Quality, presentation, and service are all consistently high, reinforcing the hotel’s reputation as a culinary destination, not merely a place to stay. Location: The location is convenient, particularly with direct access to transportation and the Elements complex. However, for guests accustomed to staying in Causeway Bay or other more central, street-level districts, the area may feel relatively far from traditional shopping and nightlife zones. This is more a matter of preference than a drawback. Overall Impression: Very, very happy with this stay. From service and cleanliness to views, dining, and amenities, the experience reflects what a true flagship Ritz-Carlton property should deliver. This is a hotel that excels in execution, consistency, and atmosphere, making it an exceptional choice for a refined and elevated Hong Kong stay.

The whole experience was super nice. The room was big, beds are super comfortable. The filtered tap water is super eco friendly. Walking outside alongside the river bank is also a great experience. A41 bus which goes right outside Regal waterfront hotel to Hong Kong international airport is super easy and budget friendly

recently enjoyed a three-night stay at the Shangri-La Kowloon, and it was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. The hotel lives up to its legendary status with impeccable service—the staff were attentive, welcoming, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The location is unbeatable, right on the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront with direct access to the Avenue of Stars. I highly recommend booking a harbour view room; waking up to the stunning panorama of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong Island skyline—especially with the nightly light show—was the highlight of my trip. The rooms are spacious, elegantly appointed, and very comfortable. We also dined at Café Kool, which had an incredible selection for breakfast and dinner. It’s the perfect choice for a luxurious and memorable Hong Kong experience.

My stay at Hotel ICON in Tsim Sha Tsui was overall a really pleasant experience. The reception staff were attentive and always ready to help, which made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. I also appreciated how accommodating they were with my requests — it definitely added a personalised touch to the stay. The room itself was impressively spacious and very comfortable. It’s not often you get such a generous amount of space in Hong Kong, so that was a huge plus. The bathroom was equally large, which made everything feel even more luxurious. I especially loved the adjustable lighting in the room — being able to customise the brightness to suit your mood was a nice, thoughtful feature. A standout perk was the complimentary minibar. That was such a pleasant surprise and honestly felt like a little bonus treat. The only downside for me was the curtain design. It doesn’t fully close, and unfortunately the gap lets sunlight shine directly onto the bed in the morning. It can be a bit irritating, especially if you’re hoping for a proper lie-in. If the curtain were designed to close in the opposite direction, it would have made a big difference. Overall, a fantastic stay with just a small room for improvement — I’d still happily return.

The service at the Club Lounge is so exceptional and attentive that it feels like being 'babysitted' in the most luxurious way! As we 3 sisters traveling together, we were blown away by how the staff anticipated our every need. Everything was flawlessly clean and organized, allowing us to truly relax. The view from the room window was amazing - beyond all my expectations. The room was very clean and spacious, with no smell of cigarette smoke. The 15th floor was quiet, with no noisy neighbors. All my requests regarding room location made during booking were taken into account. The room temperature was comfortable for late January. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, and the pricing policy was clear. I really enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner buffets - the food was diverse and tasty. The water dispenser in the room was more convenient than a typical hotel kettle. The plug adapter was also very helpful, as I had forgotten my own. On the last day of my stay, I left my luggage in the storage area and later returned to collect it without any issues. The location was convenient, close to the metro station, bus stop, and taxi stand.
