Stayed at Pan Pacific Suzhou and had a really pleasant experience overall. The room was very spacious and comfortable, which made the stay extra relaxing. One of the highlights was the perks that come with being an in-house guest—there are quite a number of privileges that make the stay feel more worthwhile and enjoyable. The hotel itself has a beautiful, serene atmosphere, perfect for a quiet getaway while still being in the city. If there’s one downside, it would be the location in terms of convenience to public transport. Although it’s mentioned to be near train stations, the walk to the nearest ones is actually a bit further than expected, especially if you’re carrying luggage or travelling in the heat. Also, for older guests, it may be a good idea to request a room closer to the main lobby, as the property is quite large and distances within the hotel can be a bit of a walk. Overall, still a lovely stay and would recommend for those who value space, comfort, and a more tranquil environment.

The hotel was very neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was good, except that welcome music would play every time you enter the room. The breakfast was alright, it was just enough to fill you up until lunch with a decent selection. There's a convenience store with 3 minutes of the hotel. One issue is the proximity to a restaurant and the occasional drunk person to be close to, or inside the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vchill Hotel. The design is unique with a lovely Japandi-style concept, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere. The hotel is clean, the location is convenient, and the room is spacious enough for up to 4 adults, making it a great choice for family trips. Highly recommended.

We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade. The check-in and check-out procedures were smooth with many staff attending to your every needs. They were all very helpful and professional. The hotel is a bit dated but otherwise well maintained. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. Location-wise, the hotel is connected to Xinjiekou station and near to many tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet spread was sumptuous with both Chinese and Western varieties with egg station, noodle station and a variety of beverages. Although a large hotel, breakfast never felt crowded and most mornings I was able to enjoy long and slow breakfast. Highly recommended. 

It was a pleasure to experience such exceptional hotel service during my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel truly welcome. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, which was well-maintained throughout my visit. The hotel's prime location offered great convenience for exploring the area. I am very satisfied with my overall experience and would gladly recommend this establishment.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. There is a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, so finding food and dining options was very easy. The hotel is very family-friendly. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was absolutely amazing — we could see both the sea and the mountains. Our child loved it so much. However, for guests who are afraid of heights like my husband, this might not be the best choice, as it is probably the tallest building in the city. Although the hotel looks like it has been open for many years from the outside, the interior still feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of international options. Overall, we had a great experience and were very impressed with our stay.

We had a very pleasant stay, and the location truly couldn’t be better. Everything was perfect. The room was cozy, with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower facilities, fully meeting the high standards expected from an IHG hotel. The terrace offers a stunning panoramic view overlooking the entire city and the subway station is just a few steps away, making transportation extremely convenient. Quaint inn, conveniently located at the beginning of an ancient walking street. Close to Hongmei park and other attractions, this unique stay was well worth the (little) money we paid. The included breakfast was delicious in the noodle bar next door and the restaurants nearby were very good. The room size was enough and the shower was great. There were some noisy guests outside our window very late at night which woke us up, but this is not the hotel's fault. If you are an extremely light sleeper, maybe ask for a room away from the courtyard? The stay here was fantastic and excellent value for money. If we go to this city again we would definitely consider staying here a second time.
