"Kaunis hotelli, niin fantastisessa paikassa ja niin lähellä kaikkia kaupungissa. Oikeasti sataman vieressä veneitä, ferryjä, kahviloita, ravintoloita, baareja. Huoneita oli tilattu päivittäin ja varastettu uudelleen. Huoneita oli suuri ja mukava ilmastointi, ja hämmästyttävä näkymät. Henkilökunta auttoi missä voi ja neuvoi milloin mahdollista. Kaupunki on kaunis. Voin todella sanoa tarpeeksi hyviä asioita."

"Hotel Querceto is simply a gem of a hotel. It is wonderfully situated in the mountains so it provides stunning views of Lake Garda & also offers magnificent peace & quiet. This coupled with the excellent indoor & outdoor spa facilities makes it a superb place to visit. Valentina & the rest of the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy. Their friendly attitude is evident from the moment you enter the doors of the hotel. I will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a superb experience."

Jotta kokemus on vielä erityisempi, työntekijät ovat aina hymyileviä, ammattitaitoisia ja super käytettävissä. Eräs tapahtuma osui minuun: heräsin aamulla hyvin varhain ja menin ravintolahuoneeseen pyytämään lämmintä vettä täyttämään juomaani. Muutama hetki sitten Eleonora, palvelija, joka alkoi vuoro; vaikka kokki oli jo toiminut minun pyyntöni, molemmat olivat osoittautuneet erittäin ystävällisiä ja halukkaita, meni paljon pidemmälle kuin oli tarpeen. Juuri tästä olen halunnut kiittää heitä pieni ajatus: Hawaii-kalenteri, joka liittyy alkuperääni, kiitollisuutta huomiota ja hoitoa osoittavat. Hotelli, joka tekee vieraita todella koukussa ja tervetullut. Suosittelemme, että joka etsii viikonloppua rentoa Gardanjärvellä."

"We stayed here mid June for 5 nights with our toddler daughter, and opted for all-inclusive. We thought the food was great for dinner and breakfast with different menu every day. Our room was spacious but the bathroom was quite dated. No wifi signal in our room but worked ok in communal area. The staff were all very friendly and they made our stay comfortable and memorable! Location was a bit far from town, but they run a regular shuttle bus for EUR 1 per person I believe. We had a rental car and it was free parking which was a bonus. Great facilities especially for children, strong nice selection of drinks and cocktails for all-in. I would love to go back!"

"Just returned from a lovely time in Malcesine , Lake Garda . Hotel is an excellent choice if you are looking for a clean, friendly and convenient to centre of Malcesine. A few steps to the cable which takes you up Mount Baldo -a must !! Breakfast is served on the terrace or in the beautiful gardens that surround the hotel . Staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. The new salt pool brings some welcomed cool waters after a warm day in the sun. We book the Panaramic room overlooking the castle and lake. This was perfect for us as we get married in the castle next year . Whilst staying in Malcesine , we viewed some other hotels for our stay next year . We decided to rebook this hotel as it ticked all the boxes for us. Well done to all the staff for making our stay an enjoyable one . See you next year."

"We booked this hotel for one night as a stopover on our way south. We were put in a run-down and dirty room on the ground floor. The bed was completely worn out and disgusting, with several cobwebs and bits of dirt hanging above it. The style of the rooms seems to date back to the 70s or 80s and is also quite dilapidated. The bathroom was very small, the shower difficult for my husband (who is 1.90 meters tall) to use, and it was clearly in dire need of renovation. From 3:00 a.m. onwards, sleep was impossible because construction workers staying in the hallway and outside were having a party. We didn't use the pool, so I can't comment on that. At least the air conditioning worked, and the breakfast was okay. Thirty years ago, this was certainly a good hotel, but today it desperately needs an investment in renovations. If it were renovated, I see great potential in the property. I would never spend a whole vacation here. The prices are unjustified for this condition and far too high!"

"2 adults, 2 kids (10 and 7). Perfect stay for all of us. Such a beautiful hotel and a beautiful setting. Chilled out vibe, lots of sunbed space around the pool, lovely breakfast and lovely staff. The lake is literally right at your doorstep, which meant we could go for an evening sunset swim while the kids chilled out in the room for a few minutes. The lake was always calm because it's sheltered from the moutnain winds by the little peninsula, silky smooth and clean water. We walked into Malcesine most days, brought our togs and took a few dips in the lake on the way (lovely walkway all the way, just a small patch that's shared with cars up to Spar). Also took a boat trip to Limone . If you want bikes for kids, you have to bring them with you, couldn't rent kids bikes unfortunately because the bike paths follow the lake. Would definitely love to come back. What a serene and beautiful place ."

"I stayed one night in this hotel, back from another hotel; we wanted a hotel front of the lake and the desire was certainly satisfied. The hotel is small but clean, the rooms are large, the bidet is missing in the bathroom. We are comfortable with front beach and have a restaurant and pizzeria."

"A gem of a find situated along an uncrowded section of the picturesque mid-lake shore but within an easy lakefront walk of the bustling (somewhat touristy) and historic town of Malcesine. Comfortable, nicely updated rooms with fabulous views across Lake Garda. A highlight is the 100 metre stretch of private and nicely maintained lakefront reserve backed by a screening hedge of flowering jasmine with swimming off the little beaches an unexpected treat in unusually warm May weather. Friendly, relaxed and helpful hosts in Flo and David, an appealing bar terrace and the availability of parking all add to the appeal."

"Tämä on neljäs loma Casa Serenassa ja emme koskaan jää mihinkään muualle Gardan järvelle. Huoneet ovat puhtaat ja mukavat suurella vuodella ja kauniilla näkymillä. Buffet aamiaiset ovat herkullisia. Uima-allas on kaunis. Hotellin omistajat ja heidän henkilöstönsä ovat hyvin ystävällisiä ja huomiotavia. Englantia puhuvien vieraiden muodossa olemme aina vähemmistö, mutta kaikki henkilökunnat puhuvat hyvää englantia ja ovat hyvin kärsivällinen auttaa meitä Italian kanssa. Etutie on kiireinen ja muuttuminen pääparkki on joskus vaikeaa, mutta hotellin takana on toinen autoparki. Se on lyhyt kävely tiellä kadulle, joka vie sinut järven puolelle ja lähellä ravintoloita."
