A nice property very much with a family vibe and rooms spread out across a number of villas. The room was decently comfortable but quite basic, and with some curious absences, including tissue, and glasses or mugs or a cup of any kind, for which one apparently needed to ask. The buffet, both dinner and breakfast, was ok, though a bit more focused on quantity than quality, and the breakfast dining room was much more university dining hall than luxury resort. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming, though, and a tranquil spot to spend a couple days while visiting the falls and other attractions.

Ei ole mitään pahaa sanoa!
Henkilöstö oli apua ja palveli meitä hyvin, varsinkin Cleverson vastaanotto, hänen erinomainen palvelu, hän auttoi meitä kaikessa!
Hyvää aamiaista.
Ainoa huono asia oli, että meillä oli huone ilman näkymää, muuten kaikki oli täydellistä.

Highlights:
- Walking distance to Iguacu Falls, Bird Park & nice little forest path behind the hotel
- Nice facilities at the hotel (hot tub, sauna, pool etc.)
- Lovely staff, especially at the breakfast
- Clean rooms with good bed and airconditioning
Areas to improve:
- Dinner at the hotel was not good for us, we had chicken which was very dry (overcooked) & risotto which was pretty salty
- Very few options for food & groceries near the hotel as it’s quite far out of the city
- Some public areas of the hotel would require renovations, it leaked from the ceiling at some places & the carpet was smelly accordingly
Overall, we would stay again for the price we paid as we enjoyed our stay and it feels like good value.

We had a nice one week stay at the Radisson. The Batel neighborhood is a great place to stay, and there is a huge mall in walking distance. We encountered a few small hospitality issues, but the reception staff was always very quick to respond and address problems as they arose. All of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room service was just okay, but the breakfast was good. They rotated the items available at breakfast, so throughout the week we didn’t have to eat the same thing everyday. The hotel was very busy due to a convention happening while we were staying there, but the room was quiet aside from occasional noise from the hallway. The room was also reasonably big with a comfortable king-sized bed and a view of the Japanese Garden. The garden is really just a tiny park, but we enjoyed walking there in the morning. We recommend this hotel if you are headed to Curitiba.

O hotel tem estrutura um pouco antiga porém tudo muito bem limpo, atendimento excelente , tudo funcionando de forma excelente. A recepção foi ótima. Chegamos as 8hs e tínhamos um passeio para Morretes, facilitaram de forma fantástica nossa troca de roupa e guarda de bagagens. O café todo excelente, muuto bem feito e com tudo de qualidade. Fora o valor que foi ótimo. Pra mim nota 10. Voltarei sempre, sem dúvida!!

位置不错 The Location was very good. There was a big shopping mall nearby. You basically could get everything there. The hotel had your agent in lobby. it was very expensive, don't recommend. You could get a taxi right outside the hotel. the driver could drive you to wherever you need to go. the cost was less than half. Brazilian Drivers we're very nice and trustworthy.

Huone on hyvin, erittäin suuri, hyvin laaja, kuuluu kaupunkikeskukseen, monia ravintoloita ja supermarketteja ympäri, erittäin kätevä, receptionistti osaa englantia, yhteydenpito on hyvin kaunis, aamiainen on hyvä, hotellin oven ovi on vartija, erittäin turvallinen, ympäristö on myös hyvin ympäri

Um hotel que entrega o que promete. Ideal para quem, como nós, tinha como objetivo ficar a maior parte do tempo em passeios. O atendimento prestado foi sempre muito atencioso e prestativo. O buffet de café da manhã está na medida para a categoria da hospedagem, pois oferece variedade e qualidade no que é servido. A limpeza do nosso quarto e das áreas comuns também muito eficiente. Nosso quarto tinha duas camas de casal, mas em ambas os colchões já demonstravam o sinal do uso com uma ”depressão” na parte central, o que dificultou nosso conforto.
Exceto pelo detalhe das camas, algo que pode ser corrigido, o hotel Vialle Tower é uma excelente opção em Foz, principalmente pela localização privilegiada e a vista sensacional do roof-top.

