My stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely beautiful and truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. The room was amazing — spacious, comfortable, and elegant, with lovely details that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. One of the highlights was the stunning light show, which created such a magical atmosphere and added to the overall experience. The shopping was also incredible, with so many stores, restaurants, and things to see, making it easy to spend hours exploring without getting bored. Traveling to and from the hotel was extremely convenient. The ferry shuttles were easy to find, well organized, and very affordable, which made getting around Macau simple and stress-free. Overall, The Venetian Macao exceeded expectations — a beautiful destination with excellent service, amazing facilities, and a truly enjoyable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again.

It’s my 4th times been staying in this hotel! I really like their service.The staff are really nice.Whatever I need they can provide very fast.But I choose the standard room no smoking,but when we entered the room the smell was like someone do the smoking.Anyway,I like the smell of their linen and pillows unlike other hotels the smell is not good.I like their buffet breakfast so yummy and lots of choices.And my favourite one was their jacuzzi and fool area.So relaxing!

We had a lovely stay here, we got upgraded to a river view room and the view, despite the grey sky, was great. The room and the bed was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom clean and including all amenities. We also got to enjoy the pool and the gym. It's also a nice short walk to the old city centre. Definitely recommended!

The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the attention to detail—from the fresh linens to the well-stocked bathroom—was impressive. What stood out the most was the level of care and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always ready with a smile and thoughtful recommendations. Overall, this hotel delivers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The food selection is exceptional, offering a wide variety that spans East to West—fresh seafood, refined Western dishes, authentic Asian cuisine, and an indulgent dessert section. Every station is well-managed, constantly replenished, and presented beautifully. It’s clear that both quality and diversity are taken seriously here. Equally impressive is the room service and housekeeping. The rooms are maintained to a very high standard—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and refreshed with great attention to detail. The staff are discreet yet attentive, ensuring everything feels seamless without being intrusive. The resort itself is a destination on its own. The scale is enormous, yet aesthetically cohesive. The beautifully landscaped gardens, elegant pools, and European-inspired architecture create a unique atmosphere. There’s even a charming “castle-like” design element that adds a whimsical, almost fairytale touch to the surroundings—making it feel more like a luxury retreat than just a hotel. Overall, Grand Lisboa Palace is not just about luxury—it’s about execution. We chose W Hotel Macau as we heard the breakfast was great. It actually amazed me with both quality and quantity. Different style of cuisine could be found and we loved most of the food we picked. Moreover, huge thanks to their staff Brian and Hazel with the room upgrade. The mega room was insane. The terrace was more like a space for party where you could enjoy the view of Macau from top of the building while having fun with friends. Also the service from Jimmy when I was checking out was also brilliant. Overall, it is absolutely a place I will stay again in the future.

We had a blast during our stay in Andaz unexpectedly. We came with family and kids love to play the Waterpark in galaxy! Hotel is quite new and facilities were all top notch! Rea and Charles at the concierge counter was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the wonderful stay! ❤️❤️❤️
