Very basic breakfast
No restaurant (only a basic set breakfast)
Basthroom is small and full of mould
Single beds are narrow and pillows are slaps of foam
No bottled water (you are supposed to get purified wtaer from a dispenser in the corridor
The corridor is very noisy (doors slamming)
Two lifts but only 1 working (cost savings?)
On the positive side: a very reliable and high speed internet.
Overall, a very basic local hotel not really reflected in the name.

We had a great time. The hotel is near the Robinson mall and It's really convenient. The breakfast is really fresh and nice. The room temp is fit for my mom and her friends. The staff is really nice and kind . I love this hotel. We really appreciate

Location is very good. Love the bed and pillows, very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower wasn't good. Breakfast was good.

Good location and also close to airport. We stayed in the executive suite which is very spacious and it was very clean. However for the money it was quite basic, no amenities such as coffee. There is a kitchenette but no cutlery no cups… also in the morning they only opened the pool after 9am which is very disappointing as we wanted to have an early swim.
Nice water amenities with good slides but I can’t recommend the exec suite for the money and value provided. Also no breakfast included.
Service was good and check in experience was flawless.

The photos that they post on fb shows acesss to the photos by the beach are not true.
The room was clean and the staff was very nice. But transportation waa difficult catch a trike to town. And the is very limited. The breakfast was limited to a cup of rice fried egg. And small small amount of corn beef or I guess it was ham..
It would be a good place for the evening as they have music
If I return out all the choices of other places to stay

Beautiful place, but pretty remote. It's 90 minutes on bad roads from Tacloban airport, which is pretty off the beaten track. Recommended for those who like being away from it all. Food is good, although not cheap. Wifi good in the restaurant, no mobile signal elsewhere.

家族で旅行して。お母さんに豪華なサプライズ誕生日パーティーをやって。結構楽しかったです。スタッフ全員が協力できで感謝してます。お母さんの忘れられない思い出になりました。スタッフ全員が優しいです。オススメのホテルです。ご飯も美味しいです。景色もとってもキレイです。

A FANTASTIC place with a great view and coral reef in front...The resort have everything you need, three swimming pool, big and comfortable rooms, a organized fitness gym and all the staff are so kinds,helpful and also funny....I couldn' t forget this time at Blue deep resort and I'll be back here next year hundred%. Thanks for all guys🙏🏻❤️

VVieraskäyttäjäI booked for 2 nights. Place was beautiful, staff are polite and professional. Booked the hotel because it says it’s got Wi-fi. Upon arriving there’s WiFi in the room but NO signal, and there’s no data signal too. The only wifi connection is at the restaurant which is also very weak. I requested to cancel and refund the 2nd night but the property rejected the request. I would’ve been fine if it’s not listed on the amenities. If there’s no wifi, update the listing so it doesn’t disrupt our travel arrangements and lose money. Since they rejected my request, I had to book another hotel while still paying for this one.

AAnonyymi käyttäjäGreat service, we arrived around 7pm to check in and the staff opened the shower and pool lights to accommodate us since we want to go night swimming. The place is in front of Andok's, Petron, and Landbank. There's also a van terminal in front going to downtown/Tacloban so public transportation is very accessible. The room is spacious, we are 3 adults with luggages and we stayed on their standard room and it is not crowded inside. Rooms are in fron of the pool.
