Oikein mukava hotelli. Saatavilla paikkoja kävelyllä. Huone on puhdas ja mukava. Päivittäinen vaihto pyyhkeitä ja kylpyhuonepukuja tarjotaan (ei ehkä niin ympäristöystävällinen). On hyvä tarjota muutamia hankit 😊 Muuten oli mukava jäädä hotelliin.

The hotel offers free wifi only inside the room. When you step outside your room, there is no free wifi in the lobby or even in the corridors outside your hotel room. There us a free shuttle service to Sannomiya. View outside our room is nice though.

This hotel is next to the ropeway to herb garden. There is a supermarket , train station and ¥100 shop within the same building. There is a 7-11 just outside (level 1). Parking is available at 8th floor for hotel guest chargeable at ¥1500 per night. Breakfast is fantastic - their curry , omelette and smoothie are their specialty. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel .

The hotel is located in the CBD, very strategic location to access to everywhere. 5mins walk to the Chinatown, 10mins walk to train station, 15mins walk to Meriken park. The hotel seems a bit old but very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We love the stay very much and super valuable for its price!

The location was perfect and parking nearby was convenient. The room was tiny but comfortable, and overall it was a pleasant stay. However, the breakfast was extremely disappointing — it consisted mainly of leftover curry with a few pieces of chicken and no healthy options. There was no choice other than Indian food, mostly carbs and not ideal for starting the day. The hotel website should clearly mention that breakfast is limited to Indian cuisine.

First time staying at a Dormy hotel inn and super impressed with the level of hospitality for the price! 1. Public onsen and sauna are available on the top floor. Gender segregated with both indoor and outdoor (rotenburo) sections and the usual amenities. Only the sauna is closed overnight, the onsen remains open. Washing machine and dryer are available on 12F too. The washing machine is free, the dryer is not. 2. Free refreshment once you're done with your onsen. Ice cream at night and probiotic drink in the morning. 3. Free serving of ramen (yonakisoba) at night from 21:30-23:00. Head over to the restaurant at 2F. 4. Breakfast buffet is available and it was honestly quite decent for the price. Would stay at Dormy again if I return to Japan 😊

This is a five star hotel in a three star body. Rooms are TINY, like scandanavian homes, but everything was clean and fresh, staff were outstanding, we could store out bags before and after our stay, missing personal articles available for free downstairs. Clear rooftop vie of the castle so you don't have to leave the hotel for beutiful shots of the castle. Near a huge gorgeous, covered pedetrian only walking are. Only sorry to have had only one night here.

One pof tyhe best hotels I have ever stayed at. I had breakfast and dinner included and there is an onsen with an infra-erd sauna on the top floor with stunning viezs of the Shinkanzen tracks. The location is very convenient too, just a few minutes walk from the JR station.

The rooms are typical of the Fairfield brand, which means they are well-maintained and clean. I particularly appreciated the use of blue colors in the carpet and wall accents, which added a nice touch to the decor. **Location** One major downside is the hotel's location. There aren't many nearby restaurants, shops, or sightseeing spots, which can be inconvenient for tourists looking to explore the area. **Limited Activities**: Due to the lack of nearby attractions, my companions and I found ourselves spending more time in the communal areas of the hotel than we would have liked. While the hotel offers a pleasant stay with clean rooms and appealing decor, its location is a significant drawback for those wanting to explore the surrounding area. If you're planning to stay here, be prepare to rent a car.

The service was a little short of. I read reviews that they are very friendly but i felt that it’s not like this. I felt they were very curt in the way they speak and look tired. Nonetheless, the location was good. Just right at the side of the Chinatown. The hotel is very budget not matching to its price, considering that I’ve been to 4 hotels during my stay. The lights goes off quickly at the foyer. The water flow was small. But it’s ok, it’s eco-friendly i guess. The miso soup at breakfast was the yummiest. The carpark was expensive and they will charge you if you arrive early or leave the car at their carpark accordingly after the check in and out hours. This is understandable but this is where the hotel lost some sense of touch here.
