説實話，酒店的環境那的確相當不錯，酒店的海景非常震撼，在炎熱的夏天去到這也是避暑，還可以看到日出，晚上的月光也很好看；但是的確性價比不夠，在這個價位來説的確不太值，房間很小。而且房間的羽絨被會掉羽毛，睡的會打噴嚏然後總感覺自己吸進去了一點很不舒服。
服務：在這個價位的酒店來説也是一般，中規中矩，要不是景色這麼漂亮可能會覺得不好，我住的那個房間的電話也是壞的，打不通客房服務，無法在房間訂餐。
設施：酒店裡沒有自助早餐，單點的早餐性價比低，而且不好吃；不過自助區的咖啡茶蘇打水還有鮮奶還是不錯。龍蝦很好吃，點了兩衹兩磅的，66刀一衹，很大。
關於泳池的話有温泉，應該可以看海景小小的池，不過泳池都是在九點後才開門，感覺有點太晚了，關閉是在晚上十點鐘。
還有入住時間是在下午四點太晚了，然後退房時間又在上午11點又太早了。

這個酒店位置非常好，周邊200米就有麥當勞、Wendy's……快餐，旁邊還有許多商店。房間是標準的假日酒店配置，非常乾淨。停車免費，早餐是自助方式，唯一遺憾的是，早餐時間還不到9:30，雞蛋麪包就沒有了，需要跟服務員單獨索取

The room we got even though was visibly clean, there was lot of dust especially from the air conditioner vents. Pillow covers and bedsheets seemed to be not washed for long or dusty. Overall room missed a comfortable feel. They also could have put some room fresheners. Breakfast was very basic or minimal. I did not use any other amenities like pool or gym so not sure of that.

Hat alles gepasst. Liegt nicht schön aber praktisch: nahe Schnellstraße und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nebenan. Zimmer war gut, Frühstück nichts besonderes. Bad relativ klein, Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer

This is a nice enough hotel, comfortable and quiet. I find the hotel could use a little refurbishing but all in all, good value for the money in the location it has. For me it’s close to the bus station for a layover for Boston or heading up the coast of Maine

We had a great stay at Residence Inn Portland. The studio room with two queen beds was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and everything was clean and well maintained. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to downtown, making it easy to get around..A pleasant and convenient stay.

VVieraskäyttäjäWe just came back from our 4 nights stay. The Inn looked clean and offered a good breakfast, although in a different building. That is pretty much it.
Our stay was not the most pleasant though. We booked a room for 3 people (we were traveling with our teenage kid) and at the time of booking I specified that I needed a room large enough for three people and an additional bed for our son. I called the Inn twice in the week prior to our arrival to make sure we had the room we needed and to let them know that we were arriving late in the evening. We arrived on Thursday night at 9 pm to find out that the room we were given was incredibly small and there was no place for an additional bed. The receptionist, a foreign student, called the manager who told her to add a cot to the already small room. We asked for another room and we were offered a room on the third story that was identical to the one we were given but with an awful smell and we declined it. The receptionist told us to either take the room we were assigned or leave. Little caveat, we had already prepaid a non refundable rate and at this time of the year there are no rooms available on Old Orchard Beach without a reservation. The receptionist did not seem to understand the conundrum of the prepaid non refundable stay and did not want to call the manager a second time to try to help us out. We did not want to lose the money we had already disbursed for our vacation so we had no choice but to take the room we were given, move the furniture around to fit a cot bed between our bed and a bureau (which then we could not use because his bed was right against the drawers). Every night we had to move all the luggage against the door to have enough space for the three of us to get to the tiniest bathroom you can think of (a closet repurposed as a bathroom). I do not understand why they accepted the reservation and ended up messing up with our vacation. They could have rejected the reservation saying that they did not have a room for us and I would have booked a room somewhere else. This small room could have worked for a couple but did not work for a family. The room service is offered every other day which meant leaving wet towels from 3 people's showers on the bathroom for an entire day. On one day, I asked for a garbage bag and put the wet towels outside the floor for someone to pick up. Same for the garbage. They sat there in the hallway until the next day. How do they expect people to shower every day, without a change of towels, especially after spending a day at the beach? There are a lot of things that could have been done better. We have been at OOB several times and other motels offer a much better service. I think there is a lot of potential but they need better management.
Will not stay there again.

