Best bits: small boutique hotel - only 47 rooms set in well manicured gardens; friendly staff throughout the hotel; fantastic pool/jacuzzi/spa and comfortable loungers; excellent breakfast and snack menu for lunch and good evening a la carte menu; small supermarket/bakery /pharmacy opposite; located 20 minutes outside Split but easy access by local bus (stop outside hotel €2.50/person) or Uber €8 (cheaper than taxi); beside one of the main archaeological sites.
Bad bits: none really but more clothes hangers in wardrobes would help!!

I loved this hotel very much! The room was clean and new. It was situated at the perfect location which enjoys the best view of Split while you can reach the old town/castle within 15min by walking along the beautiful ocean side. I was really amazed by their breakfast. The hotel service was very good too. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I was granted a late check-out at 1pm upon request :) Highly recommend this hotel to visitors of Split!

A lovely stay in Briig hotel. A perfect location by a local beach with easy access to the port and town in under ten minutes by foot.
Very spacious rooms with a super comfy XL bed and updated designer toiletries in the bathroom along with the amazing shower.
A small but functional rooftop pool and sun deck and lovely garden to have breakfast and drinks.
As a designer hotel it might be even better if it were adult only…but I appreciate that is highly subjective.

Love its location. It’s very convenient to walk to the Old Town and also has a convenience store just round the corner. Service by the reception was also top notch. He could see us through the camera while we were parking. And since it’s raining, he came out with umbrellas for us. Loved it!

I extended my stay with 2 more nights because the location of the hotel is perfect for my group. The common spaces are spacious and so are the rooms.
But we got a room right next to the lift and the room had a door with the room next door. Because of that, the noise from the neighbors during the last night was pretty disturbing!
And again, the breakfast is somehow disappointing for an hotel from that level. We stayed in a smaller 4 star hotel at the beginning of our stay in Split and the breakfast was much nicer and so was the cappuccino.

Hôtel se situant au milieu de la ville, à proximité du bus.
L’hôtel est propre, et bénéficie d’un parking privé.
Personnel très gentil 
La chambre est belle grande , Quelques bémol au niveau de la salle de bain.
Le porte papier toilette se situe beaucoup trop loin du wc.. il n’est pas du tout à la bonne place. Il a au moins 1 m 10 d’écart. Entre le WC et celui-ci.

1. This room has two windows, one is in the bedroom and this one is on your picture, Second window is
In living room and has a direct sea view, no wall view.
- This is not a sea view. This is a view with a little bit of water in it. I ask you to visit rooms with true sea views and you will notice the difference. The people viewing reviews online can judge for themselves.
2. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception.
- There are c. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night.
3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass.
As you came on Sunday evening to the reception and claimed about bell ringing it was explained it to you that on Sunday the bells ring a bit longer during the day.

- I use these words cautiously - whoever informed you of this has lied to you. We were not offered ear plugs. In any case ear plugs would have made no difference. I advise you make this clearer on your website.
5. Our receptionist offered you twice assistance with the luggage wich you refused as well.
- I would not have provided this feedback if it was not true. It appears that you are calling me a liar which I take great offence to. No assistance was offered. I am appalled that this is your reply. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance.
I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. Your email has magnified what are glaring inadequacies in your offering.

VVieraskäyttäjäFantastic hotel, 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal and bus station. The resort is small but makes for a quiet holiday which is exactly what we were looking for. We were upgraded to the harbour suite which is a stunning room, although no balcony, didn’t bother us, just to make others aware. Shower gel and shampoo are Ritual branded and smell lovely. The food is fabulous, breakfast is buffet style and dinner (for half boarders) is chosen off the menu. Really high quality and believe they were Michelin recommended for 2024. They even gave us a breakfast bag as we were checking out very early.
The staff are fantastic, very friendly and can’t do enough for you. This was the case from reception, restaurant to the roof top bar. All were great.
The rooftop bar was a brilliant place to sit and watch the sunset and the ferry coming and going.
The pool is covered and heated with a separate area for sunbathing. There’s also a couple of saunas you can use. The smallest gripe, it would be good to trim the top of the trees which blocked the view from the sun terrace.
Would absolutely stay here again for a chilled and relaxing holiday.

The hotel is a bit overpriced for the size, comfort and view of the room. Drinks and meals are also expensive. Prices are unreasonably high all around the city actually.

VVienne LVery nice hotel. Not within walking distance from old town, but very nearby if you take a bolt. A very nice breakfast place next to hotel. With roof top bar on the summer, high floor swimming pool and jazucci. Spacious room. Highly recommended.

MMohammed Khurrm AijazThe hotel in located is just 20 mints walk from old town. It is close to resturants, supermarket, bus stop and it is right next to joker mall. Rooms are big. The hotel has indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room at free of cost. Staff is very helpful specially the gentleman in evening shift was very helpful. Normally parking is paid but he did not charged us for parking. The only issued we had was with AC. It was not working properly bur after they fixed it, it was good. I also think room carpet needs to be changed. Buffet breakfast was pretty good with varities of options.

Vastaanoton johtajamme Hava oli erittäin avulias kaiken tarvitsemamme kanssa. Hän korjasi huoneessa olevat tavarat ja suosittelemme tätä hotellia pariskunnille. À la carte -aamiainen on mahtava. Ainoa asia, joka jäi mieleen, on, että aamiaista tilattaessa jotkin asiat eivät olleet tilauksen mukaisia. Ja viimeisenä päivänä aamiaisen noutotilaus oli vain hedelmiä, ei juomia, ja patonkia oli verrattuna à la carte -menuun 😁
