Clean and well located . Gentle and responsive staff. Amenities seem old and dated ( position of shower knobs can’t be accessed unless you stand below shower) , had unfortunate incident of bathroom getting locked and unable to open and it was 2am typed . Staff did come and fix it within 5-7 minutes but was scary considering the hour.

Starting with the unknown facts - this resort is a part of adjacent Summit group properties having the same owner. The place doesn’t have its own restaurant but you can visit the restaurant of Summit for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Food there is good with good portion size. The ambience is like inside of a cave but very cosy. Waiters and staff are polite but the prices are on an expensive side. Coming to the rooms, the rooms were quite good and well lit. You’ll get complimentary coffee, tea, biscuits, kettle, etc. inside the room. They also provide complimentary toiletries, slippers, etc. The bathroom is nice and clean as well with 24/7 hot water. Room is quite spacious with clean towels provided, clean bedding and working tv network. There is also a balcony area with every room facing a tea garden which can be accessed through the room itself. Menu cards are provided in the room which is served by the summit restaurant. The manager was very good to us and had helped us with everything. They arranged a bonfire for us for 500/-, arranged an early morning jeep safari for 4500/-. Overall it was one of my beat experience staying in Kaziranga.

Nice service and ambience . Easy check in process. Staff was nice and understanding . There were mosquitos in the entrance hall and near pool So much . Otherwise very comfortable stay . It’s bit outside city but airport is near . I love concierge service . I live valet service.

Service we received from Security and valet was very good Front desk not upto the mark they were not welcoming and not friendly even though its our second visit, checking in even after we have already booked one more room for our family member they said ”there is no such name in their booking list” inspite the rooms were all booked in the same name a day before plus no bell boy was provided during check out. Restaurant service during breakfast was very good and all the staff was so sweet and very friendly. Housekeeping was very good too and helpful but there was a stain on the pillow in room no. 606. Room service was good

We stayed only for one night. Dinner was excellent. Dining area is really nice with lamps on both sides of the narrow path. People are nice and caring.

Arista by Ambition is Nice hotel with exceptional service and awesome food from Banquet. Very professor and standard banquet set up done by banquet staff.Banquet service staff are very courteous and professional.They maintain good hygiene and Standard service ,It’s really 5 star hotel in guwahati.Thank u all team member of banquet specialty Mr.Minhazul .

Location is in the heart of the city where all outlets are nearby. Food - we had tried the cafeterias , Japanese Ikigai retro & the breakfast.. they are all good.. worth the price you pay.. we were really fortunate that we were kept at the suite as we had early check- in though we booked for a normal room. The room was spacious , there was a huge balcony & we really appreciate the opportunity given to us.. Room service is also much appreciated..Overall we had a lovely stay 🥰🥰
