A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

Etablissementvregroupement tout ce que nous attendions. Emplacement à 2 pas de la plage, et de la petite rue commerçante. Les buffets étaient bien achalandés, et bon (petit bémol pour les desserts, étant des gourmands). Personnel agréable, souriant, et réactif. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour

Отличный отель для семейного отдыха. Город на побережье, до пляжа 3 минуты пешком, отличная еда, завтрака и ужины выше всяких похвал. Мы останавливались тут, но каждый день ездили в Барселону. Рядом станция или автобусная остановка, из Барсы приехать можно и ночью на ночном автобусе. Номер просторный, персонал вежливый, все подсказывали.

Bon accueil, parking à proximité qui ne voûte pas un bras, les chambres ont une déco un peu désuète mais confortable quand-même, juste dommage de ne pas pouvoir régler le clim soi-même, nous n'y sommes pas parvenus en tout cas, le petit déjeuner est très bien garni, repas du soir de type buffet également, le rapport qualité prix de cet hôtel est très bien, face au port de Rosas et à proximité de tout nous le conseillons. Les horaires de la piscine sont larges, l'eau reste propre et il y a assez de transat pour tout le monde

房間很寬敞。衞生又乾淨。 定的海景房，陽台正對大海。 陽台窗户隔音效果挺好的。 附近吃飯的地方挺多的。 附近走路就能到家樂福和lidl超市。 到店一個人需要另付1.5歐左右的税。

Nice hotel with very pleasant and helpful receptionists, although not definitely not perfect. Swimming pool is too small understandably, the beach is so close. The wifi signal was very bad in the room i was in. Bedroom and bed weren't ideal but the bathroom was flawless.

El servicio me pareció bueno las instalaciones normales y muy limpias y la comida no mucha variedad pero buena

Erittäin mukava etuoikeus hotelli. Se on ulkosuomu ja suora pääsy rantaan. Se ei ole tyypillinen ”juhla” hotelli, joten voit todella jäähtyä ja rentoutua. Kaunis näkymä huoneesta rantaan. Kaikki oli puhdas ja viihtyisä, ainoa vastaan tilat ovat vanha.

La chambre était très belle et très propre, avec une literie confortable et un cadre agréable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour découvrir Begur et ses environs, et la piscine est magnifique. Cependant, l’isolation des chambres laisse à désirer : les murs sont si fins que j’ai été contraint d’entendre la relation intime de la chambre voisine, comme si cela se déroulait dans la même pièce. Une expérience particulièrement désagréable qui a gâché le calme attendu. Autre point surprenant : au petit-déjeuner, ma demande d’un jus sans pulpe a été refusée. Pour un établissement de ce standing et compte tenu du prix du petit-déjeuner, un effort aurait pu être fait, d’autant que la bouteille aurait pu servir ensuite pour les cocktails. Enfin, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, le parking est payant. Heureusement, un geste commercial m’a été accordé et je tiens à remercier la direction pour cette attention. En résumé : un très bel hôtel avec de réels atouts (emplacement, propreté, piscine, confort des chambres), mais des points d’amélioration restent nécessaires, surtout au niveau de l’isolation phonique et du service.
