Kun saavuin hotelliin, he antoivat minulle huoneen -1. kerroksesta parivuoteella, mutta ilman omaa kylpyhuonetta. Kysyin heiltä asiasta, ja he sanoivat, että voisin käyttää yleistä kylpyhuonetta, koska kukaan ei aio käyttää sitä. Kylpyhuone oli huoneen ulkopuolella. Halusin tarkistaa varaukseni tiedot, ja oli selvää, että olin varannut huoneen, jossa on oma kylpyhuone ja yksi sänky. Vastustin sitä, ja työntekijä sanoi aikovansa puhua pomolleen. He antoivat minulle toisen huoneen, mutta käyttäytyivät kuin tekisivät minulle palveluksen. Vaadin, että saisin takaisin maksamani summan. Ja mielestäni syy kaikkeen tähän on se, että olen turkkilainen enkä turisti. En suosittele sitä kenellekään.

This is my third visit to the hotel after two previous good stays, but unfortunately, this time was different. The room was not as described in the booking — it was smaller than expected, had no sofa, and there was noticeable noise from the street. When I informed the receptionist about the issue, he said the hotel was fully booked and refused to change or upgrade the room. After I mentioned that I would write my feedback, Ms. Zainab from the reception kindly contacted me and handled the situation with professionalism, providing the correct room. I truly appreciate Ms. Zainab for her cooperation and attentiveness, and I hope the hotel management improves the attitude of some front desk staff.

I was happy with our stay at this hotel. I would like to thank Mr. Sinan and the brother who helped us with our luggage. I can't remember his name. They were always smiling. The location is excellent. There is a ferry station on a nearby street that takes you to Emono and the Asian side. The only negative thing is the noise of the nightclub at night. We only heard it one night.

My stay at Demiray Hotel was excellent! The service was outstanding—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt warm and welcoming. Overall, I truly felt well taken care of and would highly recommend Demiray Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

For overnight just ok . Close to city center amd attractions . For other things is not suitable

Hotel room is cleaned daily and is quite spacious. Breakfast timing is good too but same fares everyday. I notice people tend to come for breakfast at about 10am (peak time). Location of the hotel is not so ideal as one has to walk a very steep 45 degree slope to Taksim about 1 km away.

Clean, The room is big enough, the breakfast is varied, the staff are kind, the hotel is close to the metro and the tram, I loved it and if I visit Türkiye again I will stay there, I highly recommend this hotel

It was great. I requested them to prepare something nice as I was traveling with my wife. The hotel staff were kind enough to arrange it. Overall great facility, walking distance from the bus stop other public transportation facilities.

Прекрасный персонал: внимательный, доброжелательный, гостеприимный. Все обращения находили отклик и решение. В номере чисто, полотенца меняют каждый день. Ставят воду ежедневно. У меня самые благоприятные впечатления. С радостью остановлюсь в этом отеле снова. Спасибо!
