Deberian darle mantenimiento a las escaleras de la piscina, deberian tener plan todo incluido y deberian avisar desde que uno hace eñ check in que cobran por usar las cabañas de la playa, nosotros nos sentamos y nos sorprendieron al decir que se debia pagar, como ya estabamos instalados pagamos pero deberían avisar desde eñ check in.

Hotel en excelente ubicacion muy centrico, en cuanto a los alimentos son buenos y sirven suficiente, considero que el servicio del personal no es el mejor los meseros muy poco amables y un pèsimo servicio al cliente. Las instalaciones tienen muchos años y el mobiliaro del lugar no es muy agradable (necesita una renovacion de mobiliario urgente), los elevadores obsoletos tuve que esperar hasta 40 minutos para bajar sobre todo a la hora de check in.

A pesar de que ya pasó dos años del huracán Otis aún está en reparación algunas áreas, baños. En general muy bien, el personal amable, puede mejorar mucho más. La comida está buena y las albercas que si funcionan bien.

Con la reciente remodelación está muy bien, lo único malo es un se cobra el estacionamiento como adicional y no es dentro del hotel, es en unas instalaciones adicionales que aún está en remodelación

十分滿意，值得肯定的老酒店！阿爾普爾科上世紀六十年代的旅遊勝地對外國人已經生疏了，予定酒店後翻看網評更感不安，我憑五十多年前印象執意來閑遊真擔心選錯了地方和酒店！我們到這裏十三天競沒看見一箇中國人！酒店註明是八四年開業，是確實夠久了，酒店前台給安排了二十五樓的房間，站在陽台上，頓感此地來對了，酒店選對了！絕佳的位置，亮麗的外觀，周全的設計，體現了四十多年前的豪華！雖已是幾十年前的裝修水平，但空間寬敞，櫃櫥夠大，全天熱水，燈光明亮，用電充足，空調好用，而且網絡順暢，雖不夠豪華，但都很實用。更讚的是服務態度都很好，從前台到歺廳，從樓層到泳池，員工們都很和藹和熱情，雖然都不懂中國話，但都努力的主動的幫我們解決問題，每天回到收拾潔凈明亮的房間，感到由衷的滿意！所以我們要給HS酒店一個大大的贊！真是一個貨真價實的老的卻是很好的酒店！
要提一點：2511的陽台門該修了。

Las instalaciones se me hacen un poco pequeñas para la cantidad de huéspedes que éramos. La alberca está muy chica. La comida no es tan mala, solo que quitan el buffet muy rápido. Me gusto mucho la ubicación, esta cerca una placita donde venden comida muy buena.

LLegalEagleLooking for all-inclusive resorts, the Ritz appeared as one that provided a lower cost compared to other hotels in Acapulco.
Deciding to give them a try, we stayed at the Ritz for a week.
The studio suite was a decent size, not too small but it isn't a very large room either. The room was cleaned quite nicely when I arrived.
The staff treated me well, and helped me with my inquiries. One thing to note is that the Ritz is a bit of a distance from the airport, and it's not next to the beach, but it doesn't take too long to get to the places necessary to enjoy Acapulco.
Overall, the Ritz can provide good value for money if you're looking for an all-inclusive resort in Acapulco.

The breakfast is regular as well, nothing special, though, if it was not included in the tariff, I would prefer to have a breakfast at a restaurant around Zocalo. Of the negative impressions -- the room was quite poor: although big enough (two floors), the furniture was old and not functioning (no gas in the kitchen; a radio from the 1950s was there but it did not work). The inner yard is rather a contra, since it was full of families with kids near the hotel's waterpool listening loud local music all day round. The audibility was poor -- one can easily hear what is happening in a room next to it.

Rooms are refurbished but poor workmanship.
Check in was not very pleasant with tons of people fighting to get their rooms like tour groups.
Food very mediocre and nearly everything buffet style.
It is all inclusive but food quality very average and not very appealing.

TTravelling roverThe hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. There are 2 pools but they are in different parts of the hotel. Room was larger than most in Mexico and had a small kitchen. All in it was a good place for the price.
