Xiao Zhaon palveluasenne on erittäin hyvä. Hän auttoi meitä säilyttämään matkatavaramme ja antoi meille pienen lahjan. Huone on todella mukava. Huoneen koko on myös erittäin suuri. Yixiang tatamissa on itsenäinen parveke ja se on erittäin hiljainen yöllä. Neljännentoista kerroksen yömaisema on myös kaunis, loistavin valoin. Harkitsen tätä hotellia seuraavan kerran kun tulen Chengduun

The hotel is great, with excellent views. The staffs are attentive and kind. Surrounding of the hotel has no shops. However the hotel has restaurant and bar which could ease our request. Overall I would recommend those looking for nice view, services can consider this hotel.

Good overall experience, the rooms here have a very interesting design, but there were some problems that I encountered. First of all, the room amenities included a city view, but actually there is just a small window placed very high, through which you cannot see anything else than a wall. In addition to that, the window does not even close, so I was constantly hearing noise from outside. Second, the sink did not function too well,resulting in a slow decreasing level of water, almost like it was clogged. Lastly, in the amenities included there was a minibar, snacks, soda drinks and instant food, all for free. The only things that were actually available were water, tea and some biscuits, which didn't quite fit what was written on Trip.

Absolutely amazing experience!!! Excellence and convenient just 12 mins walk from the train station. The rooms is spacious and well designed. And the staff is very thoughtful and caring. They also provided many ideas and information to travel around the Leshan area. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

Super huge room with queen size bed and vicinity to restaurants and pharmacies just beside the hotel. Very near to Tamg Yue Onsen and sauna to relax and soak in onsen after hours and days of walking and climbing up stairs at all the mountains. Near to Chun XinRoad ans IFS as well as Taikooli. The hotel is dated however all good for water pressure and hot water for bathing . Room come with air con cum heater, local tv programs, kettle and basic toiletries. 5 mins to Chun xi MRT and 10 mins to IFS Airport drop off and pick up stops which estimate takes 1.5 hours Airport. I include the bus pick up timing and price for guide as well. Renovations going on opposite building thus noise was an issue during my stay however pretty quiet during bedtimes when works stopped. All good as room price is not expensive at all.

The hotel is located on the 15th floor, in the same building of the Ibis Hotel. You’ll see the signs inside directing you to go in the elevator to floor 15. The hotel lobby is very stylish and we received a warm welcome. I highly recommend international guests to download WeChat as the staff can communicate easily this way. The room was spotless. Lovely robes to use. Bottled water daily. We had the 180 room and it was great. Such a unique experience. The bed was huge and the herbal pillow was amazing. We had free fresh coffee prepared and offered every morning. And a Nespresso machine in the room. The television has no English speaking channels, does my screencast or accept vpn, so it may be an idea to download some programmes/ films to your iPad / phone. We only had one full day in Chengdu and the staff helped us choose the best places to visit. (Our visit was short due to us changing flights because of the Middle East conflict) We had free coffee offered every morning. And a Nespresso machine in the room. DiDi easily found the hotel. Metro 18 is only every hour but we found more regular trains to airport from east Chengdu station. Was less that 40 mins from panda base at 0730am. If we come back to Chengdu we will definitely stay here.

Location: the hotel is located inside Shuangqiao valley national park. The scenic green bus will alight at the hotel so upon arrival, the bus will stop at the doorstep of the hotel or flag it to get further into the national park. The scenic bus will drive all the way towards the redwood forest which is the end point of the park, around 30-45 mins. I highly encourage to stay inside the scenic area as just a day trip will be too rush, with a few days, you get to acclimatize yourself to avoid altitude sickness and also get to explore each location properly and even trek the boardwalk between the locations instead of taking the bus. As long as you don’t exit the national park, you can still utilize your entry ticket and bus ticket. I have stayed for 3 days and was able to use the same ticket for 3 days which was very worthwhile. Service: there is a young male stuff who is very attentive. As soon as the scenic bus alighted me at the hotel, he came out to receive my bag. Also, when I had difficulties flagging the bus since some of them were already full from passengers at the entrance , he came out from the reception just to help me. Besides him, there’s a young lady (without spectacles) who has also been very helpful and friendly and has helped to stop the scenic bus for boarding. Thank you! Room View: if you are looking for a place to take a break, this will be the best place and it is very quiet and the Mountain View is just right in-front. Facilities: the room is very cosy yet big. There’s a bathtub right infront of the mountain view. Overall, it has been a great stay with a with such an amazing view. Will definitely return for a stay if there’s an opportunity.

The hotel is located literally next to a mall or inside the same building with a lot of shops, restaurants and everything you could need. The staff is friendly and attentive, always trying to help in anything you may need no matter the time! If I come back to Chengdu, I will definitely stay here again 😊

Near to Bipengguo and the hotel is quite good , we are very tired with travel so forget to take a photo of the room .. for this shanju landscape room the had projector screen and the bedroom and living room  separated with floor heater and also have bidet for toilet but the water is so 🥶 , beside the hotel it have a river that’s directly from the mountain,, the breakfast is not buffet is per order

I stayed in this hotel in March 2026 and had an excellent experience. It’s very good located in the city center. I’ve got an upgrade to executive room on 23rd floor which was spacious and comfortable. Room service was excellent. The hotel provided me two vouchers for a free laundry and a complimentary afternoon tea. I used both of them and was satisfied with the service. The checkout process was great. The hotel let me stay until 2pm without any charge. At the end I got a small nice present from the reception team. Strongly recommended for staying in Chengdu, personally I would definitely come back
