Room size was a little small with minimum toiletries, facilities are good (gym, pool, playground), convenient to have Indomaret downstairs, good location close to Aloha, Lands End, etc. Overall good experience and very good value hotel. We will be back!

I had an excellent stay at FM7 Resort Hotel – Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are impressive, especially the pool and spa. What truly makes the stay outstanding is the exceptional service. Randy, Cyndi, and Aulia were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers arriving or departing from the airport. I have no issues regarding the room, everything perfect. The library is small but still ok. It was during holiday season, all staff very busy so the service was not that good It took more then an hour to check in in the afternoon around 4pm. I stayed for 2 nights but the room key only set for 1 night, so i couldn't enter the room on the 2nd day. I had to go back to lobby to check the key Call the guest service is busy all the time I asked for a new bath towel, but the new towel still had big yellow stain and hair on it and even it didn't fold properly The lift floor was wet and slipery, the guest from pool can access directly to the lift and no staff standby to clean the lift

It was my first stay in Aston since I switched last year stayed hotel this time. After two nights in Aston, my selection this time is a good choice. I will stay again Aston if I come visit nearby in future.

The check-in process was very fast, taking only a few minutes, and the receptionist was very friendly. I had complained that the air conditioner in my room wasn’t cold, and the technician quickly came to check and fix it. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, but the bedsheet had some stains, which made it look less clean.

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes. 

From my POV good hotels but not great. A bit noisy from other rooms, perhaps the walls are a bit thin. Breakfast was so-so and needed some improvements. The room I can't say is clean, because I found some small pieces of black tiny dirt. The pool is too small for over 100 rooms. Well overall it was okay.

I stayed at episode for 3 nights and had a really great time. The room was thoughtfully designed with so many nice details, and everything felt clean and fresh. The breakfast was awesome—lots of variety and super tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I loved the overall design of the hotel, from the corridors to the rooms, bathrooms, and even the elevator. It all came together for a really pleasant experience. One thing that could be better, though, is the lighting in the room. I was hoping for a cozy, late-night vibe, but the lights were too bright, and there wasn’t a way to dim them. Adding a soft, dimmer light option would make the rooms even more comfortable. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place!

Lobby was nice but the room itself definitely has seen better days. The wastafel faucet almost off, it keep wriggling whenever you use it and there's something like black mold on the lining of it. The toilet paper holder completely broken. I was being careful making coffee because the table that hang by the wall was askew, if nothing done to it pretty sure it'll fall off soon. Also there's no chair available so I had to drink by the bed. The staffs were nice though. It was short visit so it's okay-ish for airport hotel but it'll be nice to see some improvement

Absolutely recommendable place. Perfect location, and very friendly people behind the reception. Rooms are very clean, and the highlight is the roof top terras. also the breakfast is very good with a wide variety of choices. Also an excellent shuttle service from the airport.