VVieraskäyttäjäWe stayed at the room in Annex and our group stayed at two rooms.-very clean and new! The room is clean and spacious and the bed is comfortable! The bathroom is small but very clean! We slept very well! The breakfast was grab and go- good for hikers! They have laundry and indoor pool. We didn’t use the pool but it looked big and clean. We didn’t use a lot service, but the staff at front desk was nice when we were asking questions. The only thing is that one of the room has a odor of new renovated room- Luckily we bought a sachet and didn’t stay at room a lot so it was acceptable. The other room was odor free though! Depending on which room you staying I think. There is a Walmart nearby and the Tesla supercharge, however, the route is a one way route in front of the hotel and about 40 minutes driving to the Acadia National park so not very convenient but we are very grateful for the last minute booking d/t plumbing issue at the other place we stayed! Overall good staying experience and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay at a clean and nice Inn- the room we stayed definitely way better than a motel room!!

If I could suggest anything, it would be that they would explain when asked about being pet friendly that they don’t allow pets to stay in the room while you’re not there and charge a $250 fine if you leave the room. We were confused because in other hotels that we stayed, we were allowed to leave the dogs. This makes it rather difficult when you arrive at the location and you’re an hour and a half away from your house that you have to now find a dog sitter or a dog daycare while you go out of your hotel room to me it defeats the purpose because I know I would’ve left them with the dog sitter at home either that or they clarify their stance on such issues like “do you have a dog here well as long as he stays quiet, it’s OK“ something to that effect.

VVieraskäyttäjäBreakfast was great. We had a little maintenance issue with the room but the maintenance staff came right up to resolve our issue. Front desk girl was very professional and courteous. She was on the phone with what sounded like a previous guest who was clearly complaining about something regarding the sales tax and a reservation with the previous private owner prior to Quality Inn taking over. She handled herself very well, calm professional and respectful even though the person on the other end of the line was not reciprocating those same qualities. She got off the phone and helped me with a great smile and very attentive to my questions. Great job!!

VVieraskäyttäjäStayed for 3 nights with wifey to visit Acadia National Park. It is a little distance outside Bar Harbor and the national park, but it is a short drive for a more economic stay. There's no 24hr desk. We arrived very late. Found the envelope left for us outside the lobby for us to enter our rooms. Rooms are are more of an updated motel grade, but it's clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served in a detached building from the lobby, caught is by surprise. We dod enjoy the breakfast easy day, there was the usuals but with sufficient variety and rotations so we did not find it repetitive for the 3 days that we were there. Very friendly staff.

KKathleen TrudelThis one has seen better days. A lot of maintenance issues that had gone unreported for a long time. Shower/bathtub would not drain at all. Washbasin was very slow. AC filter was in need of a good cleaning. A side door is supposed to be locked from the inside but stayed open and unsecured all night. This was just as expensive as a really well maintained Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Freeport. Your dog is welcome but it will cost you a 15$ fee. The breakfast was good and had options for a take out box. Location seemed very odd, and seems far from Bangor proper.

We enjoyed a relaxing soak in the hot tub, and the breakfast was fresh and well-prepared with plenty of options. One of the highlights was the attached restaurant — absolutely amazing food and service! I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Se oli 9 jalkaa syvin puolella. Menimme konserttiin, tietäen, että ne olivat yksi paikka, joka tarjosi reitin konserttiin, mutta siellä oli vain rajallisia paikkoja, joten emme käyttäneet tätä palvelua. Bar/ restaurant that’s attached was a good size and offers some live entertainment on dates listed there.
