The hotel is located in a very convenient place which walkable distance to long distance buses to Hong Kong, Macau (Zhu Hai), etc. however, the luxury room’s bathroom is still old and the bed is super hard. The employees there are friendly.

Pullman Hotel Zhu Hai, a hotel you never want to miss. We did a Staycation at this hotel for my wife's birthday, which brought many surprises. The rooms were spacious with warm decorations for the celebration. The staff are amiable take care of our needs. Special thanks to desk manager Jackie and Elena for their relentless hospitality throughout our stay. Thank You, Pullman Hotel.

When we checked in, we have received a room upgrade, which was very nice. The hotel was was located in close proximity to metro and buses and getting taxi was very easy. The view from 45th floor was nice to see the night Guangzhou. It was a surprise to receive a great bouquet of roses. And it was great to have fresh fruits everyday!!! Thank you!

- It would be great if you install a translation machine as the hotel is an international hotel. - The swimming pool is shown in the hotel's pictures and advertisements but it doesn't exist anymore.

Check-in: Arrived at noon and got the room right away. • Room Upgrade: Booked a Spaceship Room, upgraded to a Moon Room (8th floor). Odd-numbered rooms face the mountains. Service & Room Upgrade: We found a crack in the bathroom mirror on the first night, but the hotel resolved it quickly. They moved us to the 25th floor with another upgrade. This time we stayed in an even-numbered room, which faced the hotel grounds and Ocean Kingdom. The night view was absolutely spectacular! • Dining: Diverse breakfast options and a great seafood spread at Sailors restaurant for dinner. • Facilities: Reliable shuttle bus to Ocean Kingdom/Chimelong Theatre. Very family-friendly!

A very well located hotel within walking distance to many attractions. It is right next to Kaiyuan temple. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They allowed early check in and late check out to accommodate our schedule. During the supertyphoon Ragasa day when the housekeeper was off duty, the front desk receptionist was so helpful to bring us new towels and even cleared our trash. The hotel is currently undergoing upgrading works but it did not affect our stay at all.

I liked it, BUT... First the good: They brought me a heater when the robe wasn't enough. All of the staff is so very kind and attentive. All speak excellent or job appropriate English. It is a great place for these two reasons. But there is more good news. They're connected by a hallway to Luckin and 7/11 which make a nice comfort with inclement weather or when yr in a rush. The pillow menu lavendar pillow has no smell but the herbal Chinese Chrysanthemum is perfect olfactory and texture. There are extra blankets and pillows. Why it was my first and last: Wait til yr downstairs to call your car service. Floors 3-35 are for apartment residents, except for 7 which is the gym, spa, cafes. Ride to 36, change elevators to go to floors 36-50 hotel rooms. It's not that clean. Everything is kinda dusty. Everywhere, random hair which was gross to me: hand soap pump, the tub, breakfast ewww. The wood panel walls have never met Murphys Oil Soap and they look like the years they've been there. Also if yr allergic, be forewarned the French toast has peanut butter in it. I wanted to go to the sauna and steam room but the things I saw in the room made me think I shouldn't. They can and should do better. The people who work there are lovely and it is a decent building but I wouldn't stay again because I need more cleanliness.

Pros - Prime location - close to high speed rail, Gongbei port aka underground mall and Macau border. - Easy access food and travel. - I, personally didn't here much of the outside ( window facing away from the main road). - Lots of lights. - Automatic curtains and shade - the wall switch is located next to the bed closet to the bathroom - Has a bench that can support larger suitcases. - Has multiple mirrors of varying sizes all around. - Many drawers for random storage - hidden closet to hand clothes. - There's a bridge that connects the hotel to Zhuhai train station ( but you have to take the sightseeing or an external elevator to use it) Cons - The space between the bed and the shower is very narrow. - The bench also makes the space between it and the bed narrow. - When showering, the water drains really loudly (it can be heard from the outside if close to the shower room) - Sink faucet is very stiff. Neutral - The 'master' light switch will only affect previously used lights - Example scenario: 'master' switch is used to turn off the reading lights; when using the 'master' switch again, it will only turn on the reading lights. - The shower window frame is coated reflective material.... Could you theoretically see into the shower room while the curtains are closed? Yes but you have to be actively trying, you'll more likely see the room from the shower than the other way round. - When you place the room key into the slot, the TV will automatically turn on. - The toilet is higher than average ( weird thing to point out...I know) - If you want to go to the 4th floor restaurant, you need your room to acess it, unless you go to a specific sightseeing elevator. - The hotel is made up of 2 connecting buildings so not all elevators go up to all floors.

Choosing Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel was the best decision. Every service staff we encountered greeted us with smiles ans patience. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The dolphin-themed décor delighted our child, making it an ideal choice for families travelling with kids. The room felt warm and cosy, with well-maintained facilities. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked very well, and there were thoughtful touches such as children’s toiletries and slippers, showing great attention to detail. The hotel is located within the Chimelong Resort, very close to both the airport and the high-speed rail station. Luggage storage was extremely convenient — easy to drop off and collect at any time, which made travelling stress-free. We had the buffet dinner and OMG I could be eat there 3 days in a row and wouldnt get through all the options. Huge variety of both Chinese and Western cuisine. The butler service was proactive and attentive, sending daily updates on park activities and responding quickly to any questions or needs, resolving issues efficiently. Overall, an amazing experience! both the facilities and service were top-notch. We’re already planning our next trip back!
