I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Monarch Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. The free breakfast was a wonderful surprise - the selection was impressive, and the food was delicious. But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend The Monarch Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I'll definitely be back! Rating: 5/5 stars

the hotel is good but the inclusion in the toiletries like soap, shampoo etc.... but the toothbrush is not included as per staff. But in the booking this was included but anyway nice staff and ambiance, free swimming pool my grandchildren love it. we will book again next year thank you!!!!

Hyvä hotelli ... Ongelmana on, ettei niillä ole ensisijaista tai nimetty pysäköintitilaa sisäänkäynnin vieraille. Ole erityisen täsmällinen: heillä on pysäköinti vieressä ja sisäänkäyntiluokan puolella valitettavasti, jos heillä on tapahtumia tai toimintoja se on kaikki työskentelevät ei-tarkastuksen asiakkaita, se tulee ongelma, koska sinun täytyy pysäköidä päätietä ilman valot ja turvallisuutta. Sinun täytyy odottaa tapahtuman loppuun noin 11:30 pm-12 mn pysäköidä ajoneuvo niiden pakkausalueella. Vaimoni ja minä olimme Awesome hotellissa pari yötä ja olimme hyvin vaikutteita, suuri hotelli poikkeuksellisen palvelun. Rakasti katseen ja tunne hotelli, joka sijaitsee pohjoispuolella Urbiztondo ranta vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalla kaikki kahvilat, ravintoloita jne.. Huone oli erinomainen, mukava määrä huonetta, laadultaan TV, kylpyhuone ja pesutarvikkeet (käytä paraben ilmainen kylpygeeli jne.). Meillä oli huone katsella uima-altaalla ja meren näkymä, joka oli kaunis. Shaina vastaanottoon tarkisti meidät sisään ja ulos ja teki upean työn, erittäin tehokas ja ystävällinen palvelu. Muutama palautepiste - Pool ei ollut saatavilla, koska he olivat tehneet joitakin työtä, olisi ollut hyvä tietää tämä ennen varausta. Java hotel is beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Downside was the fact that they did not have any elevators which was difficult for some friends who have difficulties going up several flights.

One of the best accommodation we have ever experienced! when we arrived we have been greeted with a smile by Ms. May and her staff in their cozy cafe and the paper for checking has been prepared. We were informed with every detail for the activity that are available at the location. Every time we have a request we are always being catered with a genuine bright smile. Note that there place is astoundingly beautiful, neat and clean. What you see on their photos are what exactly it is in person. Free breakfast are also so delish, there daing na Bangus is a must try! what makes an accommodation enjoyable is not just the place itself, but also the staff and the people that works in it, Big thanks to Ms. May for the service she and her team have provided, we remember every kindness and smile you have shared with us, you made our staycation memorable and would definitely comeback! hoping your place got the recognition it deserves soon!

Everything was fine from service to resort itself but the parking experience was terrible. They lack advance planning since we booked on peak days. They lack communication in handling guest to make sure all staying guest have a parking space.
