This hotel is almost next to the airport terminal, super convenient for early morning flight. It is clean and service is excellent. Manager on duty - Han, Yueliu helped arrange a room in the main buidling, which is what I preferred. Everything went well. Will stay here again next time when I come back.

This hotel was okay. The trip.com description makes it appear as though this property has a laundry room and supplies laundry detergent. They do not have a laundry room and charge extremely high prices to launder guests' clothing. If you were counting on being able to do laundry, as I was, this is something to be aware of.

Little Gao at the hotel front desk makes guests feel warm with her attention to details, and during my stay at the hotel, what left the deepest impression was not the cleanliness of the rooms or the convenience of the facilities, but the thoughtful service provided by Little Gao—her service goes far beyond what is considered “good enough” and is truly “heartfelt”.

在酒店吃晚餐，感覺飯菜味道好，直接續住一天。房間又大又暖和，有智能操控系統，佈置典雅，春節期間的佈置也喜慶。客房有關於皇城相府楹聯的書籍，長知識。服務態度非常好。我們忘了續房卡，客房服務員看到，主動為我們去辦理。我們的套房，和前台不在一棟樓，中間還要走過一個長長的隧道，距離還是比較遠的。感謝客房服務員姐姐。由於氣候乾燥，比較容易渴，礦泉水也是管夠的。最後一圖是我們一天喝掉的水。酒店夜景可謂火樹銀花。正趕上正月初五，門口的大財神很應景，晚上在酒店觀景台就可以觀賞煙花秀。酒店自己的擺渡車，更是方便遊覽的好助力。説回餐食吧。餃子🥟餛燉味道都很棒，推薦鍋巴蝦，八八宴。

The staff upgraded us to a suite room upon check-in. Also provided daily fruit platter and 梨汤. Supper of 刀削面，egg and warm milk was great! Special commendation to 郭六女 for good service. Parking convenient.

Receptionist very well versed and prompt service about my cancellation and re booking of room night due to unforseen circumstances. Please make sure you locked your room when you are in the room due to the the room design of toilet with clear glass door and situated at the entrance of the room. Cleanliness needs improvement and we are unlucky to have a room with air conditioning problem.

Comfortable hotel in a refurbished old castle on top of a hill. Comes with an onsen, including outdoor onsens. However, location was a bit inaccessible with no amenities nearby so taking a cab to the city was essential for food and groceries. Staff were also curt and not very friendly.

Very nice and clean hotel, staff friendly and helpful when needed.. Location was really good near big malls (Wanda) and some cultural sites..

We had an amazing stay at Sunyata Datong.