VVieraskäyttäjäA great stay in a lovely city. The Bourbon is a very nice place to stay in downtown Curitiba. Well-located and clean, there is little to complain about. The room was big enough, and the city views were welcoming.
We stayed in a queen room which was small, but it was comfortable and the view over the public library was nice. The location was the best selling-point. This hotel is in almost the exact center of the city. You can walk to the mall or 24 Hours Street easily from here, and everywhere else is a short drive away.
The service was good; we had no complaints about the housekeeping. The room was always cleaned fast and well. Breakfast was also generous and delicious. We really enjoyed the pastries. The general state of repairs in the room seemed fine, but the floors could use a resurfacing because they are showing some wear.
This hotel is easy to recommend if you are headed to Curitiba. We had a good experience, and we will likely stay here again if we are again through the area.

フォズドイグアスのバスターミナルから、徒歩10分以内の所にあります。
外観がかなり目立つのでバスターミナルからもホテルの姿が見えます。
また目の前が大通りなので治安面でも安心でした。

1階に売店やバーなどがありました。
大きなプールもありウォータースライダーもありました。
私は見にいかなかったですがサウナなどもあるみたいです。
・部屋紹介
スタンダードダブルルームに泊まりました。
部屋は内に机と椅子、冷蔵庫、テレビ、エアコン、金庫、ハンガーなどがありました。
冷蔵庫内に飲み物と、机には食べ物類が置かれていました。
値段も何も書いてなかったので、有料か無料か分かりませんでした。
その他トイレ、シャワー、洗面台などがあり、バスタオルもありました。
・朝食
朝食は朝6時から朝10時まで提供されておりビュッフェ形式です。
パンやスクランブルエッグ、ソーセージなどたくさん種類があって味も美味しかったです。
・宿泊感想
値段がすごくリーズナブルなのに、高級ホテルに泊まっていると感じる程良かったです。
近くにランドリーや、両替所がありバスターミナルまでの道も問題なく歩けました。
また次も宿泊したいと思える様なホテルでした。

SSherisseDo NOT book this hotel - consistent terrible subpar service (provide wrong info, didnt communicate essential info, SILENT TREATMENT, slow service, wrong shuttle bus despite verifying twice with 2 different staff, only take down my cocktail order but I didnt get to hold/drink my order) from the reception, guest relations and concierge teams (many staff around but they are really bad at their jobs).
No one takes ownership - talked to 3 different hotel managers (face to face) but new mistakes appear.
Belmond's service -＞ avoidant style (ZERO follow up from any manager, each said I already spoke to the previous).
Lousy service experience. Utterly disappointed.
Good points - convenient location: (the only hotel) inside Brazil's Iguazu park (but service deteriorates due to no competition) and an excellent spa experience.
Alternative to stay inside Iguazu park - stay at the hotel inside Argentina's Iguazu park.

This hotel is extremely clean and hygienic. I felt very comfortable staying here. I really liked the long wall-attached table and the practical design of the bathroom. I’d definitely come back if I visit Brazil again.
Este hotel é super limpo e muito higiênico. Eu também me senti muito confortável aqui. Gostei da mesa longa fixada na parede e do design prático do banheiro. Com certeza voltarei se vier ao Brasil novamente.

BBryce van de LaarBogari Hotel is a great place to stay if you want to see the Iguaçu Falls from the Brazil and Argentina sides. People on the platform comment on the high quality of the service and I would agree completely. The front desk staff answered all of our many questions with patience and good humour and definitely made our stay feel warmer. The rooms are clean and spacious (although a bit dark) and the Italian restaurant downstairs is fine (big portions). I would recommend taking a walk just down the street to visit one of the many Syrian/Lebanese restaurants for good quality, satisfying shawarma as well. The breakfast is typical of the region, with a variety of cakes, guava-based products and pao de qeijo. We spent an enjoyable late afternoon in the hot tubs on the first floor, which were a nice surprise.

Pros:
They have a tourist information service right next to the check in, making it really easy to book/query for information about things in the local area.
Average:
Breakfast with a good range of items, nothing particularly special if you've stayed in other Brazilian hotels.
Cons:
The rooms are not very clean and have mosquitos

VVieraskäyttäjäI had a really nice 3 night stay at the Mirante hotel, wish I'd stayed another night or two. I chose it for it's very handy location for the local bus station (the public transport was very easy to use to get to the Iguaçu Falls, airport and Itaipu dam), I hadn't actually realised what a nice hotel it was. Even a towel animal sculpture on the bed from Juliana the maid! Rooftop pool was lovely, everything was clean and tidy, breakfast was a fantastic buffet. There was also a games room (pool table, table tennis etc) though I didn't use it myself.
The only very slight downside was no filtered water for drinking, other than at breakfast, but not a big problem.
