My boyfriend and I just had the most special stay here. From the moment we arrived, the wonderful team looked after us and helped with everything and anything we could want. We’d wanted to eat dinner upon arrival, and so they provided some of the nicest Chinese food I’ve had to date! My recommendation is the fried eggs and leek. We were obsessed! 🤤 The room and the amenities were really high quality, and I especially enjoyed the incredible view from our bedroom. Daily, we were given snacks and fruits. The food was so good that we ordered again on our second night. Truly, the food was 10/10!! For the room, everything was clean, modern and worked well. All the staff were excellent, too. Yang Yang was especially wonderful (picture of us together!) and made sure we had the best time. She helped with organising our trip, including travel. She is a warm, kind person who made all the difference to our trip. She also introduced us to 土豆 the cat—he was just as delightful! As a foreigner in China, sometimes it can be tricky to navigate how best to travel certain areas. This hotel and the wonderful people here made us feel at home. Thanks so much for this memorable trip, Yang Yang —and also to all the lovely people there! You MUST stay here for the best hotel outside Enshi Grand Canyon!! 💚

We stayed there for 1 night in lake-view room on 7/F, it's perfect for getaway. The hotel locates next to Ci Hu, we can access the view from our room. The lobby is grand, parking lots are sufficient. Room is big, all amenities are provided for free. I would definitely come back again with my kid next time.

Shangrila in Wuhan is already a bit old, but the overall service is fine and they have a big gym and a nice swimming pool. What bothered me at my stay is, that I bought a 2-day promotion, where not was written that the breakfast is excluded. I had to add four breakfasts for the comfortable stay. Then the difference of the promotion vs current room rate was marginal.

相當完美的一個行程，在網上看了兩個帶泳池的民宿，另一家泳池壁上很多青苔，飯也很多油，這家完全不一樣，飯菜油不大，早飯品種很豐富，特別是泳池很乾凈，成人小童分區，休息的地方景色也很好，房間用品乾淨舒適，很大的落地窗觀景很好，還有室外餐位，服務員整體很熱情主動，洗衣房有個台洗衣機，帶烘乾。推薦入住

The hotel is beautiful and located near plenty of shopping and food area. It's not on the main street, so it might be tricky to find it at first. There is about a 200m walk up from the main street to the hotel. The room was spacious and well designed. They gave new slippers, tissues, towels, and bottled water everyday. The receptionist was very nice and helped us with information on how to get to places we wanted to visit around Enshi in the coming days. The breakfast is good - noodles made on order, boiled eggs, fruits. The security guard gets a special mention. He is very welcoming and makes sure we get home safe every night. He has plenty of advise and is knowledgeable of the attraction places. You can speak with him via a translator app. He is very patient and hospitable. Our stay here was really enjoyable and we will come back next time we're at Enshi. By

Very good hotel. I will come again. It’s really good team and good service.

Great location. Near the center of town, near the Yangtze River Park, near ”the so-called Manhattan Building”, street shopping, etc. Friendly customer service staff, the room service staff, and the security guards. I have no problem with the breakfast HALAL F&B. The fully cooked eggs, the fresh fruits and juices, the salads, beans...all are healthy and a good menu for me.
