Staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Only negative was the people in room next to us that were smoking skunk **** all night. Came thru vents and we felt like we had a contact high. We had asked for non smoking.
Mexican restaurant was good. Had nice bartenders and great shrimp cocktail. Very open and airy.

Amazing breakfast! Made to order omelettes are great! Really nice staff; helped me with a toothbrush and toothpaste for my stay. Really saved me! The quick coffee at the front was much needed and great variety of options. Loved my stay!

Hotel was clean for the most part, except under the bed which was absolutely disgusting; but who goes under there anyway? The front desk staff were nice, so no complaints there, or anywhere except for parking!! Apparently there is a customer there that is “VIP” (which is what the front desk staff told me) and they are allowed to park their trailer and take up 5 spaces, even though the rest of us paid for our rooms too. My family and I were here on vacation to Disneyland, so the second day we arrived later in the evening back at the lodge. I understand we weren’t going to get our original spot, but there was NO parking. My husband drove the entire lot twice and by pure luck someone had just left, otherwise where would my family and I have parked? Location is great and the staff were friendly, but this experience alone would never allow me to book here again.

The hotel is good. But what we don’t like is the hidden charges of Destination Fee $34/night being charged when we checked out. This is on top of the fee we paid during booking. No one likes to be charged with hidden fees. So be aware of the potential additional fees.

All great and very friendly staff. Only major downside is noise. People walking on floors above and in the hallway are very audible. The fridge is also in the same space as the bed and when it goes into cooling cycles it's extremely loud in the middle of the night.

My experience traveling to the Casino was terrible! The number of cars and other vehicles on the freeway was unbelievable. This was on Thanksgiving Day! Worse that I’ve ever seen. Now for my stay, it was the best room and related facilities offered, including professional services and booking. The Casino was filled with fumes from smoking customers, but this was to be expected. Otherwise, everything else was clean, well maintained, and available. I wish the Buffet was opened, but best wishes I can only pray for. My dinner was good except when a person is used to their dinner Mom used to cook don’t match, it can be a little disappointing. However, the final outcome was satisfactory. I would do it again. The travel returning home was better because I left early 5:30 a.m.

Nice hotel, especially the lobby. Welcoming staff that offered us several water bottles. The room is good as well. Bathroom was alright but the shower drainage was terrible. Within minutes the tub filled with water up to my legs and didn’t go down, which felt unhygienic and really put me off.
Also, for the price we paid and considering this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, it would be nice to have slippers and bathrobes.

Good location, the lobby provides water and coffee. The room conditions are fair, soundproofing is not very good, can hear the voice and sound around us, but it’s okay after we use the ear plugs, we can still sleep well.
The breakfast is good as it provides variety of foods.
The swimming pool is open but the hot tub is closed during our visit.

Good option for an airport stay. The 12:00 check-out is very convenient if you have a later flight, since you don’t need to rush in the morning.
The only thing to note is the airport shuttle. It didn’t arrive according to the timetable when I stayed, and I waited about 30 minutes without a bus, so it might be safer to allow extra time or consider another way to the air

YYC008Here's why we gave the experience 3 stars;
First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review.
The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-)
Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance.
1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process.
2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance.
Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.

VVieraskäyttäjäLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

PPathAndAndromedaAdventuresMy check-In and out was smooth and quick, the deposit was sent back to my card within 2hrs of checking out. My service dog and I stayed in room 120, the only issue with the room was noticing that the smoke alarm was missing(only realized 15 minutes before checking out). It was freezing cold outside, but my room was right across from the pool & hot tub, so I couldn't resist a 9pm trip into that hot & bubbly water for some relaxation before bed. The double rails make getting in & out so much easier for my disability, but they also have the chair assists for people who can't get in or out by themselves.

