El desayuno es sencillo pero muy rico.LLevaros bañador y gorro ya que tiene gratuitos piscinas exterior e interior,sauna,jacuzzi y gimnasio.Los trabajadores te ayudan todo lo que pueden y hablan español muchos.Hay cerca aparcamiento gratuito

Passamos uma noite para descontrair do dia a dia e ficamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia. Desde a piscina interior ao parque Terra Nostra (acesso 24 horas para hóspedes), tivemos uns bons momentos de relaxamento. Todo o atendimento do pessoal foi excelente.

Se voi olla hieman parempi lounas. Ja vapaa pysäköinti hotellissa. Mutta yleisesti ottaen se on paras hintalaatu, joka sinulla on kaikkialla saarella.

Os funcionários muitos prestáveis, vieram nos trazem ao quarto roupões e chinelos para usarmos no jacuzzi.

The service I received was amazing, the staff members were super helpful, nice and professional. The facilities were clean and operational, I had no issues with any of the equipment or appliances. Lastly, the location, the view, the room, all beautiful like something out of a movie! I would definitely love to stay here again and is a strong recommendation to friends and family!

A great resort on the North Coast of Azores. The trail along the coast from the hotel is very nice. There are a few restaurants around and the hotel has good breakfast and a restaurant on site opening for lunch and dinner. Good for family, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They can help you book tours and call taxis.

Loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Very clean and wonderful food, especially the breakfast. The dinner menu was also very good but could use a little more variety

I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

NNodynessoTunnistaminen oli ongelmallisin osa. En ollut saanut mitään ohjeita isäntä (myös ei roskapostikansioon) avata sisäänkäynnin sisäänkäynti kiinteistön. Se oli jo pimeä ja isäntä ei myöskään voitu saavuttaa puhelimitse. Monica Trip asiakaspalvelu onnistui lopulta lähettää tarvittavat sisäänkirjautumiskoodit minulle (monien kiitteiden avusta!).
++ Huone oli tilava ja mukava, sänky oli mukava, kylpyhuone ja WC olivat puhtaat ja siellä oli tarpeeksi pyyhkeitä. Niille, jotka haluavat katsella TV: valtava tasokuva, jossa on paljon kanavia. Jaettu patio pieni uima-allas on erittäin mukava kaunis meren näköala. Kiinteistö sijaitsee hiljaa 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä keskeltä Angra.
-- Ei kirjallisia ohjeita (esim. WiFi-salasana) tai yleisiä tietoja (laitteet) saatavilla. Käytössä on yhteisiä tiloja ja keittiötä voidaan käyttää aterian valmistamiseen (itseruoka). Vaikka varaus mainittiin aamiainen sisälsi, ei tuotu tuoretta leipää. Ei maailmanloppu, mutta parempaa ei mainita sitä vaihtoehtona. Myös epäselvä, kuuluuko jääkaappi kohteita muille vieraille (itseruokailijat) tai ovat yleiskäyttöön, joten emme koskeneet ketään. Host ei ollut saatavilla puhelimessa kysymyksiin eikä vastannut alkuperäisiin puheluihin sisäänkirjautumispäivänä. Huone oli kellarissa ja ajoittain hajua jäteputkien astiat huoneessa.

VVieraskäyttäjäHotelli sijaitsee mukavalla paikalla lähellä pohjoisrannikkoa pienessä kaupungissa, vain 15–20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Ponta Delgadasta ja lentokentältä.
Yllätyksekseni saapuessamme huoneita oli kahdenlaisia: sviittejä ja bungaloweja. Maksamamme hinnan mukaan meille annettiin sviitti.
Minua yllätti, että varauksen yhteydessä näkemämme kuvat eivät olleet sviittejä, mikä sai meidät uskomaan, että ne näyttäisivät erilaisilta kuin ne todellisuudessa olivat.
Mukavuudet olivat rajalliset, sviiteissä ei ole tallelokeroa tai jääkaappia.
Kylpyhuoneessa paperiteline oli ruostunut, koska se oli sijoitettu pyyhetelineen alle.
Aamiaisen sisältämä vaihtoehto oli ihan hyvä, mutta hieman suppea ja toistuva. Hedelmät olivat tuoreita ja hyviä, samoin kuin erilaisia juusto- ja kinkkuvaihtoehtoja.
Jos saat halvan hinnan majoituksellesi, se on kaiken kaikkiaan hyvä vaihtoehto, mutta muista, että siihen liittyy joitakin varauksia.

GGusNSA truly wonderful hotel.
With only 9 rooms, the staff focuses on making every guest experience exceptional.
The location is great, central enough to explore the Island and come back too every day. While the view from, and upon exiting, your room will take your breath away every single time.
All of the accommodations are top notch, the bed was supremely comfortable and even the linens and towels had a plush feeling.
Breakfast options can be slightly redundant but the quality and freshness of the ingredients, along homemade jam and juice, as well as a flexibility to switch things up on the menu, more than make up for it.
We the hotel restaurant is excellent for dinner as well. So much so that we ended up defaulting to it more than once during our stay.
We also appreciated small details like the phone they provided upon check-in that followed us everywhere on the island for spur of the moment suggestions and reservations through the hotel!
All in all, highly recommended, my wife and I know we’ll be back!

VVieraskäyttäjäWhilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening.
Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb.
It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying.
Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show.
Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming.
Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here.

We travelled with a baby and the hotel provided a high chair and crib which made a huge difference for us. They even upgraded our room. The staff is very responsive and would respond to my queries prior to arriving. They would help me with any questions at the front desk. Bernardo, Joal, and Claudio were excellent help. They had great recommendations for tourist things to do that met the needs of our family. The hotel and apartment were immaculately clean and staff were so friendly and thorough. We enjoyed the continental breakfast everyday. Some people complained in previous reviews its the same items each day but we found there was a new item each day. I also appreciated the consistency because I knew what to eat the next morning. The woman who does the breakfast has a wonderful spread. The fruit, coffee, eggs and everything were fantastic.

KKB100The Charming Hotel is a beautifully preserved historic building with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with most of the amenities you’d expect, including a glass bottle of water that is refilled daily. Complimentary coffee is available throughout the day on the ground floor. The staff were exceptionally accommodating—I made use of the luggage storage and was even able to return after checkout to enjoy a coffee and relax on the patio before my departure. Breakfast was well-prepared and a lovely start to the day. One thing to note: access to rooms is only by stairs, so guests with heavy luggage should keep this in mind. Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful experience in a fantastic location. I would gladly stay here again.

VVieraskäyttäjäWe had a lovely stay at ANC. We spent 2 nights there after flying in from NYC. It was nice to have the pool, the terrace and be in walking distance to the beach (even though when we went there was too much seaweed to swim) most of the people at the front desk were very helpful. You can also walk to Caloura. These were all good things as we got acclimated from jet lag. Peaceful. One person in particular helped me with reservations and good details on our plans. The dinner was good and the breakfasts seem to be the usual fare, a good variety. We’d recommend staying here.
