Hôtel en extérieur de Turin mais pratique d’accès en voiture. Parking gratuit devant l’hôtel et payant à l’intérieur. Accueil sympa, hôtel propre et petit déjeuner correct. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recommande pour un week-end si vous avez une voiture pour vous déplacer.

Although the hotel is not located in the historic centre it is in walking distance and just beside the tram line which is really convenient..15 min walk to the main train station. Good value for money, it was overall a great stay!

Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist. Und das erste, was mir gefiel, war, dass es viele Parkplätze gab. Es gibt auch eine Tankstelle in der Nähe, falls Sie Probleme mit dem Kraftstoff haben. Ja, die Zimmer sind klein, aber sehr gemütlich, alles ist barrierefrei und sehr sauber. Und zweitens sind wir gekommen, um durch die Stadt und ihre Umgebung zu spazieren und nicht, um in einem Hotel zu sitzen ... Wir empfehlen hundertprozentig, hier zu bleiben...

Staff were wonderful and so helpful! Room was lovely and comfortable, they need new photos as it is not as dated as the images. The public transport was easy to use and recommend the 48 hour pass but it did take about 45 minutes to get to most places in Turin. Would stay again!!

Весёлые администраторы, которые несмотря на языковой барьер (русский здесь не знают никто) - через переводчик старались помочь. Чистые номера с хорошими мягкими кроватями; душем; телевизором. В общем всё есть. Бесплатный трансфер от отеля в аэропорт так же оказался очень кстати! Спасибо за всё! Мы с удовольствием выбрали бы этот отель ещё раз! Цена очень приемлемая!

YYoshie CampbellWell what can I say. It's supposed to be the 4 star hotel. the location is great. The staff working there work very hard and are polite. Breakfast is really good. However the facilities Inside our room are terrible. We had to call the facility twice!!! The plugs in the room only working 1 !!! I think they need to get rewiring. Very dated facility inside the room. They eventually brought us an extension cable. The bed mattress was also terrible. Other than that I liked this hotel but I don't give them 4 stats.

VVieraskäyttäjäL'hotel è posizionato proprio di fronte alla stazione Porta Nuova, posizione molto strategica per chi vuole visitare la città a piedi senza avere il peso dei bagagli al seguito. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e professionale. Al momento del check-in ci hanno chiesto se avremmo preferito una camera con il letto matrimoniale (al posto dei 2 letti singoli accostati). Inoltre, avendo espresso il timore di sentire il rumore del traffico e del tram ci hanno spontaneamente cambiato camera dandocene una posizionata sul lato interno. La camera era veramente confortevole e silenziosa, molto spaziosa e con un terrazzino favoloso! Lo stile è un po' retrò ma elegante. Nell'hotel è presente anche una SPA ma non ne abbiamo usufruito per mancanza di tempo. Non abbiamo scelto la colazione ma a poche centinaia di metri ci sono bar e pasticcerie. Consiglio Pasticceria e cioccolateria Pfatish, strepitosa!

We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom. We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.

I'm an invalid but I was able to reach the train station and all the lovely shops. Breakfast was perfect for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I will definitely promote your beautiful hotel. Also the living room was really beautiful and comfy.
