We are not satisfied just because one reason that, the first moment we arrived, do not give us the exactly correct room .    We booked Executive King Room With Sea view which is RMB1600 per night ,but they show us normal single room which is worth RMB800 per night !    They just do not give me correct room let us live small room, and also never tell us it could be lower price if we agree to live into small room. It is unfair !!     So we do not agree, we wait and wait asking them change us to correct room. We really need Executive King Room With Sea view. Finally they bring us to the correct room and we live that correct room “Executive King Room With Sea view” but it waist us waiting for one whole hour for just this situation.  We think they are not honest, we think surely it is very very simple they check via their computer their system they could very easy know it surely have the empty room “Executive King Room With Sea view”, but they let us wait for one h whole hour before we could enter the correct room.   In fact at that time we are so tired after more than 4 hours driving from Riyadh city to Al Khobar.    I am not satisfied for this matter.

Warm and welcoming stay. Staff were really pleasant and friendly. Furthermore, upon check in we received complementary breakfast for the duration of our stay from the hotel. Breakfast buffet was really good. Only issue was I had a problem with the hot water in my room which wasn't getting hot. Overall, a beautiful stay.

Jään tähän hotelliin kaksi yötä, hotelli on erittäin mukava sijaitsee lähellä Cornishe. aamiainen oli suuri monia ruokalajeja. Huone on korjattava, kylpyhuoneessa on veden vuoto. yöllä on hieman meluisa, koska kadulla. Kuulokuivaaja ei toiminut kuumasti.

الاستقبال مميز تسجيل الدخول سريع ايضا إمكانية تاخير المغادرة إلى الساعة 3 الغرفه واسعة ونظيفة ولكن يمكن سماع الأصوات في الغرفة المجاورة المواقف متوافرة ولكن المواقف في البيسمنت عددها محدود الموقع ممتاز ولا يوجد ازدحام وقريب من الكورنيش والخدمات

酒店位置不錯，就在海邊；前台阿拉伯小姐姐給我安排了18層的海景特大床房，風景無敵。早餐在2樓Elements餐廳，6:30-10:30 am，品類豐富；最愛的是3樓的健身房，24小時服務，我基本每天都去一次，住了5晚，瘦了2kg；自己租車來的，代客泊車（Valet服務）非常到位，願意的話給小哥5沙/次小費就行；周邊步行一個紅綠燈就是家樂福超市；傍晚駕車沿着濱海大道Coniche逛一圈，看看富人的各色別墅，聞聞大海的味道，挺不錯。

الفندق حلو وكلشي تمام حجزت ليله ومددت ٣ ليالي الشي اللي شوي ازعجني كانو حريصين من ناحيه الدفع يعني الجك اوت ١٢ يرسلون من ١١ الصبح وباقي الأمور مره تمام وموظف الاستقبال مره متعاون هو والبنت

Even though I arrived before check in time, they let me check in without questions.

The resort is impeccably clean, with a well-maintained environment that enhances its ambiance. Overall, it provides excellent value for money and is highly recommended for a pleasant stay.

Everything was good the location, the services. the breakfast was excellent especially the person who was serving us his name RAM .he was so helpful always with great smile Also the reception saudi lady was so helpful, check-in and check out was superfast.
