I also appreciated the little details, such as complimentary toiletries and the overall quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind. The hotel’s location is definitely one of its strong points. It was conveniently situated near key attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to get around without much hassle. This added a lot of value to my stay. That said, there are a few areas where improvement could be made. Some parts of the room felt slightly dated, and occasional delays in service were noticeable during peak hours. However, these were relatively minor issues and did not significantly affect the overall experience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and friendly service. With a few small improvements, it has the potential to be an even better place to stay. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This is my second time staying here. As always every thing is perfect. They allowed us to have an early check in since the room was ready early. From check in to check out time everything was smooth. Luckily we were able to see again our favourite staff Ady but this time we saw many new faces. Thank you Ady for wonderful service again. Not forgetting Joshua as the Front Office Ambassador and the Duty Manager i forgot his name though. The housekeeping also maintained their good service to ensure our room condition was perfect. Kudos to Harun for the great work! And also thank you for the maintenance staff Rahim for assisting me to get better wifi connection. Please maintain what you all doing!

The location is in the Campbell Street which makes it a very convenient location for us to walk around in the Georgetown. You can get great restaurant and street food all within walking distance. We booked a family room with 2 double beds. The room is small but it is clean. The bathroom is also small but clean. The water flow in the bathroom is good and it dries up very fast. The air conditioner is powerful. One thing that I would like to suggest is to have a handheld shower head as currently there is only 1 rain shower head. If you do not want to get your hair wet when you take the shower, you need to wear a shower cap (which are provided in the room). There is only 2 power points in the room. The hotel provides limited car parks for their customers. The guard is helpful helping us to park our car.

Very good location, walking distance to cafes and restaurants that serve delicious local street food. Also near to city center and some tourist attractions. I was given a room with a nice city view. Able to view the beautiful sunrise. Refer to some photos uploaded. The staff are also very nice and friendly.

We stayed here for a family trip and overall it was a decent experience. The room was averagely clean and acceptable for a short stay. Basic amenities were provided, and everything was functioning properly. The overall environment of the hotel was okay, but the property feels a little old and could benefit from some renovation or upgrading. However, it was still comfortable enough for our family to rest after a long day out. In general, it’s suitable for families who are looking for a simple and practical place to stay, though not luxury.

Parking is ample inside the hotel, so no worries if you’re driving. Check-in and check-out were smooth. On the downside, the room has taped flooring, which makes it look a bit questionable and ugly 🤔 After check-in, we had to wait for towels until 7 PM, which I’ve never experienced at other hotels.🥲 The room was adequately equipped with an iron, ironing board, and smart TV. The pool was great,kids will definitely enjoy it. Overall, it was just okay.Nothing much.

Really perfect stay. They even provide four pillows for each queen bed, which made the bed extremely comfortable. The whole hotel is very clean and the room was cozy and relaxing. The only small issue was that during room service cleaning, the toilet paper was not refilled. Other than that, everything else was great. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back again.
