Hyvä hotelli ... Ongelmana on, ettei niillä ole ensisijaista tai nimetty pysäköintitilaa sisäänkäynnin vieraille. Ole erityisen täsmällinen: heillä on pysäköinti vieressä ja sisäänkäyntiluokan puolella valitettavasti, jos heillä on tapahtumia tai toimintoja se on kaikki työskentelevät ei-tarkastuksen asiakkaita, se tulee ongelma, koska sinun täytyy pysäköidä päätietä ilman valot ja turvallisuutta. Sinun täytyy odottaa tapahtuman loppuun noin 11:30 pm-12 mn pysäköidä ajoneuvo niiden pakkausalueella. Ived valitti siitä toivoen, että he voivat etsiä sitä mukavuutta sisäänkäynnin vieras, joka haluaisi levätä koko päivän matkan jälkeen.

Vaimoni ja minä olimme Awesome hotellissa pari yötä ja olimme hyvin vaikutteita, suuri hotelli poikkeuksellisen palvelun. Rakasti katseen ja tunne hotelli, joka sijaitsee pohjoispuolella Urbiztondo ranta vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalla kaikki kahvilat, ravintoloita jne.. Huone oli erinomainen, mukava määrä huonetta, laadultaan TV, kylpyhuone ja pesutarvikkeet (käytä paraben ilmainen kylpygeeli jne.). Meillä oli huone katsella uima-altaalla ja meren näkymä, joka oli kaunis. Shaina vastaanottoon tarkisti meidät sisään ja ulos ja teki upean työn, erittäin tehokas ja ystävällinen palvelu. Muutama palautepiste - Pool ei ollut saatavilla, koska he olivat tehneet joitakin työtä, olisi ollut hyvä tietää tämä ennen varausta. Lukio on erinomainen, ja iso kaikki laitteet ja painot tarvitset. ainoa kielteinen on, että se sijaitsee pohjakerroksella ja on hieman tumma, kirkkaampi valaistus olisi ollut parempi.

the hotel is good but the inclusion in the toiletries like soap, shampoo etc.... but the toothbrush is not included as per staff. But in the booking this was included but anyway nice staff and ambiance, free swimming pool my grandchildren love it. we will book again next year thank you!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Monarch Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. The free breakfast was a wonderful surprise - the selection was impressive, and the food was delicious. But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend The Monarch Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I'll definitely be back! Rating: 5/5 stars

Maybe the best hotel in Bolinao area. Excellent landscaping, swimming pools, garden, kids area. The only drawback and really a little one is the staff service. I give this mark because they are really not helpful for giving touristic information for landmarks around, and especially for the Giant Clams - for me the real treasure around in this area. Other than that, it is really a place to go and stay - there is no hotel around that can compare.

Highly recommended! Staff are courteous and kind. Not too crowded resort. First thing we did upon check in is to check our room and if we need to replace it. We booked 2 rooms but need to ask replacement for one of our room due to aircon water leak on the floor. They are kind enough to replace our room. The rooms are cold and clean. Breakfast is okay. Need some enhancement in the future. Overall we love our stay and the kids enjoy their pool and beachfront.

Its a wonderful experience all the time.. i always come to this hotel for almost everything, every occasion or just staycasion, even emergencies during natural disaster.

Good -Park like setting, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Couple villa has own little pool surrounded by plants for privacy. Air-conditioned room. Warm shower water, local drinking water provided. Eating area inside room, ref and sink. Gated entry with gate guard. Provided breakfast, portions are local but quite filling. Plenty of onsite parking (watch out for coconuts above car). Golf cart with driver available but the walk is really short and mostly flat. Toothbrush and amenities provided. Ants and bugs are typical so not an issue (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Room service (took for all meals). Bad -lack of food menu in room with room service offered, housekeeping called Butler but not. Provided cell phone with load, load expired initially. Updates every 6 hours to phone via text message. 80% of time housekeeping could not be reached. Menu once either found on web site or brought to door many things not available and size of portion not clear. Food cold sometimes upon delivery and or not taste very good, food service is slow. Bar soap provided is nice but small (cut down from a larger bar). A bit of a drive to anything else nearby and not much else found to do here. Ugly -Breakfast order lost on last day to check out, was placed 6PM in person at door night before. If had not called would not have been provided (since we had pet with us, opted for room service) Housekeeping light not working at front door to make up room. Ref compressor noise. Sometimes arcing / hum noise coming from electrical panel. Expectation of vacationer not in alignment with profit margin site manager is attempting to generate from each stay. You are left with a feeling of overpaying for a level of service that was lacking and this felt in relation to how the business just seems to be run. Arrival was overwhelming (good) but departure needs improvement.

The room we stayed air was not really working. Ants in the bathroom and the property is a resort for swimming for public. The room is clean but tiny ants in the bathroom. Comfortable bed and the free breakfast very basic a cup of rice, one egg and choice of meat or fish. Its by the highway easy to find. Workers are friendly.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Minerva Eco Farm with my family. The place offers a peaceful and refreshing environment, perfect for quality time and relaxation. The natural surroundings and eco-friendly atmosphere made the experience even more special. It was a great escape from the busy routine, and we appreciated the calm and welcoming ambiance. Overall, it was a memorable family getaway that we would happily recommend.
