Hotel staff are friendly, the hotel and room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good with bottomless coffee. My room was clean but the shower ******, and the plate glass shower doors were jammed and very difficult to move, also lacked an air vent. The room didn’t have any air conditioning and the thermostat on the wall didn’t control anything!??

The team was so kind. And my stay was short but great. My room didn't initially have lotion so I called front desk and they were up in a few mins with 3 little bottles. I've stayed here once before. It's very convenient (which you pay for) and I would defs stay again,

Every single thing about this hotel is fantastic! Comfy beds, great location, and the pool, hot tub, and sauna are always clean, and exactly what we need after a long day of work. The breakfast is outstanding and the staff always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Highly recommend!

酒店在城市南部的一個shopping center，周圍有Safeway，Walmart，麥當勞挺方便。附近還有一個Japanese Gardon挺好但沒有去。酒店有免費停車場，還有室內游泳池。房間整潔乾淨不錯。早餐烤腸雞蛋麪包果汁酸奶牛奶水果。晚上睡一覺很不錯。缺點空調聲音大，影響休息。

Hotel was very clean, very nice, let me have a late check-out and the free breakfast was amazing!

I had an excellent 3-day stay at this hotel in Calgary. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. What really stood out was the shuttle service—punctual, convenient, and such a stress-free way to get around. It made my trip much smoother. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Calgary.

nice place but the food did not taste real almost like powder eggs and powder sausages.the smell every day from there cleaning made my asthma feel not happy thete we left 1 day early.

幻想世界裝修風格很現代，很昡酷，是一家多樣化的主題酒店，裏面的房間有羅馬假日、波利尼西亞、北極冰雪等多種房型可供選擇。所以這家酒店相比之下更適合帶娃度假，或者是全家來旅遊。 幻想世界酒店可以直接通往西埃德蒙頓購物中心，這裏巨大的室內水上樂園、刺激的遊樂設施以及海獅表演館、海盜船、小型高爾夫球場等等，不出門就可以玩上好幾天。小朋友住在這裏，簡直是其樂無窮啊！

What I like:  the location  It is easy to go to Lake Louis by public bus no 11  from hotel, about 10 minutes. Prepare exact coins as there is no change ($2) A private bus going to Lake Moraine is just at the front door. Swimming pool is of decent size and spa are good facilities after a day’s hike. The front desk staff Honey is very helpful and friendly, she is very patient and customer oriented. Sweetly is nice and efficient. However, all other front desk staff who I encounter are not engaging and lack of enthusiasm.  Food in Pizza and pasta bar is pretty good. What I don’t like: Room size is small. Our room is deluxe Queen room.  We can’t even open our suitcase.  In the main building, rooms directly facing the swimming pool is not private as people in the spa can see you.  Kettle is old and not cordless, only provide paper cups in the room.
