best using translation tools to communicate with English speaking travellers. 👍 they helped a lot in preparing our itinerary in zhangjiajie including tianmenshan and wulingyuan scenic area. They explained the route inside the scenic area clearly and they can help to book tickets with discounted price too. Good option for travellers travelling on their own. Surrounded by many restaurants and walking distance to east gate of national forest park ( the avatar scenic area).

Maybe you are not in the center of town but the service and views to the mountains are awesome. From the very first time we felt like at home, special thank you to Shasha who even helped us with our bags. Very spacious rooms, free autolaundry service on the third floor, great information about all the activities in the area that you can book with them. The breakfast was in our room at the time we've required (6.30) in order to go to Zhangjiaje park. Only 4 min by Didi to the Park entrance. Right now they are expanding the building but wasn't a problems for us as we were visiting the main attractions. AWESOME PLACE!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room is clean. Very near to mrt station directly go down from lift though we prefer getting around with Didi, pretty short distance too to streets. Snacks and amenities is provided. Just one thing to be improve, get a new hook for people to hang our clothes after shower. The initial one was too close and inside shower, not convenient. Other than that is a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

If you’re looking for an English review, here it is! Location: We stayed for 6 nights in the Jade Room, and the location couldn’t be better. The hotel is only a short 3-minute walk from Huangxing Pedestrian Street, tucked inside a small alley off the main road. While taxis can’t drop you right at the entrance, the walk is easy and luggage-friendly. The surroundings are quiet at night but still feel very safe. There’s also a nearby corner shop that holds Taobao parcels, which is super convenient, and the reception staff will guide you if needed. Service: The service was genuinely outstanding and truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. Communication was clear, warm, and responsive from the beginning. We confirmed our booking via WeChat and received prompt replies along with helpful directions and a clear map. We arrived past midnight, but the staff kept in touch and reassured us that someone would meet us on arrival. A friendly young gentleman greeted us with a big smile, brought us to our room, and followed up with the passcodes for Wi-Fi and door access (the lobby area locks after 10pm). Most evenings, they sent a message about homemade desserts available on a first-come-first-serve basis—such a thoughtful touch. They were also extremely helpful when I needed to order food through *******, letting me use the front desk number since I didn’t have a local phone. I was also able to receive Taobao parcels at the hotel, and the staff neatly gathered them for easy pick-up. Truly attentive and heartfelt service throughout. Cleanliness & Room: The room had basic amenities and toiletries, which were sufficient for a comfortable stay. However, we couldn’t find a safe or mini fridge— not a deal breaker, but something to note if you’re expecting those features. The cleaning team was polite and checked in daily to see if we needed housekeeping. Fresh towels and bottled water were consistently provided, which we appreciated. Still, the overall cleaning could have been more thorough. We noticed crumbs and hair on the floor, suggesting that sweeping or vacuuming wasn’t done completely, and there were some shoe marks left in the bathroom. Not major issues, but worth mentioning. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and despite the minor cleanliness concerns, we would happily rebook this accommodation on our next trip to Changsha. _______ 地点（Location）： 我们在翡翠房（Jade Room）住了 6 晚，地点真的非常棒。酒店距离黄兴步行街只有大约 3 分钟的步行路程，藏在主街旁的一条小巷里。虽然出租车不能直接把你送到酒店门口，但小巷平坦好走，拖着行李也完全没有问题。周边环境晚上很安静，但仍然非常安全。附近还有一家包裹代收的小店，可以领取淘宝包裹，非常便利，前台也会指导你如何前往。 服务（Service）： 酒店的服务真的非常贴心，让人有一种“家外之家”的感觉。沟通顺畅、友善且回应快速。我们通过微信确认了预订，酒店很快给了回复，并附上了详细的路线说明和清晰的地图。 我们是在深夜抵达的，但他们一路保持联络，告诉我们随时可以联系工作人员。到达后，一位年轻的小哥满脸笑容地迎接我们，带我们到房间，并马上发送了 Wi-Fi 和门禁的密码（酒店前台与客房通道晚上 10 点后会上锁）。 大多数晚上，他们都会发消息告诉我们当天有自制甜点，数量有限、先到先得——非常温馨的小惊喜。当我需要用**点餐时，他们也非常乐于协助，因为我没有中国手机号，他们让我直接填写前台号码作为联系号码。另外，我也收了不少淘宝包裹，前台都会帮忙整理好，让取件变得更方便。整体服务相当贴心、周到。 房间与清洁（Room & Cleanliness）： 房间提供基本的设施与盥洗用品，住起来还是舒适的。不过，我们没有找到保险箱或小冰箱——不是硬性需求，但如果你特别需要这类设备，建议提前确认。 清洁人员每天都会礼貌询问我们是否需要打扫房间，毛巾和瓶装水也都有每天补充，这点非常不错。然而，整体清洁度可以再更细致一些。我们发现地板上有一些面包屑和头发，似乎没有彻底打扫；浴室地面上也有鞋印。虽然不是严重的问题，但仍值得一提。 整体评价： 整体入住体验非常愉快，即便有些许清洁的小问题，我们仍然非常愿意在下次来长沙时再次入住这里。

She went above and beyond to guide us through our trip, offering insider tips on exploring the town and navigating Zhangjiajie Mountain. Thanks to her advice, we had a smooth and memorable experience hiking and sightseeing. She even recommended great local places to eat, which added a delicious layer to our stay. 🏡 The hotel itself is beautiful—new, spotlessly clean, and very safe. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the location is unbeatable: it's walkable to the entrance gate to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. That convenience made our daily outings so much easier. 💖 What stood out most was the genuine hospitality from the entire family. You can feel the care and pride they put into running the hotel, and it makes a big difference. For the price, it’s an incredible value—perfect for travelers who want comfort, kindness, and proximity to nature. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. I’d absolutely stay here again!

From the very first moment we arrived at Hotel Sambhala, we felt completely at home. Kelly, the owner, and her family are exceptionally kind and attentive; you can really tell they put their heart into looking after every guest and every little detail. The facilities are modern and impeccably maintained, with clean, comfortable spaces that invite you to relax. Everything is designed to make you feel at ease, creating a genuinely warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the absolute highlights is the traditional Chinese food they prepare: homemade, flavourful dishes full of authentic taste that showcase the true local cuisine. Each meal feels like a special moment to enjoy and share. All in all, Hotel Sambhala is the perfect place for anyone looking for sincere hospitality, a cozy environment, and delicious cuisine. Really good hotel and friendly staff. They let us to change my room to a two bed room for free. The breakfast is good and contains both Chinese and western style. There is a shopping mall right next to the hotel in the same building Full of delicious food. The location is really good.

Amazing time at Wulingyuan! We had a great experience at this hotel! The guy at the reception was extremely kind and helpful. He even offered us a free update to a room with additional amenities. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name but he provided a lot of useful information about Wulingyuan and Zhangjiajie national park. The room was clean and spacious. It has a nice view of the river and the hotel has a great location too. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a restaurant but it is surrounded by several places to eat. It takes around 25 minutes to walk to arrive at the park entrance or 5 minutes by taxi. The checkout is late so it allows us to enjoy the morning before our departure. The owner even gave us a magnet when checking out, he was extremely kind. Highly recommend!
