The facade definitely stands out and the place was cosy. However, the photos were not representative of the actual place not exactly in a good way. We stayed in the designer cabin (which costs more) but were surprised by how small it was. I would not recommend paying more for the cabin during summer as there is not much to see and less convenient considering we needed to walk a distance to access the amenities including the toilets and kitchen which we did not know when we booked.

Just 3 mins drive from the airport. There's a mall walkable around 7-8 mins and there's public bus to the city centre. Parking lots available and chargeable. They have a common area at the top of the hotel with great view. Guest can use the common area to do own stuff - reading, working, playing board games and there's free coffee and water. If lucky, you can watch aurora from the roof.

Simple cozy place nearby the area of Sommarøy, with a nearby convenience store for any replenishments! My wife and I went via car, so we cannot advise on the way to get there via bus. Parking is free, right outside the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and there was a good spread, with the restaurant serving dinner. Our time was short, we didn't manage to try the sauna facilities. We would have loved to stay a couple more nights!

Good location. Close to everything. No elevator which not suitable for travelers who bring large suitcases.

Stayed for 3 nights. Was upgraded from standard room to superior room. Hotel reception are friendly, particularly Amalie which has bubbly character, it was a great experience dealing with her, great start for my stay. Nice, warm and comfortable room. This room type has a Nespresso machine, you can also make tea with the kettle provided. Good breakfast, plenty of choices including fried rice. There is a sauna and gym with majestic view. Airport bus dropped me off directly just opposite this hotel. The pick up point for most northern light tours are nearby. Overall it was a great stay and highly recommended.

Erittäin hiljainen ympäristö upeilla maisemilla. Olemme onnekkaita, että pystyimme näkemään revontulet kirkkaalla taivaalla. Erittäin avulias sisäänkirjautumisen henkilökunta ja erittäin mukava illallinen ja aamiainen 😋

No thrills hotel, clean and tidy, easy check in/out, was passing by the area on the way to Tromso, good option if it works for you

El hotel es muy bonito. La habitación es enorme y super bonita. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. La terraza también está muy bien pero era compartida con la habitación de al lado La única pega que encontramos es que no tiene ascensor. Y tiene bastantes escaleras hasta el ático. Si vas cargando con equipaje y tienes problemas de movilidad se complica. Pero por lo que vimos había habitaciones en la planta baja sin ninguna escalera. Está un poco alejada pero tiene parking gratis y un supermercado al lado

Sisäänkirjautumisen henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja prosessi on nopea. Pyynnöstä he avasivat yläkerran kerrossängyn, koska lapseni piti yläkerran sängystä omana sänkynään. Näkymä huoneen ikkunasta on mukava, Tromssan ranta näkyy. Yöllä oli myös hyvä sää ja pystyimme näkemään pohjoisen valon aivan hotellin ulkopuolella.
