Very satisfied with our stay at Xihai Hotel. We booked a suite room (Area B) for a family, but I think because of off peak season, they have the capacity to upgrade us to two bedrooms in the main building (area A) and we are very grateful for that. From the beginning the service was excellent, we were taken to our room and showed what was available. Everything in the room can be used without extra charge and can call to ask for more. Amenities and toiletries are available, room is very clean and breakfast buffet is included. Buffet dinner was ¥180 per person and it has enough varieties (mainly chinese food with some pasta, pizza, cakes). The front view of the hotel is amazing, overlooking Huangshan Mountain. The staff also very informative to guests about sunset and sunrise for the day. There were also a performance after dinner at the lobby for hotel guests. The hotel also provides two hiking jackets and a torch to help hotel guests to go out and about to hike the mountain. Our family has had the best time at Xihai Hotel and highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wish to stay overnight at Xihai Hotel. You won’t disappointed.

房間很乾凈，服務員特別熱情特別好，酒店的早餐也很不錯，很乾凈，前台有個小姐姐叫娜娜的服務也特別好，小韓吧 ，人服務熱情也很不錯，跟小朋友一起來的，我們還去了寵物樂園，很友好的幫我們拿了門票，很熱心的告訴我，早餐是如何購買，在**上很優惠，省了好幾十塊錢，很開心的一次旅行，寵物園的大爺也特別熱情小朋友很開心，中間要過兩次拖鞋酒店的機器人很潮流，小朋友也很開心，開心的一次旅行，推薦大家住這個酒店很優惠很便宜，服務一留，還有一個離市中心心萬達很近，打車起步價六七塊錢就到了，周圍的環境很漂亮，

This is our family’s second stay in a row in such a warm and nice place in a modern and historic city Luan. We absolutely enjoy everything the city and Wanxi hotel has offered us. It’s another memorable experience that we’ll cherish before we come back soon.  Sharing a couple of photos from the hotel as a part of our experience and memory. Very impressive with the front desk services. Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future.

This hotel is in a beautiful location, the architecture and layout of the build is clean, playful and refreshing. The staff's English was good which was helpful for when communicating as they were helpful and knowledgeable about what routes and paths on the mountain. We were able to catch the stunning sun set and sun rise during our stay on the near by peak, roughly a 15 min walk. The only downside to our experience of this beautiful hotel was the food, the food was buffet style for dinner and breakfast. For such a modern and spacious hotel the dining room seemed to be to small for the amount of guest. Many of the dishes that came out were cold which was a disappointment as the flavours and range of food on over was vast.

Services were pretty bad. My friend was reprimanded for calling the reception too many times her line was always cut off yet the other party accused her of calling for no urgent issues. Batteries of tv remote control were flat and we were just given two new batteries and have to do the replacement on our own. Facilities in the hotel and the room itself were aged. The only saving grace is the location I guess.

The hotel was extremely nice, and good value for money as it is really comparable to any other high end hotels. The common areas and the bedrooms were well heated (it was freezing cold outside), only the corridors between the bedrooms and the common areas were very cold. We stayed one night and had the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. It was a good variety overall, and of good quality. The staff was super nice, very attentive, and communicated through wechat for weather updates and hotel happenings (such as movie screenings). The only thing that it could miss is a spa/massage area, which would be really enjoyable after a cold day of walking in HuangShan. The location is perfect if you come from the East side (Yungu cableway), with many accessible views for sunset and sunrise.

Great hotel with helpful staff. Had a language barrier with ordering room service but staff worked with me to figure out everything and food was outstanding. Also a very nice buffet breakfast and dinner.

Hotel is perfect, service is amazing and manger Steven Wang is very cooperative. Thank you for such a good service. I always use this hotel for my business trip to Hefei

The location of the hotel is good in Hefei, but unfortunately it is a bit outdated and could be better maintained. The breakfast was good, but with a clear Chinese focus.
