Location was good,and whole the hotel has valley view.food was average.aesthetics were so good,hotel is huge according to expectations.
Staff was humble and welcoming
Check-in was too smooth like completely hassle free,they also provided early check-in
But They could not solve the television issue in the room,which was not connecting to youtube
We ourselve later sorted it out when they weren't able to buy it took whole day
Will recommend others too.

Excellent Stay.
It was my first visit and I was booked for one day but ended up staying extra day. Staff is extremely helpful. This property is clean and with very relaxing ambiance. They have beautiful kids park with swings. Lots of car parking. I recommend this place and I would love to stay again in the near future.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of McLeod ganj. Staff were friendly and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The only real issue I think came from a cultural misunderstanding. In order to get your room cleaned (and you go out for the day) you must deposit the keys at reception. Otherwise they will not try to clean the room. We learned this after the first day and had no further issues with room cleaning.

The photos in the app do not fully correspond to reality. The profile picture features an outdoor pool that does not actually exist. The toiletries provided were also an incomplete set—hair conditioner was missing.
There was some confusion when ordering dinner: we were served a different dish than the one we had ordered. The manager claimed that *we* were the ones who had made the mistake, even though that very same dish had been prepared differently just the day before. Such details do impact the overall impression.
Breakfasts were top-notch: a good variety of options, served by polite and attentive staff.
All in all, it is a worthwhile choice, provided you keep these specific details in mind. I recommend checking the photos in advance.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Rooms are so aesthetic theme and luxury restrooms. Hot water 24/7 i just loved to stay here. Even more what i loved was the food here be it snacks or main course. Food is delicious here. The staff is super super nice and sweet.

We would also like to thank Jitender Thakur, Vinod kumar, Tarun Thakur, Palak, Lalit, Vinod Sachin, and those whom we may have forgotten their names. Our thank is for the entire staff of Justa who made us feel home.
The bar is cozy with our own choice of songs. Great for family time with delicious bar snacks.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Awesome views from our room balcony. Though this hotel is away from the main town but for those who wish to have a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, Justa is the place to look for. The meals are freshly cooked and we enjoyed every single bite.
Thank you once again to everyone at Justa. Keep up the good work.

The design of the hotel very modern, excellent service, clean, staffs are superb friendly and their services behaviors 5 star rating. The food are excellent good. The view was breath taking you can see close up for the Mountains. Amazing Beautiful
