A cozy and spacious hotel in Nikko. A bit of a walk from the station when you have a lot of luggage. Staff did not speak English. The rooms were large and allowed for many extra beds if needed. The large windows allowed for great morning views of the mountains. The onsen is in a separate building but was nice to have. The lobby also has some sitting areas, a manga room, massage chairs and good vending machines.

We are a group of 4 pax travelling , we love this hotel , short walk from train station We opt for the room with breakfast and dinner , really good and sumptuous food prepared and we were given a private room to enjoy our meal Onsen just conveniently at lower ground , public indoor and outdoor . We love it Staff are all very service Overall I highly recommend anyone who wants to look for authentic ryokan stay at kinugawa

ゴルフの前泊で利用しました。 高速インターから近く、佐野アウトレットから車で3分くらいです。 近くにはコンビニもあるので立地はいいと思います。 アメニティは最小限のものだけです。 お部屋にお水やコーヒー、ティーパックなどはないので 飲み物などは買って行かれるのをオススメします。 (一応自動販売機はありますが割高なので) 小さいですが大浴場がありゆっくり出来ました。

酒店要下午三點才能入內，之前的時間要整理打掃，之前衹有3點入住。還是第一次遇到提早到了不能進酒店的！服務人員不多，可能太忙了吧。不過房間還算不錯，晚餐也是送餐到房間，還有一箇中國女生服務我們，這麼偏僻的地方還有中文服務員倒是很難得。大堂有自助吧，飲料可以隨意取用。

The hotel overall is great for the price paid, and service was excellent especially from the Vietnamese girl at the front desk who speaks English AND Japanese fluently. Even Japanese guests thought she was Jap. Haha. However, the company could do with hiring a bit more staff as there are things that need a bit more attention and some repairs needed in the room. That being said, the rooms are huge! The outdoor onsen was also colder than expected (although this is explained during check in) and is best in the morning.

酒店在溫泉中心街旁，雖然離鬼怒川溫泉站要走10分鐘左右，不過還是可以接受的。我們住在8樓，可以看見很漂亮的河景，雖然酒店有些年代了，不過空間很大，能感受到以往的輝煌。室外溫泉雖小，但對着鬼怒川，感覺很好。前台人員也很友好。值得一提的是它的自助晚餐，豐富極了，甚至還可以自製壽起燒！只是留了一晚，不過很舒適，只是房間廁所有些許尿騷味，其他都挺不錯。

Palvelu: Vastaanoton henkilökunta oli erittäin kohtelias ja hymyili sisäänkirjautumisen aikana, mikä sai minut tuntemaan oloni kotoisaksi. Valitettavasti, kun soitin sisälinjalle yöllä, vastaanottovirkailija sanoi vaisusti ”en tiedä” ja sanoi, ettei ymmärrä englantia, ja löi luurin kiinni. Heidän asenteensa oli melko huono. Sijainti: Kätevä sijainti Shinto-sillan vieressä, mutta vaatii jyrkän nousun ylös, mikä tekee siitä hieman hankalan autottomille.

Vibes ja palvelut ovat yläkerrassa. Tuntuu hyvin lämmin ja viihtyisä hotellissa. Ja Fujiki chan jatkoi kiittää teitä paljon kun jokainen lause on hyvin kaunis myös :)

ラウンジがあることを知らずに行ったのですが、 お酒もお菓子も充実していて、 清潔感＆高級感もあり、クリスマスツリーもあって、 とってもリラックスして友人とおしゃべりを楽しむことができました！ 館内は全て清潔で、文句なしです！ お風呂も綺麗で広くて、2時間くらい露天風呂を楽しんじゃいました😆🫶🏻 お風呂上がりのドリンクも美味しいです。 とーっても贅沢に時間の流れるホテルでした。 山の景色も美しいです。 ありがとうございました❤️

Breakfast was better than dinner, but both were good. The onsen was good and clean, but I wish they provided towels at the onsen area and not having to bring our own. There were no face towels in the room. The room was old. The floor creaks. But the room was very clean. I did not smell smoke anywhere in the hotel, but it was a bit humid. The staff spoke English well. BONUS: In the game room, there is the old Pole Position car racing game and it works perfectly. Memories of my childhood. I loved this game. The hotel price was excellent for the value.it is beside a beautiful long pedestrian bridge.
