隔音效果不好，隔壁半夜離開都聽得見，孩子吵鬧還會被投訴，出了錢住酒店，連心情都不好了

•웰컴 쿠키도 줍니다. 초코쿠키 • 방이 넓고 쇼파베드 및 퀸 2개 베드 모두 깨끗했습니다. • 시애틀 타코마 공항 자동차 셔틀 시설까지 차로 2.5마일정도 걸려 가깝습니다. •프론트 및 하우스키퍼 분들의 친절하신 응대에 만족스러운 경험을 할 수 있었습니다. •렌트카가 있다면 넓은주차장에 주차하기 아주 좋습니다. 다만, 주차장 이용료가 있습니다. •다운타운까지 트래픽이 없다면 I-5도로로 곧장 직진으로 타고 가다가 빠지면 되서 복잡하지 않게 길을 찾아가 용이합니다. (약 20분) • 단점은 변기 수압이 약합니다. • 단점 커피머신은 있지만 커피포트가 없습니다.

The hotel is quite far away from down town although it's nice hotel and some good restaurant nearby. Facility is good and they have a restaurant & bar inside, very nice. You can also find some good restaurants that not far from the hotel.

Spacious and tidy place. Front desk staff is very helpful for our late check in after 10. Just a short stay here for a resting night in between of the trip. Everything goes well.

Room was nice and clean. Friendly staff. Location was Great! Walking distance to River Park, mall/shopping and restaurants. Overall, great experience!

There were other cheaper hotels I could have chosen but this one had free breakfast on Christmas morning so that was what got my attention. When I arrived at my room, it was very cold. The fan was set for AC. And on Christmas Eve, we didn't need cold air. This was the first domino that made a series of unfortunate events: I tried to set the fan to heat but it looks like it is set only for AC or fan (blowing cold air). We were just too tired to call the front desk to request a different room. My girlfriend then took a shower with super hot water. She didn't turn on the fan in the bathroom or close the door as she wanted our room to heat up. The vapor got soooooo thick in the room that it set off the fire alarm. I jumped on the bed looking for the reset button but I cut my finger in the process. There was no silence or reset button. I called the office right away when the alarm turned off and explained the situation. I feel sorry for the few guests that stayed that night. The hotel is in excellent condition, one of the best maintained in Yakima. I just wanted to add that we people do goofy things and what we did was goofy. I know we would not have set the alarm off if the air fan could be arranged from AC to hot air given that it is December and we don't need AC in the room, just a thought.

Family of 5. Was perfect size for us. Hotel room was clean & staff were very friendly. I would say more options for breakfast would be nice.

Sehr schöne und komfortable Zimmer auf drei Ebenen. Zimmer und Bad makellos sauber, ausreichend großer Kleiderschrank. Der Frühstücksraum erschien etwas klein, war aber dennoch nicht erfüllt. Es gab warmes Frühstück mit Eiern, Speck und Würstchen, dazu der übliche Mix aus Cerealien, Waffeln und Toast. Pool und Whirlpool waren offen, lagen aber etwas zu sehr in Sichtweite der Lobby. Eine Wäscherei für Gäste stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung, allerdings war der Automat für den Verkauf von Waschmittel außer Betrieb. Ein Dollar Tree direkt neben dem Hotel half weiter. Ebenfalls direkt vor der Tür ein McDonalds für den kleinen Hunger am Abend.
