Absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect, hygiene, location, facilities, service, etc. Proximity to the River Walk is unparalleled as it is less than a 10min walking distance.

The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it. We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready.

Recent stay was alright besides the ice machine wasn't working at all. The room was nice and clean and the service wasn't too bad considering me and my husband are regular customers so they know us pretty well

The hotel is very clean and convenient, close to the river walk and many restaurants. There are two malls nearby within a 10 min walk. I stayed here with my family and we had a great time Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel was great, room was spotless and well appointed. Restaurant was ”ok” but not much of a selection for food choices. Bar was very good, drinks were spot on and bartender was attentive. I would recommend the hotel, but would suggest going somewhere else for dinner.

轉機過夜預訂，可以打電話到前台預訂機場班車，接機等了20分鐘左右（前台告知的時間很準時），送機每小時一趟車，所以可能需要提前多一些。美式酒店的早餐，中規中矩。對轉機住一晚來説足夠啦，勝在性價比。

Très bien. L’hôtel est juste éloigné du centre-ville, pour un voyageur à pied il faut marcher quelques minutes.

We were celebrating our grandson's 9th birthday. We had a wonderful time. The accommodations were superb. We could not gave asked for more.

Swimming pool water was frigid despite outdoor temp being 90. No dresser with drawers to put clothing...only about 4 hangers in closet for 2 of us. Tub lacking caulking and spots looking like mold. Breakfast could be improved...rather skimpy. Otherwise okay and comfortaqble.
