A good base if you have transit or early morning flight to catch out of Terminal 3 of Jakarta Airport. Please be aware that there are 2 Anara Hotels, 1 is slightly the older one located attached & near to International Departure called simply Anara & this one, a newer one (opened in 2025) called Grand Anara (near domestic departure). Grand Anara iş slightly cheaper & has a pool. Despite its location closer to Domestic flight area but as it is in the same terminal with international departure. We stayed there to catch an early morning flight to Japan. Room is quite spacious, very comfy bed & good shower as well. We did not try their Restaurant as there are plenty of restaurants at the Terminal 3 building just a short walk away. Will definitely stay there again for transit or early flight.

*A fantastic new hotel with excellent hospitality! I recently stayed at Model J Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, clean, and well-designed, and a Big Smart TV including Netflix with a team that provides exceptional service. I was warmly welcomed by Edwina the receptionist, who was very helpful and ensured a fast check-in process. They even offered a complimentary drink (I could choose between infused water or coffee—a nice touch!). The lobby smelled amazing, thanks to a refreshing lemongrass fragrance. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, modern, and cozy—perfect for both work and relaxation. As part of their benefits, I received a complimentary breakfast. Though it was light, it was just enough to start my busy day. One of the best features is the direct connection to Carstensz Mall, one of the best malls in the BSD area. With plenty of restaurants and retail options, everything I needed was conveniently within reach. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’ll definitely be back next month! The check-in process was very fast, taking only a few minutes, and the receptionist was very friendly. I had complained that the air conditioner in my room wasn’t cold, and the technician quickly came to check and fix it. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, but the bedsheet had some stains, which made it look less clean.

I stayed here with my family for a New Year's Eve trip to explore the PIK 2 area. We had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was incredibly generous; since the room type I originally booked wasn't available, they upgraded us to a higher-level room and included free breakfast, which was a wonderful surprise. The vibe is very traditional Chinese, so it feels very welcoming for Chinese travelers or anyone who appreciates the culture. The room itself felt brand new, spacious, and very clean. It’s also quite modern—we loved the voice control feature for the lights and curtains! Small details made the difference: we got welcome drinks and even free mochi ice cream in the lobby. There is also free flow mineral water in the hallway and the drinks in the in-room minibar were free. For breakfast, don't expect a massive international buffet like in huge hotels, but the selection is decent. It focuses on authentic Chinese dishes, which gave us a nice chance to try something different. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in PIK2!

Room size was a little small with minimum toiletries, facilities are good (gym, pool, playground), convenient to have Indomaret downstairs, good location close to Aloha, Lands End, etc. Overall good experience and very good value hotel. We will be back!

I had an excellent stay at FM7 Resort Hotel – Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are impressive, especially the pool and spa. What truly makes the stay outstanding is the exceptional service. Randy, Cyndi, and Aulia were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers arriving or departing from the airport. I stayed at episode for 3 nights and had a really great time. The room was thoughtfully designed with so many nice details, and everything felt clean and fresh. The breakfast was awesome—lots of variety and super tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I loved the overall design of the hotel, from the corridors to the rooms, bathrooms, and even the elevator. It all came together for a really pleasant experience. One thing that could be better, though, is the lighting in the room. I was hoping for a cozy, late-night vibe, but the lights were too bright, and there wasn’t a way to dim them. Adding a soft, dimmer light option would make the rooms even more comfortable. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place!

The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.

The members of the staff were super helpful, we did our laundry and left our baggage for half of the day. Nice gentlemen from security in front of the building taking care of taxi and helping with the luggage. In the room we found everything that we needed for 1 night stay. Breakfast was nice, lot of options to choose.

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes.
