We were missing body wash and never got it taken up. But hotel food was good and loved the aviance. Some loud people at 3am but other then that everything was great

墨西哥接近邊境，這個是離得最近的度假村，環境非常好，吃的真的太棒了。
而且在半夜想party酒店內就有，不用擔心危險

環境不錯，服務一般，入住的時候可以品酒，第二天早上，我們還騎了酒店的免費單車在酒莊繞了兩圈。早餐很豐富，但是參觀酒莊需要單獨交費。

Considero iniciar bajo el comentario que el hotel se encuentra ubicado en un zona hotelera muy buena, cuenta con suficiente espacio en todos los lugares, parqueadero, restaurante, lobby, piscina y otros espacios que pueden funcionar para empresas y como esparcimiento en familia. Puntos interesantes, todos los días te hacen limpieza y cambio de elementos de uso personal, las personas de este oficio son amables y atentos. El restaurante para su desayuno, cuenta con una amplia variedad de productos y muy alertas por si se agotan o hacen falta, incluso atentos para orientar y ayudar. Lo único que está un poco negativo y que considero fundamental para mejorar, son los encargados del área de recepción; allí no te miran al rostro, encuentras personas que hacen su trabajo como deber pero no expresan cordialidad, comunicación afectiva o empatía. Mi estancia fue de varios días y no existió un buenos días, buenas tardes o buenas noches; se interpreta que están cumpliendo con lo que les corresponde dentro de sus labores pero ese rostro amable inicial, está totalmente perdido. Con esto ya le daría un 100 completo.

地理位置很好，周圍幾百米範圍，有很多不錯的餐廳和超市，特別推薦馬路對面的Steakhouse品質很好。建議入住要求不要住馬路那一邊的房間很吵，另一邊有不錯的高爾夫球場風景也安靜。

The place is old in all senses, the bed had a big stain and even that I asked two days to change the bed sheets, they did not change it. The sink and shower had issues with the drain (they fixed it after my complains).
The breakfast is great and unique, highly recommendable the food and high-quality service from chefs and waiters. Very recommendable!

VVieraskäyttäjäWe really enjoyed our stay with a few minor exceptions. Unfortunately the TV in our room didn’t work eventhough it was connected to wifi. The phone in the room didn’t work so we had to use our personal phones. The shower head is a rainfall type, but the water sprayed out in all directions instead of straight down which made it a little tricky to shower. The rooms have a system in which the room key is required to have electricity in the whole room. If you take it off, everything turns off. That means you can’t leave things charging unless you get a second key? We also were told that we could check out later the day off, but that was not an option because the hotel was so booked.
Even though there were a few icks, it was overall a nice place to stay. The staff are very friendly and respectful. The bed is comfortable, the sheets smell great, the rooms are very clean, and the building is beautiful! It has a 5ft pool and a small jacuzzi (no bubbles) just warmer water than the pool. Pool water is great temperature. There is also a spa and massage services on the very first floor! Overall a nice place and I’d recommend it!

VVieraskäyttäjäHotel is a on a nice little area. There were no huge issues but also nothing above the ordinary. Our cabanas were clean. 4 of their 6 houses are by the pool, working WiFi, electronic doors and rooftop decks. The other two houses are in a gulch, with sliding access doors that don’t really work and keys that don’t really lock. WiFi doesn’t work down there. Funny enough there is no cell reception either. If you need to work, go elsewhere. There is no check in or staff anywhere. If I was in one of the other units it probably would’ve been a 4/5. This place is probably worth $100 a night. 200-300 is overpriced in my opinion

KKaren Elizabeth BiowBooked a premier room and was very disappointed. Room gave my and my pal respitory problems. Found a dirty cup behind the bed. No fridge in room. Very small ice bucket . Too Toooo many kids in the pool so unable to use it. Location of my room was 150 meters from the lobby. No escaltor or elevator to get to second floor rooms. The rooms all need a make over. Rooms also have dark lights . Hotel was too cheap light hotel room properly. View was AWFUl and in an inner court room!!I would NOT return to this hotel. Not worth the money!

VVieraskäyttäjäperfect service, 24 hour room service with the biggest menu that I have ever seen. Awesome property layout. Great english speaking staff. Reminded me of a small Hawaiian Hilton Resort located in Tijuana. 3 Amazing restaurants with super attentive wait staff and cooks. Great daily brunch. Wonderful rooms with balconies.

The breakfast guys are super nice and super helpful. Patricio is such a great and helpful person. This time was a gear stay. Thank you all very much. My family was happy.

VVieraskäyttäjäWe stayed gor two nights in Feb.2026. Everything was excellent except there were two instances the Internet and power went dead. Fortunately it was not too long. All in all it worths the money to stay there. Very convenient location , 10 minutes walk from the beach.
