The hotel is somewhat distant from all metro stations. If you have large luggage, navigating the pebble-paved streets can be quite challenging, so taking an Uber or taxi is highly recommended. Upon arrival, we enjoyed delicious welcome desserts in the room. The amenities include a kettle for boiling water and a complimentary bottle of water. But no tooth paste, tooth brushes or slippers are provided. The water pressure in the shower was weaker than I’d prefer, and the bathroom sink counter is too small, making it difficult to place items. Handwashing often resulted in water splashing everywhere. On the positive side, the bed was very spacious, which we greatly appreciated. Luggage storage is free. Luggage is kept in the luggage room and have to wait for the staff to open the door to get the luggage. There are sometimes only 1 staff in the front desk and if you are in a hurry and if no one happens to be in the reception area, you may have to prepare more time for this. We have waited around 10 mins.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the moment I arrived, everything felt polished and luxurious. The staff were also beautiful in every way. Kind, professional, well presented, and genuinely attentive. The housekeeping ladies were a true highlight. Always sweet, always smiling, and clearly proud of their work. They made a lasting impression. The rooftop is stunning with breathtaking views and a sleek infinity pool. However, the space is compact and gets crowded quickly. There are only a few sun loungers, with some extra deck chairs added, but it still feels quite limited. The lifts can be frustrating. There are only two serving all the guests going up to the rooftop on the thirteenth floor, so the wait times can be long at busy times. Overall, the hotel gives luxury. Lisbon as a city is definitely expensive, but the level of service and quality at this hotel makes the cost feel more justified. I would definitely return.

Slightly rustic by North American standards, but clean and comfortable. Elevators were very small and very slow based on the capacity of the hotel. A bit isolated from shopping and other amenities. You definitely need a car or arrange your transportation if staying there. Nice beach nearby within walking distance. Good breakfast and facilities like pool, spa and massage. Staff were polite, but when we complained about a noisy heater fan in our room, their solution was to simply turn if off instead of fixing it. Not a bad experience overall. It is a very quiet and relaxing area.

Correu tudo muito bem. Muito simpáticos, a cama e almofadas super confortáveis, a decoração do quarto era minimalista mas mt bem pensada, a varanda mesmo de frente ao Mar foi realmente o que cativou, adormecer e acordar com o som do Mar.... Otimo... O spa era muito bom, a piscina exterior tambem recomendo. O restaurante serviu um PA super completo e nutritivo. Almoçamos no restaurante, comida em quantidades certas e comida saborosa, tivemos 5% de desconto por sermos hóspedes

The Masa Hotel and Spa is in an excellent location and easily reached by the metro station about 10 minutes walk away. The room was exceptionally clean and the room had a mini bar, safe and was supplied with bath robes and disposable slippers. Also a litre bottle of water was a welcome addition. In regards to the breakfast. The first morning was perfect and the selection was very good. However the second morning I went earlier and it is best described as a chaotic mess. There was a large party of travellers who all descended the dining room at the same time and there was simply too many in at the same time. Maybe somone should have staggered the amount allowed in at once and allowed people to get their breakfast choice in a relaxed fashion rather than it resembling feeding time at the zoo! I stayed over the weekend the clocks went back and was reliably informed by reception staff that in Portugal the clocks went back on the Sunday night going into Monday which was proven to be completely inaccurate and could have caused problems for ongoing travel if they had been believed! It must be mentioned that the major disadvantage of this hotel is that it lies directly under the flight path of Lisbon Airport and from early morning there are plane after plane coming very frequently into land. Even with the windows closed it's still very noticeable. It's obviously not the hotels fault where it's situated, but if you want a peaceful stay then this hotel really isn't going to give you that. The spa and swimming pool I can not comment on as never used. Neither did I use the dining room for an evening meal. Despite the negative comments it is a lovely hotel simply spoiled by being under the flight path of the main airport.

Très bel hôtel, il y a rien à dire. L’emplacement est vraiment le plus gros point fort . Le restaurant est très bon, le staff est très gentil . Le seul bémol que j’ai pu rencontrer est que : les rideaux automatiques ne fonctionnaient pas correctement et nos tuez pas donc la lumière pendant la nuit . La porte de la salle de bain n’était pas paramédic et donc l’eau se retrouver parterre assez facilement.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Will definitely come back if visiting portugal again.

Desk service upfront good and they went out of their way to locate a taxi. WHILST room service was good soap in toilets needs to be bigger and there is a door stopper in front of the toilet where i knock my toe many times. Breakfeast generally ok but some spread choices can be varied a bit. Generally we enjoyed our stay we will certainly make use of your hotel in the near future anthony bedford

Excelente hotel. Ótimas condições e decoração. Todos os serviços funcionaram na perfeição, desde o spa, a piscina, o buffet e os restaurantes de que dispõem. Os quartos são ótimos e grandes, e com bela vista.

Päätin saada tämän hotellin kylpylästä, mutta tarkistuksessani he sanoivat, että ta maksetaan erikseen. :( pettymys. Se on myös neljän asteen hotelli, mutta he eivät tarjoa rautaa vaatteesi, matkustaa liiketoimintaa, joten se oli todella huono uutinen. Pidän aamiaisesta, paikasta. Tämä talo on Metron edessä.
