Service: The service was fantastic; they were always eager to help with any request. Drinks were delivered daily, and they even assisted with travel planning. The hotel also offers afternoon tea. Breakfast is very extensive and can be enjoyed at two different locations. Staying at the hotel includes access to many entertainment facilities, all of which are available for guests to enjoy. On the lawn, there's a cable car, grass-sliding, and slide cars. There's also a food town, hot springs, and a water park, all of which are great fun. Highly recommended."

My flight was delayed on the day I checked in, and I didn't get out of the airport until almost 10 pm. It was snowing heavily. A phone call later, the owner arrived at Gate 3 of the airport, warmly greeting me and helping me with my luggage. When I arrived at the guesthouse, I found the owner's wife waiting for me at the convenience store, worried I might lack toiletries, drinks, or food. In this off-season, after 8 pm when the streets were deserted, a light and a warm welcome were truly heartwarming. Highly recommended! Another important point: the room was newly renovated. While not luxurious, it was clean, showing the owner's dedication."

"We stayed in the family suite, which is perfectly designed for a family trip, especially with two kids. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room. The hot springs are right downstairs, which is super convenient for guests. Breakfast, however, was a major drawback. Forget about the variety, the breakfast hours were only from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM. None of the other hotels in the resort have such late hours. We had booked a rafting trip and could only manage to get on the earliest 6 AM slot, and I was constantly worried about not making it back in time for breakfast. Luckily, we just caught the tail end of it. To make matters worse, despite the room being nice, the showerheads had issues. I'm not sure if it's the water pressure or the design, but to get hot water, the stream would become incredibly tiny, even smaller than the faucet. If you tried to open it up a bit more, it would turn cold. Both shower rooms were like this. I put up with it for the first two days by showering at the hot springs downstairs. On the last day, I finally brought it up to the hotel, and they sent a fruit platter as compensation. But honestly, the quality of the hotel's fruit was really disappointing."
