The hotel is locatedb in a quite place out of bologna. The room was clean, the pool was good and the breakfast was nice. The only problem was that in 3 night the housekeeping didn't recharge our miny bar, suop and body gel.

This place is absolutely excellent. It caters for all ages and I will certainly consider using again as a workspace also. The Social Hub is a great concept that will mostly appeal to a younger crowd although all are most definitely welcome. The rooms are excellent, thoughtful and have everything you need. The staff are all excellent. Location wise this is perfect for access to Bologna Centrale Station. As many travellers will know Railway Stations anywhere in the world are not always located in the safest parts of a city. Although nothing happened and I did not necessarily feel threatened I was very cautious as I was travelling alone with my teenage daughter so also need to consider her safety.

The location although 7 km from the city center that seems near it is not! You have to walk 15-20 min to the nearest bus station and then there are only 2 buses running every hour to reach city center. If you miss the first one then you have to wait another 25 minutes for the second one! If you are planning your trip on foot avoid this one. If you rent a car there is a parking lot outside in the courtyard of the hotel and several more just outside the hotel on the street. Both parking spots are in the open. Hotel offers a closed parking spot in its basement but on pay. We had to change room the next day of our arrival as there was a noise coming out of the ventilation system. A supervisor came to inspect the room and after verifying our sayings offered us a room 2 floor down. During our stay one of the three lift was out of order and it was a nightmare to come down in the morning during peak hours. All three days we were getting to lobby by stairs.

A hotel caters for conferences and business meetings. Very spacious common area with plenty of comfortable seating and lovely outdoors area in the middle of the hotel. The room and bathroom are spacious and modern. The downside is the toiletries, the shampoo, body wash and body lotion smelt off. Luckily I brought my own because the fragrance of their complimentary toiletries was unacceptable. The buffet breakfast was decent and plentiful with the hot foods and pastry section. The standouts were the fresh croissants, bacon and the coffee from the self-service machine was just like the bar. The fresh fruits were tasteless but I loved the dried nuts selection. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym also had a variety of professional equipment. I would definitely return and recommend to other travellers but bring your own toiletries.

屬於歐洲性價比很高的酒店，之前住在旁邊另一個酒店，那邊雖然也過得去但是是民宿條件。這裏更像是一個合格的酒店。房間很新很大還有一個大陽台。酒店早餐種類非常豐富，還有免費自行車提供。前台人員服務態度非常好，看我晚上去騎自行車特意來教我燈怎麼開。拐個彎出去就是海灘了，旁邊是海灘餐廳一條街，非常方便。走到火車站稍遠，步行15分鐘左右。但是已經是綜合條件很好的了。周邊很安靜，也很安全

location molto grande e bella, servizio non proprio all'altezza. Poca attenzione al Cliente . Per il prezzo pagato ci si aspetta l'eccellenza, invece non è così. Attese eccessive per farsi anche solo assegnare un tavolo al ristorante, o per avere un caffè o un cappuccino ( ogni richiesta deve essere fatta più e più volte finche qualcuno non porta quanto richiesto). Ho chiesto di avere un set di asciugamani in più in camera e mi sono stati portati 5 tappetini da doccia anziché gli asciugamani ( !!!!) Bella la Spa , ma il personale non la illustra nè accompagna i clienti nemmeno al primo accesso. Richiedono una caparra all'arrivo pari a 100€ a notte ( assolutamente eccessivo!! se uno pernotta una settimana deve lasciare 700€????!!!) , attenzione perché dicono che i soldi tornano subito disponibili al check out , ma non è così!! A me sono stati svincolati dopo quasi una settimana! Ho chiamato la struttura per avere info e hanno detto che dipendeva dalla banca perché loro avevano sbloccato , ma comunque è una cosa molto antipatica. Tra l'altro anche di cattivo giusto perché se mando degli ospiti nella struttura a spese mie , che figura ci faccio?? davvero di cattivo gusto. Peccato davvero

We had a comfortable time at this hotel. Located just down the road from the station about a 2-3minute walk away, it was very convenient to get to coming into Parma by train. The area surrounding the hotel however felt just a little bit questionable at times, but then again the historic town centre is but a short walk away. The breakfast buffet was sufficient to fill you up to start the day, and service there was quite attentive. We didn’t get to try the other facilities, though, since we thought the pool would be closed considering it was winter. Overall, we had a nice stay at Novotel, and would definitely stay again.
