We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable — their friendliness and willingness to help with anything we needed truly stood out. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to every taste — from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and local specialties. Every morning felt like a real treat! The view from the hotel is simply breathtaking, offering an impressive panorama over the city. It’s the perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings, whether during sunrise or at night when the city lights sparkle below. The location couldn’t be better — everything we wanted to see and do was within easy reach, making it the ideal base for exploring the city. Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every imaginable facility for a comfortable stay. From modern amenities to thoughtful details, everything was designed with the guest’s comfort in mind. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely come back again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!

We booked this hotel as a last-minute Chistmas Eve getaway. At a total cost of 840 rmb, it was a bit of a splurge. It was totally worth it. Let's start with the bathtub. I am 6'4” (193 cm), 150kg, and I love a good bath. This bathtub is a small pool. You can see in the photo that I was stretched out with room to spare. Then there is the view, I love Guiyang at night, and it looked so cool with the fog and the lights. The sitting area by the windows was so pleasant with a couple glasses of wine (provided with the room) . Honestly, you can find the rest of the room amenities in other hotels, but you are hard pressed to find a view or a tub like this anywhere. I also found the service to be extremely helpful. My Chinese is poor, so the hostess who checked us in created a wechat group so that I could translate things and make any requests of the front desk staff. They were very responsive and helpful. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and I will most likely book this room every couple of months as a mini vacation for the wife and I.

設施：整個環境非常漂亮，酒店裝飾很有設計感，周圍都是視覺的享受，房間裏的設施也很舒適，床很舒服。👍 衞生：很滿意，幾乎挑不出毛病，不過二胎家庭出行是衞生死角檢查員，移動床鋪的時候發現了一小段透明的吸管套，這個可以理解。床底沒有灰塵，算是很讚了👍 環境：外部環境和內部環境都很不錯，性價比很高，感覺住的時間有點少了。 服務：服務人員素質整體都不錯，小朋友去到感覺很興奮，玩水玩到滿地都是，阿姨很晚都來給我們浴室掃水，真的很感謝！自助早餐是不能打包的，但餐廳姐姐知道我們小朋友起不來，貼心的告知可以拿一點麪包回房用餐，登記房號即可！真的很温暖❤️。 很滿意的一次消費體驗，感覺會因為想再住一次這家酒店而再去一次六盤水😋

Huone on hyvin puhdas ja puhdas, kaikkialla on kaikki tilat. Sijainti on hyvä ja lähellä antiikin kaupunkia. Kansalaisten tilat ovat täysimääräiset kuin hotellit. Liikuntahuoneen välineet ovat erittäin paljon, todella superrakkautta. Lisäksi on uima-altaat, uima-altaat.Lukemisto, 24 tunnin itsetuotantohuone jne. Pomo on erittäin innokas, aamiainen on hieno, ja siellä on kaunis ateria yöllä. Huoneessa voi myös olla pomolle, joka on hyvin väsynyt pelleilyyn päivällä.Pomo lähetti myös iltapäivän yöllä, ja hän lähetti hienon seuralautan ja lähetti sen ilmaiseksi suurasemalle. Voidaan sanoa, että se on Yangbo kansan katto. Kiitos pomolle, että huolellisesti vastaanotimme ja lisäsimme eräänlaisen lämmin ja valoisan värin kevätmatkalle! Äärimmäisen suositeltavaa!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!

Room was clean but had a bit smoke smells. Would appreciate more if completely non-smoke. Front deck and all staffs were very accommodating. Location was good with minor issue on the noise of trains pass by in the back. Would be better if hotel installs sound proof windows. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would stay there future

We had a wonderful stay at the Anantara Guiyang. The facilities are gorgeous and the service was outstanding. We were there on a Monday and it was really quiet -- the hotel seemed pretty empty-- so not all of the facilities were open, for example the lobby bar was closed. But the staff went out of their way to ensure we were fed and happy. I think they kept the restaurant open just for us, it seemed. At the front desk, 小苹果 (who goes by ”Apple”) was outstanding. She made sure every element of our visit was good and that we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend staying here and at other Anantara resorts, they do a great job.

這家酒店的真的太舒心了！前台小劉服務熱情 辦理入住超快大堂裝修很大氣，香氛也很好聞，讓人一進門就感覺很放鬆。房間採光極佳，視野開闊，早上拉開窗簾就能看到漂亮的風景。早餐種類超級豐富，中式西式都有，味道也很不錯，退房時流程也很便捷，完全不用等待，真心值得五星好評！
