Bom atendimento, indicações claras.
Acesso à piscina/spa incluído muito apreciável.
Pontos a melhorar: falta de iluminação no caminho pedonal para as termas e centro da cidade (pode ser perigoso).
Almofadas do quarto muito altas: deveriam haver outros tipos propostos, check out a melhorar : o distribuidor de sabão da casa de banho não funcionava.

Notre séjour c'est très bien passé. Nous avions une chambre au soleil ce qui n est pas négligeable en Normandie. Les repas était bien servis. Les serveurs très efficaces malgré ce gros week end.

房間公寓很亁淨 帶小朋友 入住非常好 也可以煮食 餐具齊全 床舖舒服
服務員非常好 有禮貌 非常熱心幫助
唯缺點 酒店樓下付費街邊車位經常滿 如果不介意可以先放行李在酒店 再駕駛向前 不遠處 近碼頭附近有很多付費停車位 12小時約 €12

環境非常愜意！整體大小適中，停車方便適合自駕。距離奧馬哈海灘和卡昂市的距離都很近。開車三公里左右有個巴約小鎮可以逛吃。

Établissement très agréable, propre et très bien situé. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée.
Espace détente efficace.
Petit déjeuner un peu cher mais de bonne qualité.
Personnel agréable et soucieux de satisfaire le client.

Le forges hotel a beaucoup perdu en qualité surtout au niveau des buffets , asperges et salades de crudites le soir , du maquereau en poisson ,… du nectar d’orange en guise de jus d’orange pour le petit dejeuner , pas beaucoup de choix en quantité.
Plutot déçue pour cette fois .

VVieraskäyttäjäHere's a unique hotel - housed in a old mansion from the 1900s. This means that each room in the original wing is a little different and 'eclectic'. There's also a new wing with newer rooms, a spa, a swimming pool (sorta heated), a bistro and a 1 Michelin star restaurant.
Pros:
- Unique style of hotel that's set away from the hustle/bustle of the Etritat town.
- Helpful staff
- Complimentary bakes and hot drinks from 4-6pm
- Michelin-star restaurant on site (but it was closed during our visit)
- Comfortable beds, good water pressure and a bathtub
- Professional grade Nespresso machine in-room with 4 pods (2x decaf) + nice tea bags
- Grounds are cute, with a resident cat, fireplace and pleasant garden-ish spaces.
Cons:
- Cleanliness - we discovered a swarm of ants crawling behind the curtain. We think it was some food that wasn't cleaned away from the previous guest that attracted the ants. This was gross.
- Room styling may not be to everyone's tastes - suggest you ask to view a room before you move your luggage in.
- Narrow stairs to rooms in main building, was abit hard to get luggage up to but they can get help if needed.
- Location could be a con for some as it's a good 10-12 min walk into the main down down a high.
- Parking spaces were limited.
- Breakfast is pricey at 25 euro - there's a great boulangerie in town Maison Piquenot that you can get good croissants, baguettes from.
- Overall abit pricey for the value you get.

Nice welcome at reception when we checked in earlier than planned. We got touristic advice to go around and they kept our big suitcases. We unfortunately didn’t get parking as they were full.. all reserved (NB: trip.com never discussed that we had to book the parking, this is something Accor and Trip.com should discuss about as this is now our 2nd encounter of this problem…. Coming from Malaysia and renting a car, this is not helping… we had no idea we had to reserve parking)
The bedroom was very nice, pretty balcony but small bathroom… especially given the placement of the toilet…. lol. But never mind. Nice deck of the bedroom and the hotel too… themed on Christian Dior and fashion, we liked that ☺️
Last the breakfast and its location: beautiful. The view of the sea is really good, the furniture is nicely chosen, and the food is good. First time I see a « make your sunny side up eggs yourself » set in a hotel, which was cool.

It was a good location to drive to Omaha Beach and the surrounding area. We each had a room with a king size bed, a very large bathroom with a wonderful shower and separate large tub. Free Coffee, tea and water provided in the room and a small refrigerator with snacks and drinks available at a modest price. Beds were very comfortable and room temp was great. Very quiet location and free parking. The best thing was Julia, the front desk staff person. Extraordinary service and assistance with everything we needed including ordering Thai food from a local restaurant because the restaurant was closed on Sunday night and Monday night, the two nights we were there. She deserves a GIANT Thank You and a Gold Star! I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to France.

KKungyI booked two rooms. One room was successfully charged to my credit card, but the other was not. I contacted the hotel to explain that I was only about three hours away and asked them to hold the room so I could pay upon arrival. Unfortunately, my request was refused and one room was canceled. I then had to make a new reservation directly through the hotel’s website, which was quite disappointing.
The rooms were not soundproof at all. There is no elevator, and when I asked for assistance, the reception declined immediately without offering any help. Parking is also very limited and requires an additional fee.

Anyway, also be aware that there are 3 buildings within the property, 1min walk to each other, and in winter at the dark of the evening, it is not really convenient to go from one place to another one.
Anyway. Fact is that the 2 buildings we were presented are beautiful, fully renovated, warm and nicely decorated. Well done.
Breakfast was also very good; I just think that the breakfast timing mngt of the various bedrooms run off… as people were queuing up, waiting for tables. My advice: wake up early, go breakfast early! ;-)

VVieraskäyttäjäIt is a good hotel for those who is traveling to Normandy and have to stop for one-two nights. We had a very spacious room with dark wallpapers on the wall and with a balcony. Comfortable bed, coffee machine, sleepers (finally!!!) and two bath robes for me and my daughter. It is not new, you can notice it, however it was a very cozy environment. The hotel is in far from the beach, but close to the Hippodrome. Also, the were some shops and not expensive pharmacy near the hotel.

The rooms are starting to show wear and tear, carpet, the shower handles. The bed needed a little more of a topper to make it a little more comfortable. A more ni fridge would be nice in the room so you can have cold drinks. The people were nice, the facility was clean with a good location. It worth staying.

Overnight parking is €19.
Very irritating is the shower in the bathroom as the water goes between too hot and too cold on its own pattern and you can't control it.. Typical for the buildings with the plumbing issues, or the water pressure..