RRachel KayThe lady at the front desk was not very nice nor helpful. We arrived at 1:30pm, which I know is before the 3pm check in, but it's usually never a problem to check in early. We were informed that our room was not ready yet and that we would have to pay $30 more for another room that was ready. This place has over 300+ rooms, and not a single room was ready unless I paid more?!?! We worked til 5:30 am and just wanted to lay down and sleep, so we agreed. We asked for a quiet room since we needed to sleep and was working the grave yard again. When we got room our room it was right next to the elevator!!!! Not a quiet room at all as you can constantly hear the binging of the elevator, and here it going up and down no stop. We called the front desk, and the lady said we could vacant the room and wait 1 1/2 for our room to be ready. We asked how another room could not be available, especially after you charged us an additional $30. She said we asked to be upgraded to a bay view, and that's why she charged us $30 more, which was a totally lie.. All I cared about was sleeping, so I didn't care what room we were in or what view we had, I just wanted a quiet room to get some sleep. We explained to her that we work graveyard and desperately needed to sleep before our next 12 hour shift, but she refused to move us and said we could vacant the room. I begrudgingly said we would keep the room, but it was hard to sleep with the noise of the elevator. Same with the following morning, we got back from work around 6am and I had to drive back to Sacramento and didn't get much sleep listening to the elevator all morning. Worst customer service I ever had from a Hilton and will never stay again. I'm so disappointed they would not work with us.

VVieraskäyttäjäStaying on a day whwn the weather was horrible undoutably did not help this being good review as we were unable to use the pool areas or enjoy the balconies or the bikes etc but I have to say I was disappointed in the room itself given the cost. When it costs in the $600 range I expected more. 300 square feet, with one chair, a bench along one wall facing away from the TV and a work space that I can only describe as laughable is less than I expected. I confess if I had paid more attention to the pictures, they were accurate. The quality of the bedding and the towels etc were top notch as were the robes and other aids. The fridge was strange but it met our needs. The lighting was interesting. Lights turned them selves off and on automatically not always when you wanted them to, including in the middle of the night if you did not want wake your partner. When the lights went off in half the room we were startled but it seems this just might be to keep the electric bill down as when we rentered the area they came back on. They tell you the internet and parking are free but are they? They were the only two things I recieved for a $60 resort fee. On the bright side the staff was excellent though they would benifit having a larger check in area. The dinner at their restaurant was outstanding. Beware, that if you have any walking disabilities some rooms not on the first floor are only accessible via the stair way. Our designated room was one of them and we have disabilities. The staff was able to do some moving around and all was well but if you are going to stay there make sure they are aware.

Avain oli toimia hissit ja voiman huoneissa minun oli selvitettävä se itse. Hän ei tarjonnut tai selittänyt pysäköinti, menin takaisin, kun lataamme tavaramme ajaa ympäri ja löysin, ettei ole paikka pysäköinti. vastaanottomies melko paljon juuri käsitteli korttini. The opposite of the hotel is Toy Story Parking Lot, Disneyland will provide shuttle bus services to/fro Disneyland.
2 minutes walk to CVS pharmacy/ 7-11/ and Walgreen for your snacks or souvenirs.
The amenities ie toothpaste/ brush will be provided on a request basis.

VVieraskäyttäjäI recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Los Angeles and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The hotel itself is very new and beautifully designed, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. I’ve stayed in hotels that cost significantly more—sometimes 800 to 900 dollars a night—and yet this one exceeds them all in both quality and value. It truly is the best hotel of its kind, bar none.
I especially want to mention Lila at the front desk. She was kind enough to upgrade my room, and her helpful nature made me feel so welcome. Throughout my stay, housekeeping was excellent—my room was always spotless and well-stocked. Whenever I asked for extra items like a microwave or an iron, the staff brought them to my room right away and made sure I had everything I needed.
The only minor hiccup was with the mini-bar: I removed a few drinks to make space for my own water, and the next day I noticed a charge for using the mini-bar. However, once I let the staff know, they immediately assured me there would be no charge.
Overall, Conrad Los Angeles stands out for its beautiful facilities, attentive service, and superb value. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again to Lila and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!
