Location is Center, great for business traveller. Room amenities needed improvement, rain shower head not working, phone landline not working.

Hintasuhde on korkea, liikenne on myös helppo, täysin inspiroi toiveeni lähteä ulos ('͈ ᵕ' Tämä majoitus on mahtava! Hotelli on erinomainen sijainti, matka-autot ja kaunis nähtävyydet ovat erittäin mukavia. Huone on puhdas ja puhdas, makuuhuone on pehmeä ja mukava ja nukkua erityisen hajuton.Laitteisto on täydellinen ja uusi, pesukoneen laatu on-line, kuiva kylpyhuone on hyvin intiimi. Henkilöstöpalvelu on herkkä ja tehokas, ja kysymyksiä on erityisen kärsivällinen.Aamiainen on rikas ja maukasta, se on suoraa ja kallis hinta, seuraavan kerran tule valituksi!

One of the nicer hotels we have stayed at this trip. The room was especially nice and very reasonable. They even had cute little robots bring your tea to your room. Staff was really nice and helpful. If we are back in Lanzhou will definitely stay there again.

房間略帶古式風格，衞生乾淨，環境優美。 雙人温泉體驗時，場景豐富，池子眾多，很舒服。 雙人自助餐餐品多樣，龍蝦自助，還有小火鍋。 夜晚老婆身體不適，給客房打電話，客房響應及時，給的建議有效，早上還給我們貼心準備晚餐。 建議：温泉體驗時希望提供保護手機的塑料殼，可以泡着温泉玩手機。

這次入住體驗特別棒！前台工作人員熱情大方，服務周到！酒店停車特方便，門前就是停車場，直接停好就能輕鬆辦理入住啦！更驚喜的是房間是河景房，推開窗户就能看到寬闊的河景，尤其晚上的河景更美，坐在床邊發會呆都覺得愜意！

When we arrived at 930pm there was loud construction next door and didn't stop till after 1230am both on the first night and 3rd night. Very loud and difficult to sleep. Room was ok but bed was very hard like sleeping on wood. Breakfast was Chinese breakfast and just mediocre. Hotel advertised a gym , spa and sauna. Gym was 2 small machines stuck in the corner of the 2nd floor out in the open. I could not find the spa or sauna so I asked the front desk and was told ”no have”. I discovered later the next night the spa is outside of the hotel and not affiliated with the hotel. Won't stay here again

為了行程的靈活性，本人以原房續住的方式下了五個訂單（每個均可單獨取消），這是第五單單，直接粘貼綜合前幾單評價。特別申明：酒店全程無人索要好評。 投運5年了，設施感覺很新，乾淨整潔，床品很舒服。有點小潔癖的本人，睡得很舒服。服務迅速快捷。第一次入住，想先看看房間，前台熱情陪同看房間，結果在試淋浴器時，水從頂部花灑噴出，把前台淋了個落湯雞（客房部需要培訓，需要將淋浴設施歸位，其他衞生細節，也需要進一步加強）。 早餐豐富（中餐為主），有現拉牛肉麪，現磨咖啡（本人最愛，早餐必需品），還有各式飲料和冰淇凌。 環境不錯，旁邊就是海鴻國際中心，吃飯購物方便。 停車場很大，停車方便。更值得一提的是，酒店所處位置正好在不限行區域邊緣，外地車離店時無需擔心限行時段。 本人有鍛鍊的習慣，此酒店的健身房很好，有跑步機、橢圓機、力量訓練器械，而且設備性能和保養狀態佳。開放時間9:00-23:30，早晨開放時間有些晚（最好與國際接軌，24小時開放，或早晨五六點鐘就開放），但前台熱情，我6:00鍾晨跑，也打開健身房。 酒店一樓就是城市候機樓，機場大巴直達中川機場，極為方便。 另外，大堂有用本地冬果梨、枸杞、花椒、檸檬🍋煮的果茶，味道不錯。

位置、環境都比較好，衞生尚可，設施有些老舊，服務比以前差了許多。早上趕高鐵七點正到早餐廳，門竟然鎖着，敲了兩下才有人慢悠悠的來開門，原來裏面的服務人員正在先吃為快，要了碗堂做的隴東臊子麪，女廚子很不情願的下了碗半温不熱的麪傲慢的一指：端走吧。真想不到曾經是慶陽最好的，服務堪比五星級的雄越大酒店沒落的這麼快，換老闆了？

衞生一般 凳子上臟兮兮的 床品上有幾個黑渣 門鎖是壞的不能反鎖 衞生間反味嚴重 房間可能是地毯的味道偶爾能聞到異味 廁所水壓很小 床頭燈也壞了一個 勝在便宜 有事一百出頭住一晚上差不多了 臨街沒有想像中那麼吵鬧 前台服務態度挺好的 還有這年頭了外賣也不能送上樓就離譜

We were not impressed, especially for the price. We've stayed at hotels that are similarly priced and expected much better. To be fair, the hotel itself is beautiful. The architecture, the room interiors, and the breakfast and drinks to get were all very nice. However, the problems started at arrival. We were told the afternoon tea was cancelled and the restaurant was fully booked because of an event. No one told us this in advance, which was very disappointing. The check-in was disorganized. The receptionist (who was also the manager) turned away to help someone else while I was still talking to her. She didn't give us our room keys, saying the bell boy would open the door. But when we got to the room, the bell boy had to walk all the way back to get the keys. The bell boys were actually very friendly and helpful—the only good part. To make things stranger, the female manager called me a few hours after we checked out. She asked how the event affected our stay. I was busy and rushing around, and the call worried me—I thought I had left something behind. Asking for our opinion after we left was too late. They should have asked us during our stay, or better yet, informed us before we even arrived. So, while the place is beautiful, the poor communication and service ruined the experience. We wouldn't stay here again for the price.
