Pretty comfortable one night stay with this motel at hotel rate in Bicheno, bit different from our expectations in terms of room cleanliness and it’s very basic setup, guess because it is an old motel complex. Thou thumbs up for amenities including lovely smile hand & body cream and the non-leaking shower area, as a lot other hotels do have the watering issues👍 OK service at check-in as it is also the counter for the bar & drinks for the pub, so bit of wait and rush service.

The Resort needs a make over. Stained carpet, curtains are sun eaten see through some patches, bathroom needs updating, sliding door to balcony doesn't close properly so wind whistled all night long. The TV didn't not work, next day it was working intermittently On the plus side it was clean, and the food at the restaurant was delicious.

Nice hotel. Free parking, polite and efficient check-in. Very big room with balcony. Tea/coffee facilities. Excellent views. Forgot wallet with lit of cash and cards at the restaurant during the dinner, only remembered next morning. The wallet was handed back to me next day

We love the location and my kid loves swimming pool as well as their pizza and foods were great. The only thing that hotel rooms needs is microwave.

A lovely quiet relaxing place to stay. The room was very comfortable with lots of space, and had a nice sunny patio to sit outside for coffee. It was a short walk to the beach. Sufficirnt amenities for preparing our own food.

Tämä hotelli sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla St Helens. Se on todella hyvä hinta rahaa, joten en odottanut paljon. Tärkeitä varusteita tarjottiin ja huone oli varustettu keittiövälineitä kuten leivänpaahdin ja ruoanlaitto. En ollut täysin tyytyväinen vain meluun, koska huone on ensimmäisessä kerroksessa katuun. Olen yleisesti tyytyväinen oleskeluun.

Spacious cottage, beautiful beds. However, the wifi is so poor from Redbill cottage that we cannot connect to internet. Telstra connection is very poor and intermittent. Hence, we have no internet connection during our stay at the hotel. The swim pool was not made available to use. Free laundry is much appreciated.

If you want to visit vineyard in Tamar valley, this hotel is great and convenient. Kids can enjoy Tennis, basketball, and some activities. The restaurant in the hotel was not a perfect quality, but you can enjoy amazing restaurants once you go out to Launceston.

Kaikki muu tarvitsi hyvää ruuvea, varsinkin alasuihkut, seinät ikkunaluukut ja ikkunalautat... Keittiö tarvitsi enemmän työkaluja, lautasen ja rakennuksen. Hinta ja viimeaikaiset kunnostukset odotin puhtaus paljon parempi. Talonhoito tehdään vain 3 päivän välein matkoissa, joten enemmän bins ympäri puisto olisi mukava päästä eroon oman roskakorin. Pelihuone ja puisto ovat suuria lapsille. Meillä oli illallinen ravintolassa, palvelu ei ollut hyvä. Valikko on pieni, mutta ruoka oli kunnossa.

Fantastic trip and fantastic service at the Hilton Double Tree. Rooms and service were top-notch. Support from staff was fantastic too. My daughter hurt her foot in the pool and they sent her a little note and bar of chocolate which made her day - above and beyond. Our only complaint was the breakfast buffet was pretty average and with Hobart being such a vibrant bustling city of beautiful food they need to up their game. Everything was ok and a decent selection, however the hot food section was pretty poor and the sausages were like cardboard. Kids loved the cereal and fruits on offer so that was a bonus.
